How To Research On Blog Topics:

Whenever we start writing blogs or content We are not able to understand what should we write and on which topic SO today we'll discuss 6 tools through which We can decide the topic on which we should write.

First of all, we need to define our niche Means my target audience and it's category Whether I want to write on fitness or on anything, so we need to decide our niche Where are we better What's that thing that we have a good command. We can start with these blogs, after that, we'll open Google trends.

there are two types of content One is trending and the other is long-lasting.

Trending content should be written in the beginning because that increases our motivation level. and how do we know about the trending topic, that is by Google trends? We opened Google trends and searched nutrition Suppose I want to write something on nutrition So I searched nutrition on google in our specific audience Suppose I am writing my blog for Indian audience SO there I should select India and search trend. It'll show my trending topics I can analyze and can extract the idea.

When I will read 10 blogs of my niche I can understand the direction I should go into Do I want to write about protein or about exercise or best brands in India. One more way There is a site named BuzzSumo I can search the keyword on which I want to write. It can show me trending topics. In my niche About no. of shares on Facebook and how many Means all the data of social media backlinking percentage of sharing.

You can imagine the blog that this blog is shareable. So what did you do SUppose there was this blog, 10 tips to look beautiful So what did you do? 50 Tips to look beautiful and made a blog on it Google will find you interesting and write genuine 50 tips. and Google will push your content and chances are, your blog will rank high only if your content is good, and if you followed everything. The next step is the Google Keyword planner. tool What do we need to do? We need to open Google Adwords and make an id There is a keyword planner tool We'll open it and will search it. It will give us a lot of ideas the topic you are talking about has how many searches If you selected India You can check searches in India.

If you want to write a blog only for Delhi then you can search this too and even for a specific pin code. But don't be this much specific. The audience will be less. It's reaching and no. of people reading will be less and you can target location wise and full India centric also. But after some research. One more thing We'll write keyword on the google and will see the suggestion of google So Google thinks that people are searching for these keywords We can research from here to Suppose right after writing nutrition in the search box, I see suggestions Nutrition brand, nutrition supplements.

I can make blogs on those suggestions Now I don't want to check There's an alternative, Ubersuggest There's a site named Ubersuggest. Go there and search your keyword You can find the same data It's your choice ubersuggest or googles search All these tools are free Means you can easily use this free version.

Next is Reddit We went to Reddit and found out that these are the keywords that other people have written blogs on. We can notice all their points and can adopt certain things from them and can modify somethings, Same is quora, we can find questions regarding A niche. I'll tell you about this in link building. You can answer their questions and include your blog in that content So Quora is a part of Content Network, where people ask questions and people responds in long paragraphs. So you can search.

Okay friends, If any doubts, do ask me in the comments.

RANK #1 ON GOOGLE BY USING THESE 7 FREE TOOLS:-

You want to rank number one on Google. You don't have a ton of money. You can't hire an agency. What do you do? Hey, everyone? Welcome to abs unique classroom and today I'm gonna share with you seven free tools that'll help you rank number one on Google. Before I give you these free tools, make sure you subscribe to this blog. Because I'm gonna keep releasing more amazing content like this that'll help you get higher rankings on Google.

https://absuniqueclassroom.blogspot.com

The first free tool I even have for you today is Google Search Console. Most people use Google Search Console just to see what keywords they're ranking for. You can do that, it's not that effective. The reason you would like to use Google Search Console, especially if you would like a rank favorite is for this specific tactic. When you log in to a Google Search Console,it'll show you all the keywords that you're ranking for that are driving the majority of your traffic. Look at what pages those keywords are driving traffic to. Take the title tag of that page and the meta description and make sure you include the keyword. Optimize that title tag to be more appealing. If you are not sure the way to optimize the title tag, go buy a magazine or go check out a magazine. Magazines have amazing headlines. 10 ways to lose weight in 30 days, how to shed five pounds in the next week, seven ways to do yoga as a beginner. I'm making up these titles. They may not all be the best but there's a few things you can do. You can take inspiration from magazines and check out to craft your own headline.

By creating your own headline or title tag or meta description that's more appealing also as including the keyword, you're more likely to urge clicks. See, if you do a search on Google as well as another thousand people and you guys all searched for the same term, and everyone clicks on the second listing rather than the primary listing, what does one thing Google's gonna do? They're gonna take the second listing and move it up to number one. And by optimizing your title tag to be more appealing, you're going to get more clicks. One simple way you can also do this is by evoking curiosity. I'd be like, whoa, whoa, whoa. Yeah, I know green is amazing, but what's number five? I want to check out this article. That kind of stuff gets you more clicks.

