You follow this link, drag the suggested bookmarklet onto your links toolbar and it’s done. Then whenever you upload a Flickr photo (if you can be arsed) you click the link and it turns your photo into a mini google map. Click the place on the map where you took the photo and it automatically geo-tags your image and inserts a link into the description field.

I realise that as I am typing this I am making it sound complicated - it isn’t. Start geotagging!

Well, it seems that there are three types of mushrooms.

Ones that you can eat, ones that will kill you and ones that you can eat but may give you ‘gastric problems’.

The books are unclear as to what constitutes gastric problems. However in the interests of scientific discovery I cooked and ate some Clouded Agaric mushrooms (clitocybe nebularis below)

They tasted great, and so far I have yet to develop and serious digestive problems. So horah!

One of the good things about this house is the larder - I feel that I have done my best to put as many things in jars as I can for the winter months. The squash crop has been a bit disappointing - only two green ones (can’t remember what they were) and one butternut.
Maybe there will be a couple more before the weather gets two cold, but at the moment they seem to be getting to about 10cm and then rotting off.
