Our emotions ( at times )can tell us
Where our heart is….
What bothers us…shows us
Where our passion is….
What burdens us can lead us
to where God wants us to minister….

Then the King asked Nehemiah :
“WHAT IS IT YOU WANT ?”

So, to us individually today:
“WHAT IS IT YOU WANT ?”

but watch what Nehemiah did next
vs. 4
“ then I prayed to the God of heaven,
5. and I answered the king….
Nehemiah didn’t answer until….He prayed to God.

What Nehemiah wanted aligned with God
Too many times we react instead of spiritually
responding. We need to pause and go to God first
before responding to our “ what do you want “…

5.“…..let him send me to the city in Judah
where my fathers are buried so that I can rebuild it.”

Nehemiah is showing us….
HOW TO GET TO THE WILL OF GOD…
that will always have spiritual impact…
that will be anointed by God to see it thru….
that may not always be easy, but will give us peace….

vs. 6 “…it pleased the king to send me “

Even in the secular ~ God will give us favor with
God and man….for his will to happen….
in this chapter
it is amazing to see the actual will of God for
Nehemiah….
and those that would be impacted by
Nehemiah’s seeking,
hearing
and obeying God.

vs. 7
“I also said to him, ( pushing the envelope more )
“ if it pleases the king, may I
have letters to the governors of Trans Euphrates,
so that THEY WILL PROVIDE ME SAFE CONDUCT
unti I arrive in Judah.”

Look at how God Himself is
*instructing Nehemiah in the questions to ask
*giving Nehemiah the boldness to ask the question
*the right question to the right person will pave the way
* not stopping until you have done all that God is saying to do

vs. 8
“ And may I have a letter to Asaph, keeper of the king’s
forest, so he will give me the timber to make the beams
for the gates of the citadel and for the city wall
and for the residence I will occupy.”

Provision for the will of God in our lives….
Seeking God, hearing God, obeying God.

** in this build, I have had to ask God MANY TIMES…
who to ask, when to ask, when to do each task…
and HE has told me…
Mike Hawkins, James and Bill, Briggs, Les,
Jonathan, supporters have heard from God, the
exact team that came, Randy Green, Meffley,
Mike Thompson, Mark Good…and so the build…

HERE IT IS :

vs. 8
“ and because the gracious hand of God was upon
me, the king granted my requests.”

You can feel the hand of God on you,
when you are in the will of God.
YOU KNOW, it is NOT YOU….
YOU KNOW….it is only God
that can do the things
that are happening around you.
YOU can see, it is not about you at all….
It is for the will of God
In the way of God
for the people that God alone wants to touch.

Today there is SO MUCH….pot stirring…mind stirring…
Things going literally on in our lives that
“could”…. DRIVE YOU CRAZY !

There are things that are factually HARD….
that YOU are going through…no denying !

2 Cor. 4: 18
“ Fix your eyes on not on what is seen, but on what is unseen.
For what is seen is temporary but what is seen is eternal.”

Set your heart on things above – a striving
set your minds on things above – intentional concentrating

** what is your mind consumed with right now ?
Is there PEACE in that ?
The things on this earth is real, it has turmoil,
strife, it can be exhausting…mentally, physically
and spiritually….

But we are to be literally “hidden in Christ “ vs. 3- 4
Concealed in JESUS
Safe in JESUS CHRIST
We ARE…secure and safe in JESUS

“IN CHRIST”…..our very lives should be literally
“ IN CHRIST”…..hidden …”IN CHRIST”…

If we hide in a bush, what is seen first ?
If we hide in a closet, can satan find us easily ?
Can the world get to us easily ? It would have to seek us hard.

In the midst ~ HIDE……be hidden in Christ
in the midst ~ strive for JESUS CHRIST
in the midst ~ set our minds first on JESUS…

“Where the Spirit of the LORD is…
There is freedom.”
in the bush = freedom
in the closet = freedom
in this world = in your life today…there is FREEDOM

In ….This world, satan can find us easily….
I want to HIDE…..
I want to HIDE myself IN CHRIST……

Where in our lives right now…
has the “axhead” fell off ?
I COULD LIST A LONG LIST….in ministry…
that the “AXHEAD” has fallen off.
and it is borrowed because it belongs to the LORD.

Things in our own personal lives….

Things in the world…..

Elisha asked the man to say, to speak, to tell…
“WHERE DID IT FALL? “

It is the going to…
It is the humbling of saying, “ I NEED HELP JESUS “
It is the specifically showing God our need….
That we are letting go of our pride and saying..
” we can’t do this on our own”

vs. 6..” when he showed him the place……” yep.

The power of God through Elisha came to that exact spot !
And in the most, “un normal” way…..