The next tool I even have for you, and in fact, this one's free also, all of them are, is Ubersuggest. You have Google Search Console. It already showed you what keywords you're getting traffic for. I want you to take those keywords . This will show you all the long-tail variations of those keywords. If you already rank for the top terms, it's very easy to rank for the long-tail terms. You don't have to build any links, you don' thave to do a ton of on-page optimization. It's super simple. You take the keywords Ubersuggest gives you, let's say you rank for digital marketing on page one, you type in that keyword to Ubersuggest, you see all the other keyword variations that it gives you and see if you'll take those keywords and integrate them within your site. By doing that, within 30 days you will find that you're going to get more search traffic thereto page. But here's a trick, you can't just take those keywords and add them to the page. You got to integrate them within your content.

That means you may have to add the keywords and as well expand upon your content so that way it flows and it all makes sense. If it doesn't, you're gonna have a hard time ranking for all those terms because people are gonna read your content and be like, this doesn't make sense. They're gonna bounce away. You need to regulate your content and sometimes meaning re-writing them. You may also want to take some of those keywords and put them in the title tag and meta description. Those keywords that you're getting from Ubersuggest. By doing that, it'll also assist you in rank for those longer tail terms. The cool part about Ubersuggest is, it ranks all those keywords by popularity and the way easy it's to rank from. That's called Search Difficulty. So there's an SD number, that number, the higher it is, the more competitive. The lower the number, the easier it is toa ranking for that term. The third tool I have for you is a Yoast SEO plugin. Most of you guys are running on WordPress. SEO isn't that easy. But what if I told you one plug-in will make your on-page SEO so much more simple. The Yoast SEO plugin will help you optimize your code, your title tags, your meta description, heck, it'll even help you create an XML sitemap that you can just plugin into Google Search Console, and it does this all for free. That way, when you release new content, it pings Goggle lets them know through the sitemap that way they can index that content, grab it, and rank it.

The fourth tool I even have for you is websiteresponsivetest.com. the rationale you would like to travel to the present website is your site must be mobile compatible. Google features a mobile-first index. Is it mobile friendly? you would like a mobile-friendly site. The more mobile-friendly it's, the upper you're gonna rank at Google's mobile-first index. If your site doesn't look good on a mobile device, you think that you're gonna get plenty of rankings? in fact, not. That's why you would like to make sure that your site looks great on mobile. Not just your mobile but all the opposite ones out there.

Because there's an iPhone, there's an Android phone, the list keeps happening and on, and this site will help confirm that your website is compatible with all of them. The fifth one I even have for you is Google Trends. You're probably wondering, hey, how is that this SEO tool? Well, Google's moved into brand signals and they've had for years, but now they're more impactful than they ever were before. In other words, Google wants to rank brands above non-branded sites. Because there's of these people creating fake news and faux information out there. Google doesn't want to rank any of them. By creating a brand, you're gonna do better. Google Trends shows you ways your brand is doing compared to people.

The higher the road or the graph for the brand of your competition, the upper off you're. you would like the larger brand and Google Trends will show this. If we're trying to work out the way to get a far better brand, it's by leveraging the omnichannel approach. The more folks that see you, the higher off you're gonna be. In which, if you are doing content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, you're out there more times, you're gonna be following what's called the rule of seven. When someone sees your brand seven times, they're much more likely to resonate, keep returning to your site which can assist you to get higher rankings within the top of the day. I do know that sounds crazy but trust me, brand signals are large. Number six, Google Page Speed Insights. what percentage of you guys think Page Speed impacts SEO? If you are doing, leave a comment with yes. If you do not, leave a comment with no. Here's the thing, it does.

More people use Google on their mobile than they are doing on their desktop computers. That's why speed is so important. Google has an index only for mobile sites. you would like to make sure that your website loads as fast as possible. So use Google Page Speed Insights because it'll tell you ways Google looks at your site from the load time perspective, and they'll tell you what you would like to vary to form it load faster. Number seven, and this is often the last one. it is a Chrome extension, it's called Keywords Everywhere.

Keywords everywhere will show you ways many folks are finding out those terms and other related keywords as you're using Google right there on the screen. the rationale this is often important as you're just using Google as a traditional user, it'll offer you more keyword ideas because you'll see the search volume and the way good a number of these keywords are also as other variations. When you're trying to optimize your website, you want to believe SEO day-in and day-out.

I do know that's gonna be hard but Keywords Everywhere will assist you because as you're doing searches on Google, Keywords Everywhere will remind you. It'll be like, hey, this keyword is popular. Yeah, this is often related to my site, maybe I should consider creating content around it. That's why you would like to use it. many thanks for reading. These tools will assist you rank favorite. confirm you're using all of them, they're great. If you've got any questions, leave a comment below and I'll answer it. confirm you subscribe, comment and share.

