Former Dancing On Ice runner up Chris Fountain has blasted judge Emma Bunton, saying that she doesn’t know what she’s talking about.

The former Hollyoaks actor admitted that he’d like to replace Bunton on the judging panel saying:

“I’m not a massive fan of Emma Bunton,” he told Closer magazine. “She’s a great personality, but she says all this stuff about skating and she doesn’t know what she’s talking about.”

He added: “I’d love to be a judge, and I’d like to think I know a bit more about skating than Emma does!”

Peter Andre has admitted that he has been put off women following his recent bad experiences. After divorcing Katie Price, Peter went on to have a secret three month fling with model Maddy Ford who then sold her story to the tabloids.

Writing in new! magazine column: “I’m not interested in anything she has to say and don’t even want to give her the publicity by talking about her.

“I want to draw a line under the whole thing.

“I tell you what, though, I’m scared to even so much as look at a woman these days!

“I feel like I’ve had my fingers burned there. I’m the luckiest man in the world in terms of my career and my fans, but when you’re in the public eye, you really have to take the rough with the smooth sometimes.”

Defending his decision to allow Junior and Princess to attend his recent show, which Katie Price claimed was overtly sexual Peter wrote:

“Anyone who has seen me on tour will know that there is nothing raunchy about my gigs. Children come to see me perform every night and I haven’t had one complaint about the content.

“My friend Gino D’Acampo came along with his kids the same night that Junior and Princess were there, and he called me when he saw this story to say how angry it had made him. His kids thought it was brilliant and my kids did, too.

“In fact, Junior gets upset that he’s not allowed to come to every gig!”

Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner has issued a warning to Hayley Tamaddon, warning her that Danniella Westbrook could steal the show from under her.

The gay judge has admitted that even he got hot under the collar when watching Dan act like a sexy secretary on Sunday night’s show. He told The Sun:

“Hayley has got something to worry about – Danniella’s got more sex appeal.

“There’s no question she’s a lived woman and she’s bringing all of her life experience into play here.

“It reminded me of Maggie Gyllenhaal from the film Secretary. I was really turned on.

“It was steamy and it was really hot. It made me think, ‘This is a woman on ice, this isn’t some performing arts kid’ – which I think Hayley can come across like, she’s a little bit cheesy.”

He added:

“Danniella needs to keep using her acting ability, that’s how she could win it.

“But Hayley is technically superior and a great dancer. That’s what has got her this far.”

X Factor’s John and Edward Grimes have lost their record deal after releasing just one single.

After their debut track ‘Under Pressure (Ice Ice Baby)’ failed to claim the number one spot and slipped to number 12 the next week, Sony decided to drop the hyperactive twins.

An insider told The Sun:

“We tried our best to make the lads credible recording artists but punters just weren’t that bothered.

“They are great lads but haven’t got the greatest voices, so they’re something to see rather than listen to.

“Record companies are going through major upheaval so we have to be very careful what we throw our weight behind. I’m sure Jedward will be able to make a buck touring as a novelty act.”

Louis Walsh is standing by the boys and told the newspaper:

“I’m completely committed to Jedward and I know they still have a great career ahead.

“The boys have a sell-out tour in Ireland straight after The X Factor Tour in April and I’m in talks with a major record label about a new deal for them.”

Peter Andre is reportedly furious with his ex wife Katie Price, after finding out that she will be releasing a makeup range for children.

To make matters worse, Katie is said to be planning to use their two year old daughter Princess as a cover girl for the brand. On her ITV2 show Katie outlined the sort of products she could release saying:

“Edible lipstick, little case with wipes to take your make-up off. You can get a nice case for make-up wipe, lipsticks, blushers and mascara and nail varnishes.”

The manager of her perfume brand replied: “There will be a lot of PR from this because it can be quite controversial.”

Katie replied:

“That’s why I like to do it. For all you haters out there.”

The manager added: “We’ve got a model, we’ve got a name we just need a product.”

Peter is hoping that the conversation was a joke and a source close to him told The Sun:

“Peter’s concerns are genuine. He really doesn’t think it is right to see a child wearing make-up.

