Well...  the second wettest winter and spring on record...  We sure are glad to have been here!  ::smirk::  But as things do, it seems to be changing and now it finally is beginning to look like summer.   Hold on tight here we go!  It was a wild ride last summer and this summer might turn out to be the same way.

Well...  we are just about done with this winter business... as the winter is causing very little business.   Oregon golfers might not mind a little rain so much but they definitely don't like the cold rain. According to the old and young timers this is the coldest and wettest winter folks can remember in many years.   So it has been a little too quiet here at the course.

My Uncle Russell died yesterday.Details are sketchy still as the shock and news is still filtering in... but Russell died after having a massive heart attack on a golf course in Georgia where he and my Aunt Denise were vacationing.  I have a lot of aunts and uncles. On my Mom’s side there were 4 kids, and on my Dad’s there were 16.  That is not a typo.  This was a family reunion
