A true devotee who is enlightened with the divine knowledge about God, is always eager to learn good qualities of others, such a devotee can be compared to a businessman who is always eager to conclude good deals.

A devotee who is always learning and who always keen, eager and ready to learn, a devotee who always considers himself as a student and / or a humble servant of this Nirankar will always keep on progressing on the spiritual front. Such a devotee will always go on improving his / her own life by learning good qualities and habits from others.

Moment a devotee stops learning, the moment a devotee feels that now he is fully educated and he is totally learned is a moment when a downfall of such devotee begins, Such devotees then feel that the others are inferior / smaller as compared to him / her. In such cases the devotee actually stops progressing on devotional / spiritual front and he starts falling.

Who is the True Guru / Complete Guru (Satguru)

There is evidence in Vedas, Bhagwad Gita and Holy Scriptures that whenever there is decline of virtues and an uprise of sins and the form of the path of bhakti is distorted by the contemporary saints, mahants,and gurus, at that time, God either by coming Himself or by sending His most knowledgeable saint again establishes the virtues by means of the true knowledge.

( I ) Kabir, guru bin mala ferte, guru bin dete daan ,

Guru bin dono nishfal hain, poochho ved puran

( II)Tab Kabir as kaheve leenha, gyanbhed sakal kah deenha

Dharmdas main kaho bichaari, jihite nibhae sab sansaari

Prathmahi shishya hoy jo aai, ta kahaen paan dehu tum bhaai

Jab dekhahu tum dridta gyana, ta kahaen kahu shabd prvaana

Shabd maanhi jab nishchay aavae, ta kahae gyan agaadh sunaavae

Ja ko sukshm gyan hai bhaai, ta ko smaran dehu lakhaai

Saints Dhan Nirankar Ji,

Three aspects of devotion – Satsang, Sewa and Sumiran

Devotion is not a means to know God, but having known Him, it is a way of life for the devotee ever expressing his heart felt gratitude for His bounties. Such a devotion is not subjected to the limitations of rituals, time or place. Knowledge of God is not the end, but the beginning of devotion.

A true disciple sees the Divine in all, and so is ever in Satsang. His every action is dedicated to the Divine, turning it into Sewa. And he lives in a state of constant awareness of Nirankar, making his every breath a Simran.

Bliss and Joy, that emerges out of experiencing GOD, manifests in form of staying with enlightened ones, serving all and remembering the Self.

All of this comes naturally; but yet needs to be forced at times since Maya is too strong to make the true understanding take a back seat

(a) Satsang (b) Sewa (c) Sumiran

Satsang: Gathering of devotees or enlightened beings is known as satsang. In fact satsang actually means to be joining with the truth. In the mission, it is believed that although for practical reasons, satsang has been given time and place for worshipers to gather the spiritual perspective, yet one has the potential to live in a state of satsang, which is beyond any man-made constraints of time and place.

Sewa: The term is used to define the self-less service of humanity without want for reward. This can be achieved through many means and forms but behind this voluntary service is the most important fact of self-less intention, which counts.

Sumiran: Following God-knowledge (Brahm Gyan), the True Master asks the devotee to remember God all the time, everywhere and in all circumstances and thus make it a part of his daily life, his normal behaviour. Sumiran, usually spelt here as ‘Simran’, serves as devotee’s prayer also. It keeps his or her faith in God and God-knowledge firm and steadfast.

It serves as the most convenient means to express the devotee’s love for God (Bhakti). Here the True Master provides spiritual or divine support to Simran to make it effective and fruitful for the devotee. It reads in Punjabi as : “Tu Hi Nirankar, Main Teri Sharan Haan, Mainoon Baksh Lo” i.e. O’ Thou Formless One, I surrender to Thee, Please forgive me.

Saints whenever there is a natural calamity or whenever a particular area is affected by some large scale epidemic, then we normally see doctors going there and doing a selfless service by treating the patients. In such instances the doctors who go to these affected areas are always alert and they always ensure to take necessary precautions by inoculating themselves with a vaccine, to ensure that they themselves are not effected by the epidemic

Saints today our society is also hit by an epidemic where dangerous mental disease like hatred, enmity, jealousy are rampant and this epidemic can only be cured by a true devotee who is enlightened, using medicine of love, compassion, mercy, humility.

Saints a true devotee can only succeed in curing the society only if he has a full and unconditional non shakable faith on this Nirankar, his Satguru and at the same time the devotee has actually adopted the teachings of love, compassion, mercy, humility, in his own life and inoculated his soul with these medicines so as to ensure that he himself is not affected with.epidemic.

Saints in case a devotee is himself mentally weak (meaning he himself is not a living example of an enlightened soul) then such a devotee himself becomes affected with the epidemic

Saints Das prays to Babaji to bless all of us with necessary strengths such that we can actually work like a successful doctors who are able to free this society of the grave epidemic

In the next 1 year, earths' temperature will increase by 4 degrees!! The Himalayan Glaciers are melting rapidly. So its our foremost duty to stop it and it can be stop only by planting trees in your locality, school, office place.
Every little effort will count. As we all know due to emission of poisonous gases we all are hurting our MOTHER EARTH and due to which we all are lending hands in GLOBAL WARMING, in order to save our MOTHER EARTH a mega tree plantation drive was conducted on 8 aug 2010 by the SANT NIRANKARI MISSION, where almost 5,000 trees were planted with the blessings of our TRUE MASTER SATGURU BABA HARDEV SINGH JI MAHARAJ to stop global warming and to celebrate the spirit of COMMONWEALTH GAMES 2010. But this ain't the only warming against which we all are fighting, theres' another type of warming which vests insides us i.e evil thoughts for example anger, hatred, impatience, intolerance and many more which constantly increases our body tempertaure and destroys our mind. This has remained invincible but in order to get victory over it one needs to realize oneself and that is possible only through GODS' REALIZATION. Today this mission is imparting GODS' REALIZATION to entire mankind. Inspite of serving humanity, SANT NIRANKARI MISSION is also playing an important role in social activities like tree plantation drives, conducting blood donation camps at various places of the world, cleaning activities and many more.

As we have entered the new era of sophisticated technology, we have seen that the world has now become smaller and it will become more smaller as we proceed. But in spite of so much inventions, innovations and advancements, we have witnessed one more thing and i.e hatred and its increasing day by day. We are making outer world beautiful but what about the inner world. Is it not important to improve ourselves simultaneously. If not then what the use of everything, there will be destruction in place of construction, hatred in place love, lonliness and blah blah.. In order to overcome this, one need to consider the entire world as one family [VASUDHEV KUTUMBKAM] and this will come only when one gets ENLIGHTENMENT i.e GOD REALISATION from the TRUEMASTER.