Historical Chemical Changes That Changed World History:

Physics might show us the universe’s basic building blocks, and biology lets the universe understand itself, but chemistry is where all the fun happens in between. we've thousands of chemical reactions going on inside us every second, but it’s those we’ve mastered with our hands, in labs and workshops and factories and even kitchens, that have made humans what we are today.

A few chemical technologies have made such an explosive change in how we live that they have altered the very trajectory of humanity. Here are 6 chemical reactions that changed history. The fire was our first raid chemistry, for better and for worse. Whether it’s an animal, vegetable, or whatever’ sin hot pockets, cooking our food makes it easier to digest, we get more nutrition fora lot less work, but there’s a special little bit of chemistry that turns food from simple nutrition into something fun to eat.

In 1913, a French chemist named Louis Camille Maillard described the foremost delicious reaction I do know of. just about everything we cook contains sugars and amino acids, and once they react at high temperatures, the results… well, hundreds and many complex flavor compounds. It’s what browns grilled hamburgers, puts the crispy crust on pizza, the golden edges on french-fried potatoes, the… sorry, I got a touch overexcited there.

If your ancestors didn’t determine the chemistry of bronze, they were probably conquered by someone who did. the sole pure metals that Earth has any good amount of are copper, gold, silver, and platinum, but unfortunately they’re all either too valuable, too heavy, or too soft to form good pokey sticks with. Beginning 5 to six thousand years ago, people began alloying, or mixing copper with elements like tin, to form bronze, a intensify in hardness, and durability from pure copper. it had been later replaced by iron in most uses, but bronze was the start of humanity’s heavy metal stage. Ya like civilization? I’m an enormous fan myself, and one reaction in particular others made it possible. As the poet Ciardi put it: “Fermentation and civilization are inseparable.

”Our ancestors eventually got uninterested in chasing dinner and were finally able to put their roots down by putting some roots down. Domesticating plants led to a pleasant orderly system where few people grow enough food for everybody, giving others free time to explore things like art, advanced government, and even science, or a minimum of what passed for science at the time. But eating raw grain isn't our thing, and what good is that harvest if it’ll be rotten during a couple weeks by harnessing fermentation, and converting sugars into acids, alcohol, and gas our ancestor's tiny creatures that they had no idea even existed turn fruit, vegetables, grain, and even milk into forms that were tastier and lasted longer. you recognize what’s also nice?

Drinkable water. But for most of human history, drinking from the incorrect stream or well could get you the last stomach ache you’d ever have. Fermentation and its antimicrobial alcoholic by-products were your friends. Considering water wont to be an actual health hazard, it’s no surprise that bathing often wasn’t high on priority lists of the past. But nobody wants to take a seat with the smelly kid, even in ancient Sumeria. Tablets dating from nearly 4,000 years ago there show formulas for mixing water, alkali ash, and oil or animal fat to form soap.

Plant and animal oils are triglycerides, a glycerol molecule plus three fatty acids. Break them in with the alkali base, and you get carboxylic acid salts, the key ingredient in soap because they dissolve both ways. One end is interested in water, and therefore the other attracts greasy nonpolar things, and therefore the resulting chemical mix is ideal for using water to tug vegetable oil stains out of your favorite yoga. News flash: Computers are an enormous deal, and neither cell phones nor smart thermostats would be possible without silicon chips. Silicones actually super easy to seek out, but to be utilized in chips it's to be super pure. How pure? a minimum of nine nines pure.

But that’s not even the hard part. Pure solid silicon may be a mass of billions of separate crystals. it's cool, but everywhere two crystals meet may be a place where semiconductor magic can’t happen. The Czochralski process makes that mess chip-worthy. The silicon is remelted, and one tiny crystal is lowered in and slowly drawn out. This first crystalline seed aligns the growing solid mass during a single, perfect crystal of silicon, able to be sliced and diced and put to good use. Everything that’s alive needs nitrogen in order to create the foremost basic bits of life like amino acids and DNA. except for most of life's history, converting nitrogen to biologically useful forms could only be done by bacteria in soil, they pull gas from the air and convert it to putting together blocks like ammonia and nitrates.

That was until 1909, when German chemist FritzHaber, with the assistance of a few friends, found out the way to roll in the hay on our own. The Haber-Boschprocess converts nitrogen gas and hydrogen gas, two simple ingredients, to form ammonia, which we will then become an N-finite list of useful stuff. So why is that this #1? Fertilizer. For the first time, farmers didn’t need to believe crop rotation or shovel what the family cow provided‘em to urge nitrogen. Inexpensive chemical fertilizers let many of us grow abundant food for the primary time ever. the planet grew such a lot of food, in fact, that the worldwide population has quite quadrupled since this chemical revolution.

