Universal School is observing Healthy Heart Month.

       This month everyone including teachers, staff and students have to pick  two unhealthy things to abstain from. We must choose one physical unhealthy habit we normally do such as eating candy or drinking coffee etc. We also have to pick an unhealthy spiritual habit we have to abstain from committing such as backbiting, arrogance, lying etc.

If you’re looking to better yourself please partake in this self motivating process and commit to it 100% to improve your state physically and spiritually.

Everyone has room for improvement.
