Although the big event of the year is over there are still lots of regattas to go to, not least of which is Nat Champs on 18-20 July and in held in Nottingham this year.

Also, there’s a club meeting on 16th July at 9pm to review the year and vote in a new captain/deputy captains/other committee positions. It’s quite an important one for all members.

Our one medal winner for 2008, Baz in the 5 seat of the Remenham 8, rowing as a Leander, Wallingford composite, beating a Furnivall/Leander composite. Congratulations!