We make 450 million plenty of nitrogen fertilizer this manner per annum, a full 1 to 2 percent of all the energy we use goes to this process. in fact, salad bars and cereal aren’t the only things that we make with industrial nitrogen. Nitrates are necessary ingredients in making explosives,

Untold Truth -MS Dhoni Has Lost a Bit of Fitness, is Past His Best:

Former India skipper MS Dhoni – who turned 39 last month – is set to make a comeback to cricket after a year and a half in the upcoming season of the IPL in UAE, but former BCCI selector Roger Binny feels the legend is past his prime and should make way for youngsters. He also felt that he is not as effective as a finisher as he used to be and has lost a bit of his fitness.

“Seeing him the last couple of seasons, he (MS Dhoni) is past the best cricket of his and what he’s capable of doing – turning around matches from losing positions, with sheer intelligence and power. And the way he motivated his players too,” Binny told SportsKeeda in an interview. “He’s lost a bit of fitness and there are younger players coming through the system. He’s past his best really, and he would be the right judge for that.”

Hailing India’s most successful captain Dhoni for respecting the players from the past, Binny said he is extremely down-to-earth and would come and tell you what he wants.

“One thing we admired MS Dhoni for was that he had great respect for past cricketers. He was a very down-to-earth person and had a lot of respect and time for cricketers. He’d come and discuss with you and tell you what he wanted,” Binny stated.

He also stated that it is great to work with him.

“He was the man on the field and we had to give him what he wanted but he wouldn’t demand it. He’d speak with the Chairman and the selectors and we didn’t have any arguments or fights. It was excellent to work with him,” he concluded.

today We are talking about India's national and international cricket player the batsman number 18 Virat Kohli That's right guys. We're talking about VK Virat Kohli my name is Abhijeet and Welcome to Abs Unique Classroom.

This is a blog where we talk about people's cultures and places from all around the world But you know we have talked about sports figures in the past. We've talked about you know MS, Dhoni, and yeah, he's a great player But let's be real some of you guys were like Yo, you should talk about other people like a lot of you guys like y'all can talk about Virat Kohli I can't even count the number of people that said hey talk about this guy because he's just so popular Now before I get in this post guys.

I want to know who your favorite sports figure is for me I'm not really much of a sports guy. I'm more of an actor Entertainment film sort of guy, so I'm gonna stay out of this one, but you guys answer it down there I want to see what your comments are so to start off talking about variety. Let's just go over the basics This 5/9 right-handed batsman and bowler was born on November 5th, 1988 in New Delhi India and in 2016 ESPN ranked this man as the eighth most popular athlete on the entire planet which is crazy I mean I always thought it might be an American player But let's be real India has a lot of people I wonder if there are any Chinese athletes that we don't know about Hmm now growing up.

He was born into a Punjabi family and his father Prem was a criminal lawyer And his mother suraj. Well. She was a housewife and growing up He was the youngest of three with an older brother and an older sister and although he attended Vishal Bharadwaj school He first got into cricket when he joined the West Delhi Cricket Academy Which was formed in 1998 now throughout his cricket career You might have noticed that he has black wristbands on his wrists now.

Why is that? I mean? Is there a reason for those wrist bands? This is because they are totally has admitted that he is very superstitious Is divisive and even say that what point he's indoor the same gloves while scoring runs But it since 2012 if you notice on his right hand he has a really cool wristband and that is called a cat OhWhich is apparently supposed to bring him good luck now for some of you guys you may not know who is this guy? Married to well in 2013 he got into a relationship with Anushka Sharma Who is obviously a Bollywood actor is a very beautiful one and I really don't get it?

What is it with all these actresses wanting to date sports figures? I don't see it and throughout the years They've kind of had a hot and cold relationship with it's just not only has got the media's attention But it's had the fans quite concerned and for those who don't remember in December of 2016 there were heavy rumors that the two of them were going to be engaged according to Anushka Sharma She says that marriage is in the cards, but they're not exactly sure when it's gonna happen But let's jump back to his cricket career because he is one of the best cricket players in the entire world actually.

