Whenever there is a big demand there is big fraud.

This is true for students who want a "career guaranteed University Degree".

The Bloomberg Article is Titled:

China Rush to U.S. Colleges Reveals Predatory Fees for Recruits

The article states many fightening aspects of illegal activities.

Many agencies that aren’t licensed by the Chinese government cater to families eager to see their children gain the prestige of a U.S. degree.

For thousands of dollars, Chinese agents help fill out applications, ghost-write essays and arrange visas. These agents also often misrepresent or conceal or completely fraudulently identify their U.S. affiliations.

The Chinese agents receive payments from the student families and demand a share of any scholarships. For recommendations, teachers’ names are signed without their knowledge, and extracurricular credentials such as student-union president were made up.

Scores of US schools are starting to pay agents a commission for each student enrolled -- an incentive that’s banned when recruiting U.S. students.