“He’s hoping that it’s some sort of joke – or that she sees sense and doesn’t ahead with it.”

Katie infuriated Pete last month by giving their daughter a makeover complete with false eyelashes and heavy makeup and posting the pictures on Facebook. At the time Peter blasted:

“If I’m honest, I’m absolutely disgusted and to me that’s the worst thing to be worried about. It’s a two-year-old girl and to me that’s disgusting.”

Former American idol finalist Danny Gokey has been waxing lyrical about his debut album ‘My Best Days,’ telling fans that it is an intensely personal piece of work. Claiming that his very DNA is weaved into the songs, Danny thinks that the record will help people connect with him ‘on a whole new level.’

Danny also claimed that he wants his fans to know that his life is in a happier place now and although he has faced tragedy (Danny’s wife passed away a month before his American Idol audition in 2008), he is ‘looking forward to life again.’

In an interview with Walmart Soundcheck Danny said:

On American idol my life became an open book, people saw the tragedy that I faced. One month before the auditions my wife passed away and it was the most devastating time of my life. But I want to tell people now, look at all the good that has come out of something so tragic and so bad. So when I came up with this song, I wanted to say I’m enjoying life again, what almost took me out didn’t take me out and I’m looking forward to life again.

American Idol contestant Michael (Big Mike) Lynche has revealed that he would love to have a Michael Jackson week on this year’s series of the show. But be warned, if bosses agree with Mike they can expect a clash between him and Paige Miles as they both want to sing the same song.

In an interview with Zap2it, the 26 year old baby daddy said:

I don’t necessarily have a dream theme, I hope that we do Michael Jackson week this year. He’s so relevant.

Paige loves Michael Jackson and we’re actually going to fight over the song. We’ve already talked about it.

We’ve got some people who worked with Michael on the show and to be round those people is nuts, it’s great!

On the upcoming Rolling Stones theme for this week’s show Lynche added:

You’ve gotta take everything to your world. regardless of what you’re doing. That’s where your honesty lies. So I’m not nervous about The Stones or rock or anything that’s outside R&B. I want to bring everything to my world and make it honest and real for me.

Former Coronation Street actor Danny Young has admitted that he’d like Danniella Westbrook to win this year’s series of Dancing On Ice.

Young was eliminated from the ITV ice skating show last night and while Hayley Tamaddon is currently bookies favourite to win, Danny says he’d prefer it if Danniella scooped the title.

Speaking on This Morning Danny said:

“You become so close to everyone, but what I love about Danniella is what she stands for.

“She took a couple of knocks, but she is a fighter. She has faced a lot in a her life and has come back. I like that in a person.”

He added: “I think with this show, as we saw last night, it is not the person who you always think is going to go through, that does.”

Maybe there is more truth to these rumours than we thought!

American Idol contestant Lee Dewyze has been chatting about how thrilled he is to have reached the final 12 on the show.

Speaking at the recent final 12 party, the 23 year old Chicago born singer told Zap2it:

‘American Idol’ has helped so many artists and musicians get to where they need to be. I’m just happy that I am a part of that. This is a good kickstart for the rest of my life.’

When asked if he would be breaking out the guitar for his performance each week, Lee revealed that he also plays piano and may give that a go if the song calls for it.

He said:

“I dropped the guitar for the second week as I just wanted to get myself out of my comfort zone. You’ll probably see a lot of the guitar but probably also the piano.”

“I dabble on the piano and I was thinking about breaking that out a little bit later….if I get that far. I hope I get that opportunity.”

We were surprised when we watched the above clip of American Idol’s Siobhan Magnus before she joined the show.

Used to seeing her as a kooky rock chick, we could never have imagined that the 19 year old would be so proficient at musical theatre too. In the clip Siobhan plays Mabel in a high school production of “Pirates of Penzance.” Her range is amazing and her tone is so clear, hopefully this versatility will stand her in good stead as she tries to master the wide variety of themes during her American idol journey.
