Recipe:

• 1 1/2 oz rum
• 1/2 oz Kahlua
• 1 oz light cream
• 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg (or just a pinch)

Combine liquids in shaker with ice.  Shake and strain into glass.  Garnish with nutmeg.  As we discovered, nutmeg is really strong, so if you don’t want it horrible, err on the side of too little nutmeg.

Recipe:

• 1.5 oz Tequila
• .75 oz Peppermint Schnapps
• .75 oz Grapefruit Juice
• Dash of Grenadine

Moisten the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with a little grapefruit juice.  Lightly frost the rim of the glass with sugar.  Put ingredients with ice in shaker, strain into glass.