He was listed as the fastest cricket player to score more than 20 centuries in an ODI Match and for him to complete that task it took him only a hundred and thirty-three innings to do so and the only person To have that record before he was Sachin Tendulkar who did it in? 197 innings Boy But why is this guy so good well, first of all, he's really committed to his craft and in 2006 he showed his commitment with flying colors This is because he was with the Delhi Ranji and that year Virat had been going through a lot with his father who had been bedridden and sick for over a month and Unfortunately during this time Franco Lee's dad passed away However the day after there was the Karan apke game in which he, however, the day after his death There was a Karan napkin game in which he's still committed to going to and during that game He still scored 90 points, which I'm like wow that's amazing.

I mean like for me I wouldn't be able to do something like that I'd be benched of the entire game and what's even crazier about that apparently even went to the funeral right after the game What a guy I mean like he's committed to the game, and he's committed to his family I think that's amazing but jumping ahead in 2011 he and a few others were put on the Test squad for the tour and Australia and one of his most famous moments is he got so Frustrating one of the second games that he ended up giving the entire crowd the middle finger.

This of course had him ending up with having 50% of his match fee deducted by a referee and although this tour started off very Rough form it actually ended very well because at the end of that tour he had gotten the rank of India's highest run scorer and lone Centurion of the entire series Stand to the great man Absolutely And because of his great work for that Australia to her he became the vice captain for the Asia Cup Series in 2012 and by the year 2013 MS Dhoni had injured himself Resulting in Kohli standing in as the captain for the ODI West Indies series, and this wasn't really good for MS Dhoni because he got ruled out and Kohli ended up finishing this series and by the time India was going to the ODI Zimbabwe to her Viraj Kohli had become the captain of a team for an entire series for the very first time and he actually proved himself to be A very good captain because by the end of that tour they had finished 5-0 which was the first time India ever done that in a way series however, let's talk about the 2013 2014 Oh D I Australia India tour because this was as well a very important moment for verrat Kohli because by the second game he had struck the fastest century of any Indian in the OD eyes with 52 balls and an unbroken 186 runs second wicket partnership .

But let's step away from his sports for a second and let's talk about some of his cool Brand deals that he has Brad Cooley has made millions from his brand deals, and one of the best deals that he had was in 2014 when Kohli signed with American appraisal his brand that year was estimated to be worth fifty- million United States dollars that's impressive and because of that he was the fourth most popular and profitable brand celebrity in India and by 2016 this guy had so many brand deals just coming out the wazoo, as a matter of fact, He had over thirteen brand deals And it weren't small brands there were big ones like Pepsi outie Adidas Vicks, Herbalife.

You name it He's pretty much endorsed it But the thing that's great about Kohli is the money doesn't just go to his head and doesn't just go to him Because he's also a very charitable man, as a matter of fact, He has done a lot for charities And he is the founder of his own charity with his own name the Brad Coalition is a charity that aims to help underprivileged kids They're getting them great events healthcare or education for these children and because of all these brand deals and all these great opportunities and his bcc i--'s central contract, this guy is the highest-paid cricketer in the entire world making a net worth of approximately 40 million dollars and not only that he has also been the highest-paid player in the Indian Premier League for three years in a row But that is just a small amount of the facts of Virat Kohli this guy has done so much and so much hard work. It's impossible for us to condense it into a small video and because of all this, he has fans that a dorm not just for the sport of cricket, but for his personality.

I hope you guys learned something and you know if we missed some facts be sure to let us know down there because we always Like learning about new things from all around the world whether it be people places their cultures from all different places But before I get out of here guys check out Graham really calm because these guys are our sponsor they help.

But here’s the thing: albeit there are billions of searches every single day, our recent study shows that 91% of content gets no traffic from Google. So how does one join the opposite 9% of sites and begin getting free, consistent, and passive traffic from Google? If you’re a beginner to SEO, then you’re going to want to read this whole post because I’m going to show you how to start attracting customers from the world’s largest search engine.

What’s up everyone, abs here with Ahrefs, the SEO tool that helps you grow your search traffic, research your competitors, and dominate your niche. This post is called “SEO for beginners” because even if you haven’t got the slightest clue what SEO is, you’ll have very clear and easy action items that you can implement into your website right away. So we’ll be covering the most important things that you should know to ensure that your website is optimized for search. Let’s get started. So what is SEO?

SEO stands for search engine optimization. It’s the process of optimizing your website and web pages to get free organic traffic from search engines like Google. Think of Google sort of a file system during a library. The library has millions of books with hundreds of trillions of pages. So let’s say that you simply want to seek out something on, “global warming.” Then Google would search through these books and extract pages that contain your keywords or closely related words. But as I’m sure you know, search results aren't returned in any random order. Google tries to return the foremost relevant results first by using sophisticated algorithms. And they're so good at this, that most of us never have to click through to page 2 of the search results.

Nobody knows exactly how these algorithms work or the exact factors it looks at to rank a web page, but we do know a lot of the so-called"Google ranking.