“Elisha cut a stick and threw it there
and made the IRON…float”

I give my axhead to God today…..
I tell Him exactly where it is I NEED HIM…..
and then I wait upon God….
and I wait believing…….

Make it float God…
Make the IRON FLOAT….
that way, no glory can come to me,
because I can NOT make IRON FLOAT….

I ask for prayer for UnReined Ministry….
to float when satan would love it to sink.

I ask for prayer for our Nation…..
I ask for prayer for our Government……
I ask for prayer for our men and women in Blue…
I ask for prayer for our Pastors and Churches
I ask for prayer for our families…
the Dad and Mom’s in spiritual leadership.
I ask for prayers for our children, growing up in this…

God, let me show YOU, where the AXHEAD IS in my own life
today…..where it is fallen off and has sunk
seriously….please throw the stick in…
and MAKE IT FLOAT….

A GREAT AND MIGHTY GOD…
can only DO
GREAT AND MIGHTY THINGS….. ask, humble, expect.

Plan something in ministry
Text a friend and encourage, CALL a friend…smile
Pray for our family, the lost, the country, ministry
Go listen to a 90 year old blessing of a MOM….
Southern Ohio…ridge friends, Holler friends…

but SERIOUSLY, what EVER…
I will find my “DEEPEST JOY, MY DEEPEST LOVE, MY
DEEPEST CONTENTMENT, MY DEEPEST COMPAINIONSHIP, MY
DEEPEST HOPE “…..in serving GOD…..

MY DEEPEST CONTENTMENT….think of the sitting in..
a deep contentment….
not a hot bath
a hot pizza in front of you
a beach
a good sleep….

but “CONTENTMENT IN CHRIST JESUS”

I am on a MISSION, to LIVE IN THAT this next year…
satan can not take it from me
it is a choice, a self control, a will over the world,
my flesh, my circumstances….

to saturate myself in JESUS CHRIST, JESUS CHRIST, JESUS CHRIST…
others may “O.D” on drugs….
I will never….” O.D.” on God Himself…

HOW EXCITED am I …to live in HIM this year…. LOVE HIM,
so grateful FOR HIM….SMH….here we go ! smile….

I don’t know why this came into my mind this a.m.

So, our property in Southern Ohio…..
At “THE TOP” you get this amazing view of
The ravines, the trees way over on the other ridges,
you can see all the trees, through the trees in hopes
to see deer,
you can see rocks, you can stand in Marilyn’s Moment,
you can see the tops of trees, and
you are on the level of the birds…. love it.

Then you start to walk down….

You get to see the side of the hills…
deer tracks, snake holes, plants, animals
taking off, leaves, sites of the different
levels going down even further, start to
see the creek, hear it better……love it

Then you get to the bottom….

You are at the creek
The trees are big, you have to look up..
it is more lush, it is cooler, I even
put chairs to sit at Ed’s Moment and absorb
the height of the hill, the curve in the
terrain, you can be in the creek,
more deer tracks….love it

Where ever we are at in life….
My Mom’s death
My Dad’s death
Kid’s having a blast
A Divorce
A Marriage
A new job
Laid off
I have been on food stamps
LaChareada…eatiing chips and salsa….

I have truly come to know….
It has a first step in…
and, it will have a last step out..
and in the middle steps…HE IS THERE….

In fact we can learn so much that when
we are at another level again ?
It won’t effect us in the same way.
We learn at each level
We can actually have great peace in each level
It can take us down but not out at all
Even lay there a moment and absorb it all , it all
that God Himself is saying to you.
Get up…and walk on…..not denying..
but taking lessons learned…
Keeping our eyes wide open…to all
all that is around us…..in each level….

Rock and I take that walk many times…..
Absorbing it all in the journey down the hill
Absorbing it all in the journey back up the hill
God is in it all……..

and I see Tanner smile, I see Tanner look at them
sincerely, and talk with them and ride with them….

Then he gets in the car and we talk and it is just
the best…it is HIS AFRICA…..and I LOVE IT.

Well, yesterday evening his Dad, surprised him
to the complete emotion of Tanner, literally
crying upon site.

The 5th in the Nations “Skooter Rider” came
onto a “live interview Tug set up with Tanner “

THIS ISN’T a GRANDMA POST…. at all….

Guys’ LOVE OF JESUS CHRIST, it is infectious…..
HE GENUINELY LOVES JESUS CHRIST…..

A friend posted today:
Prov. 3: 6
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
and HE will make your paths straight.”

We all pray for direction, God what am I,
God what should I….God direct me , guide me….

This kid acknowledges God through more than words…
more than actions….more than knowledge and worship…
THIS KID SHOWED ME….. the greatest acknowledgement
of JESUS CHRIST…… HE IS LITERALLY IN LOVE WITH HIM.

