I wish to be somebody

But I don't tell anybody

I am ashamed

that they will see the real me..

I always pretend to be happy

but deep inside me

I am a slave of my own anxiety

about the things a round me..

I really wish to be happy

But it's getting more sad deeply

I want to tell anybody that I am

looking for somebody to love me as me..

I wish that everybody will like me

Just what I expect to be

I was really bothered when somebody

told me that he hated me..

I cried for grief and pity

for what he has done to me

I felt that I'm not that somebody

because we have different personality

in facing relationship and poverty...

As I recall these lines; I remember that it happened during the sandiest days of my life..where I find no one to lean on..no one to understand and where in writing was my only consolation. I don't want to experience this thing again..I have too much of yesterday and I've learned a lot from it..

I am what I am now because of what I've been through..Experience is a great teacher molding me to become a better person and not a bitter one. After all those years, I realize God's plan of allowing things to happen. I do believe that there are times in our life that trusting seems a burden but one thing that I am assure of; even if we don't understand; we must trust in HIS ways..

Looking Back

I used to write poems when I was in high school. It's a way of expressing myself, my emotions and feelings. But, I hadn't done it for so long, I just realize it now that writing was my way of coping back then. As I look back on my old school things, I found a little notebook that contains all my compositions. It did awakens my passion for writing..

After a little life's changes, I found myself writing again. Indeed it helped a lot, easing the pain...Let me share this composition I wrote way back in 2001..

~THE BEAUTY AROUND ME~

I looked and see

the things around me.

My eyes is filled with beauty

and it's creativity.

I love to see the clouds above me

It makes me feel like a bird

flying beneath the trees

who is always happy and gives a sweet melody.

I love to stay under the shade of the tree

It makes me feel fresh

and gives me liberty

from all my anxiety.

I love to see the purple mountains

That reminds me to worship Your majesty

I love to hear the birds singing with enchantment

that awakens every heart of its beauty.

I always wanted to see the sun shines

that gives us a new day

and a strength to face every storm

along the way with a great victory.

I love to see all the animals in the forest

They are alive and enthusiastic

they exist in the wild forest

And God the creator knows it...

The Day You Said Goodbye

I cursed this day to die with me..today marks the day, the death of everything in me.i will forever mourn,don't wish me happiness cos u know I'll never be.Bid me goodbye and if reincarnation is true, i wish well met again, love again....

It took me a minute to realize that I just said goodbye to someone very dear to me..I can't find the right thing to say. Thoughts raged down in me, where did I go wrong?

I'm not sure if I made the right thing, I'm burned out, but why does it hurt so much??? Is this the only solution? Will it ever solve the status quo? Will I ever get used of not being with him? Thoughts like this is killing me..How long shall I stay like this? How long shall I feel like this?

The goodbye thing is not easy,.I realized it now, I will forever be grateful for having you once..Truly, as I always quote that life is a constant change..you can never hold on things that will last forever..I must learn to love and to let go...

A sad thing in life is that sometimes you meet someone who means a lot to you only to find out in the end that it was never bound to be yours and you just have to let go. Some people think it's holding on that makes them strong but sometimes it's letting go. There are things that we never want to let go of, people we never want to leave behind. But keep in mind that letting go isn’t the end of the world, it’s the beginning of a new life

Though I feel this way, on the other hand, I am also thankful for the experiences and the lessons I've learned..Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for awhile and leave footprints on our hearts. And we are never, ever the same..Thank you and goodbye.

A few years ago, at the Seattle Special Olympics, nine contestants, all physically or mentally disabled, assembled at the starting line for the 100-yard dash.

At the gun, they all started out, not exactly in a dash, but with a relish to run

the race to the finish and win. All, that is, except one little boy who stumbled

on the asphalt, tumbled over a couple of times, and began to cry.

The other eight heard the boy cry.

They slowed down and looked back.

Then they all turned around and went back.

Every one of them.

One girl with Down's Syndrome bent down and kissed him and said: "This will

make it better." Then all nine linked arms and walked together to the finish line.

Everyone in the stadium stood, and the cheering went on for

several minutes. People who were there are still telling the story

Why? Because deep down we know this one thing: What matters in this life

is more than winning for ourselves. What matters in this life is helping others win,

even if it means slowing down and changing our course.