So your job is going to be two-fold:

Number 1, we need to make sure that it's easy for search engines to understand what your page is about and create that content that matches what we call, “the searcher’s intent," right? And

number 2, we need to show Google and other search engines that it’s ‘worthy’ of ranking. So throughout this tutorial, let’s say that I’m a replacement and budding photographer and that I sleep in Toronto, Canada. I’m starting my new wedding photography business called “Sam photography.” Yup, I’m pretty awesome... but I don’t have any friends, so referrals-are out of the question. Alright great.

Step 1 is to find relevant keywords that people are searching for and see how these search queries fit into your business. The easiest way to start finding relevant keywords is to put yourself in the shoes of a potential customer. So I might think that a bride or groom trying to find some magical wedding photos would look for “wedding photographer in Toronto.” is sensible, right? So I’ll go to Ahrefs' Keywords Explorer tool, which is one of our SEO tools that provides rich data on Google searches, and I’ll enter that search query here. I’ll also change the country to Canada since people in other countries, they probably aren’t trying to find a Toronto based photographer as often. Now, I’ll run the search. And you'll see that there are only around 60 approximately monthly searches for this keyword phrase, which is way from exciting.

In this case, the parent topic is showing that more people look for, “Toronto wedding photographer,” over “wedding photographer in Toronto.” Now, if we scroll to the rock bottom of the page, you'll see the highest 10 Google rankings for your target keyword and a bunch of keyword metrics. I’ll just touch on two of them for this video: traffic and keywords. Take a look at these two ranking pages. You can see that they generate overflow thousand search visitors every single month and next thereto, you’ll see that every page individually ranks for many keywords.

If we click on the number of keyword rankings here, you can see all of the different keywords and the ranking positions in Google search. This is an honest thing to try to because you already know that Google is ranking this single page for all of the keywords, so why wouldn’t you be able to rank for these keywords and maybe even more? Try and remember this part, because we'll be exploring things like keyword usage multiple times throughout this tutorial. Alright, now that we have a list of keywords, it’s time to optimize your pages. In the world of program optimization, this is often called “on-page SEO.” Since we all know the keywords that folks are checking out in Google, it gives us clues on the language we should always use to let both Google and potential customers know what your page is about.

For example, knowing that “Toronto wedding photographer” may be a more popular search query than “wedding photographer in Toronto”, which will help us make smarter copywriting decisions. So for your homepage content, you might say, “Hi I’m Sam, a Toronto wedding photographer. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,” instead of “Howdy, I’m Sam and I do wedding photos for couples in Toronto.” But I do need to make two things very clear: First, you don’t need to use your exact match keyword since Google has gotten pretty smart at understanding what your page is about. And second, it’s very important to note that you shouldn’t try to trick Google by using keywords where they don’t belong. Your first priority should be to optimize for people because the last time I checked, robots aren’t getting to pay you for your services.

Here’s an example of what you shouldn’t do: "I’m a Toronto wedding photographer that does Toronto wedding photography for your Toronto wedding.” This is known as keyword stuffing and long story short, it does more harm than good. So the key takeaway? Don’t do it. So for on-page SEO, I want to pass on 4 very basics, but important tips that you can use on every page you optimize. The first is to optimize your title tags and meta descriptions. When you look at Google’s search results, you’ll see this part in blue and the text below. The top part is named your title tag and therefore the other part is that the meta description.

The purpose of these is to entice someone to click through to your page. And if people are actually clicking through to your page, then that’s telling Google that your page is likely relevant to the reason why they had searched for the query in the first place, right? And you'll see that Google actually even bolds these keywords and similar keywords within the search results making them stand out. With that in mind, I'd create a title like, “Award-Winning Toronto Wedding Photographer,” then my name. But of course, if you’re going to do something like this, it should be true.

Then for the meta description, you'll explain during a couple brief sentences what the page is about. But instead of putting a generic description that everybody else is doing and calling yourself the simplest, you'll put something like: “Sam Oh was rated the Star’s Best Toronto Wedding Photographer. He combines creativity with science to capture life’s happiest day in a million pixels.” Awww...how sweet is that? Now, this is able to make me as a consumer want to seek out out who this awesome photographer is. The last part of on-page optimization is the most important and that’s the actual content on the page. For a typical wedding photography home page, I'd have some images, a brief “about us” or “about me” section, possibly the services that I provide, and a few testimonials from happy brides and grooms.