JESUS CHRIST spills from his words, his emotion, his compassion
his whole being. HE is not ashamed to be in love with
JESUS. IT WAS AMAZING TO WATCH…. go to Tug’s site,
not for TUG, but for an encouragement, a challenge….

We want HIS direction,
We love to study and “know” Him…
but does our entire being “acknowledge” who HE IS.

I am grateful this “Skooter Guy” and his love for JESUS.
BLESS HIM BEYOND ALL HE CAN IMAGINE…..
and Tanner….it filled my heart , your tears.

My friend in Tennessee told me that her pansies
have never quit blooming all winter…all winter.

I thot, you snot, it is because it never gets cold enough.

But that doesn’t surprise her because she has lived in
the warm state for years……so it is the norm.

HERE….in Lima, Ohio if…if our pansies bloomed all
winter….we would KNOW…..it was an act of God, amen ? smile

How many know, that GOD, GOD can cause the pansied to
bloom in Alaska – if HE wants to…but it would be
“an ACT OF GOD “

UnReined….since Africa stopped 2 years ago ~ entered
“ A WINTER SEASON “….kind of a “freezing of all the growth”
that we had seen in our “SUMMER SEASONS” smile…
and oh …. how you loved to soak up the SON….in The Name of JESUS.

But now, now, now….
I could go on and on….about the PANSIES…..that have
KEPT BLOOMING…….

The flower that allowed us to remodel another humble,
humble ministers of GOD…who would not speak their needs..
but said, “ We were waiting on God, because we knew, HE knew “..
and God showed THEIR NEED to me…
and God showed “a need to woman out of state to supply the
resource “ … from The Source…..

The flower of the someone who lost their parent…
and gave CASH so that nothing could be “regiven” to them…
and gave the VERSE that God told them to go with this money…
and it went to a single Mom of 5 in Lima…

The Pansy…..of and individual that lost her husband and moved…
and gave part of her household as she moved….to UnReined…
to give to those that have need ( in subzero, in subzero weather..
did God give us that ) smile…

The Pansy ….of the person who I sent an email to a group, stating
a need of others, who DID NOT ….get the email….and texted
me in 5 days, asking if there was a NEED ?

The Pansy ….of me sending money to AFRICA, because my schedule
was so tight …( LOL ) of The Retreat, Tug’s Birthday, and such…
so I sent it ahead to “get the things in time for our mission “
and it sat….in Benson’s account… sat….
and the Virus HITS….and AFRICA….imagine, living in rural
Africa, no refrigerators….no no money, go government stimulus,
no clean water to even……no masks, no soap handy…their.
medical system in the rural…..and the Pandemic…and you are ordered
to stay in , and they don’t issue a fine….they may hit you,
they may…who knows…and Benson, Dorcas, Gloria, Rock, Tanner
and JOY….and our Teachers and Dr.’s and Nurses and Church members..
have no way ….BUT GOD IN THEIR….but GOD IN THEIR ….
but GOD IN THEIR WINTER….smile…..

and I know she was so wide open….so wide open to what ever…
“check is in the mail” ….and it will go to the ones that
God knows it is their winter and HE ALONE, will cause, will
empower….The Pansy to bloom

There are more Pansies….a little girl in Africa who’s
Mom, was scalped by her Dad….her Dad broke literally
her Mom’s back….and we took her in, provided for years..
for her Grandma to supply her a home, built them a home…
schooling…..then the “WINTER HIT “….and Benson
took her in his home….and God told someone in a
different state of America….to provide for her
2 years of Schooling, clothes, and notepads and
health supplies…..”In HER WINTER “…

now IN LIMA , OHIO, I LOOK
I AM LOOKING
for Pansies in The Winter……why ?

HE IS GOD in all seasons….
I ask, right now, in the Name of JESUS,
what ever the season is in your own life…..
in your own life…..
I am asking for a pansy to bloom….
YOU GOD, know the ones, that need the supernatural
POWER OF GOD….to bring life…in their winter….
a Marriage
in grief
in relationships in families
in families in the hospital facing the extreme
in our NATION, the WORLD oh God
YOU are GOD OF THE WINTER……
YOU ARE GOD OF THE WINTER….we put our trust in YOU.
in THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS…amen.

He could of said, “ SEE I TOLD YOU…I “
Did you see “ How I showed satan …who I was ?”

But being Jesus Christ….

Paid the price for sin

and then HE gives us His power….

He never said, “ SEE WHAT I….”
He said, “ Here have what I…..”

What will we live on earth ~ in ?
How will we live on earth ?

I always say about my Mom…. I will honor her
the most by living my life out, the way she raised
me in Jesus Christ.
I will worship Jesus Christ the MOST…by living
out the way that HE has in all reality, all spiritually
that HE DIED and ROSE again to …”give me.”