Without over-complicating things, you’ll likely want to use your primary keyword phrase within the main headline, often mentioned as an H1 tag. And looking at one among the top-ranking pages, you’ll see that they did this right here. An example of what you probably shouldn’t be doing is something like this: hello there. And remember, your job is to assist Google best identify your page as being relevant to the user’s search query. I’ll go back to the organic keywords report in Ahrefs to see one of my competitor’s keyword rankings and see if there are any other ideas that might help Google better understand what my page is about. You can see some other relevant keywords inhere like bridal, photos, and GTA, which stands for the Greater Toronto Area. So as you’re writing the copy for your page, you might want to keep these in mind and sprinkle them in where it makes sense and reads naturally to visitors.

Let’s say that my business was growing, I got a lot more experience under my belt and I found out that I have some mad skills in areas like landscape, portrait, travel, product photography. So I decided, heck, I’m going to offer those services too! Then I’d type in something like “Toronto product photographer," and I’ll quickly check out the search volume and see it's 100 approximately monthly searches in Canada. Then I’ll take a glance at the parent topic that has around 200 searches. And here’s a quick but super interesting side note. With wedding photographers, people seem to be searching for “Toronto wedding photographer” the most. While people trying to find product photographers in Toronto are checking out “product photography Toronto.”

So this step is vital to ensure you’re targeting keywords that will provide you with the most exposure for your pages. So for our services page, we would do the same thing as we did before with the title tag, meta description, and the content on the page. The last item you ought to do is to incorporate your primary keyword phrase within the URL of the page. So for a product photography services page, your final URL might look like this: If you’re a Word press user, you can just click here and edit it using hyphens to separate spaces.

So during this case, I might change it to product-photography-Toronto. A really quick hack you'll do is to seem at the highest 10 rankings and see how they’ve optimized those pages to rank there. So if we glance at the Google search results for, “Toronto product photography,” you'll see that a number of the pages are keyword stuffing within the title tags and that the meta descriptions are all kind of cheesy or they're truncated. Clicking through to this result, you can see that it’s just a classifieds site, similar to Craigslist, so it’s clearly not optimized. Clicking through to this one, you can see that they included their keyword phrase in the heading and title tags, but then there’s pretty much no content on the rest of the page. And then clicking through to the present one here, this one seems to be over-optimized for his or her keyword target.

What you’re seeing here is an opportunity to overtake these search results. Basically, Google has no choice but to settle on the simplest options from a nasty pool of pages. Alright, so by this point, we’ve optimized our main pages for our different services, and we've covered the basics of on-page SEO. And if you’ve done this for all of your key pages, then I can assure you that you are miles ahead of a lot of your competitors. The next part and arguably the most important piece of ranking high on Google is off-page SEO. Off-page SEO often refers to link building.

And link building is the process of getting other websites to link to your web pages. Basically, links act as votes or other people vouching for your website saying: “hey, these people are really good at what they do and I trust them enough that I would send my visitors to their website.” It works in a similar way that you simply would refer your friend to shop for a product from whatever store because you’ve tried it, used it, and loved it. In general, the more quality backlinks you'll get from relevant pages, the upper you’ll rank in Google. Now I’m putting the emphasis here on the word “quality,” because there are a lot of different types of links you can get forums, directories, and editorial links to name a few. But if you think about it, a place like a forum where virtually anyone can place a link will likely hold less value than a link from someone else's blog. But to be clear, other sorts of links will still hold some quite valuable, but probably not the maximum amount as links like editorials would. So if you’re focusing on quality, then you’ll probably want to prioritize editorial links. And the main thanks to getting links from other people’s blogs is thru something that SEOs often ask as “outreach.” And outreach is strictly the way it sounds.

You’re contacting people and asking them for a link. But you can’t just email someone and be like, “yo! I need a link. Hook it up.” It doesn't work that way. There are three things that you need in order to make your outreach campaigns more successful. 1. You need people who are actually interested in the stuff that you do. 2. You need a good reason to contact them. 3. You need a pitch that somehow benefits them. Let’s go through a few examples, shall we? First, we need to identify people who are interested in what you are doing.

The most commonsensical one within the context of link building are websites that have already linked to your competitors. You can find these pages by going to Ahrefs' Site Explorer and entering a domain or URL. So I’ll enter in mango studios.com, who also does wedding photography in Toronto. I’ll also narrow our search right down to pages that are linking just to their home page. From here, I can click on the backlinks option in the left column. And here, I’ll use this filter to narrow down the backlinks to only links within content, since I discussed that I would like to urge some editorial links. On the left side, you can see the websites that linked to the target URL or domain, and on the right side, you can see which page they linked to and the context of the backlink. Next, let’s click through to this one on"Jaw-Dropping Gorgeous Wedding Flower Ideas." You can see that there are a bunch of pictures of flowers.

And hey! I actually have a great one that’s way better than all of these. So let’s check that off on our checklist for successful outreach. We now have a prospect. So I can contact the author, Nicole, and let her know about one of my pictures that were published in some kind of wedding magazine because it’s that awesome. So this now fulfills checkbox #2. We have an honest reason to contact her because we've something relevant to her piece. And in fact, I’d be giving her rights to publish my photo, which also checks off #3. As a general rule of thumb, the higher the‘excuse’ you'll come up with to contact the author, the higher your chance is going to be to urge the link. Another good reason to contact someone is to offer a guest post. Blog owners are always on the hunt for new content and since your site is new, you’ll be getting in front of someone else’s audience in exchange for some of some time and content where you'll easily use some watermarked photos that you’ve taken. With guest posts, your reason to contact them is pretty reasonable and you’ll be providing value, which is free content (that should be good), that benefits them and/or their website.

The next outreach prospect you can find are businesses in a lateral non-competing niche. So as a wedding photographer, you might want to contact other local flower shops, reception halls, and wedding planners. If you check out the “jaw-dropping flowers” article, you'll see that there are two people mentioned in the article. There’s Mango Studios, which is that the site that we’re analyzing, also as an occasion and style planning company. You can contact these people to form meaningful relationships. Just think about it for a second. Your businesses go hand-in-hand and you can pass on referrals to each other, you can link back to each other as a ‘preferred vendor’ or link to others’ content in guest posts where it's relevant. And this isn’t limited to just local businesses. This applies to everyone.

Now with link building, there are numerous tactics and methods, so if you would like to expand your knowledge during this sphere, then I highly recommend watching our series on link building where you’ll get a full scope of the way to do that effectively. Alright! We are on to the last SEO tip that I see tons of beginner’s avoiding. Now, if you've got something to sell, fixing your homepage and product/services pages is perhaps the primary thing that you’ll do or did and permanently reason. These are the pages that will directly generate leads and revenue for your business. But here’s the final tip: start blogging. Now, I’m not telling you to write about how you changed your storefront sign from red to green.

By blogging, I’m pertaining to providing practical content that will and can help your prospective customers solve problems. In Dr. Jonah Berger’s book, Contagious: "Why Things Catch On," he shares his research on why content gains popularity and even goes viral. Content that gives “practical value” was one of the key factors to success. People don’t just share funny cat videos or emotional stories. They share things that help others. And the same goes for gaining links. People are more likely to link to your content if it’s helpful, actionable, and solves a problem. Look at what we do for the Ahrefs blog.

And albeit you don’t use our tools, you'll gain plenty useful through these monstrous posts. But you’ll see that we include short cuts or hacks where our tool can make doing SEO a whole lot easier. To further prove my point, if you check out the “top pages” report inside Site Explorer, you’ll see that the pages that generate the foremost search traffic for us, mostly come from our blog articles. Blogging lets you reach large audiences. For example, we saw that the Toronto wedding photographer had around 900 monthly searches in Canada.

You can see that it has around 1,400 monthly searches in Canada. If you’ve been in the wedding photography business long enough, then you’ve probably done shoots at numerous venues. So you'll create a post with helpful and practical value. For example, I'd create a piece of writing of a number of the simplest venues that I had taken photos at and display pieces from my portfolio within the blog post. I would also detail the pros and cons of each place, pricing information, location details, items on their catering menu, or anything else that would be genuinely helpful to a person visiting this page. And if you think that about it, people usually book the venue before the photographer. So there’s a solid chance that after people see some of your stunning watermarked photos, they might look through your portfolio, and contact you for a quote that can generate more customers for you. And if you think that about it, they'll haven't discovered you thru a special means because they didn’t type during a keyword phrase like“Toronto wedding photographer," or their friends didn't refer you to them. When you’re thinking of those ideas, put yourself within the searcher’s shoes. What would they be looking for and what would help them solve the query? Now, when you’re picking topics, attempt to persist with ones that provide value to your business.

So as a photographer, I would want to almost all ways to showcase my work because I would be judged by my portfolio. As a software company, we showcase how our tools can help in people’s SEO process because people will buy our tools if they see how it benefits them. As a coffee roaster, you might show them how to make the perfect cup of coffee or an article on how to roast beans. I cannot emphasize enough, how much a blog can help you boost your SEO efforts. It’s a great way to get ahead of your competitors who have been in the game for longer than you, but they've been targeting only these‘obvious’ keywords.

From here, you can just rinse and repeat the keyword research process, the on-page optimization tips, and continually build links to your content and articles and start climbing the Google search rankings. We have a ton of really helpful posts where we expand on these topics.
