<p>Do you want to add six years or so to your life? A recent <a title="Jogging extends lifes" href="http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2012/05/120503104327.htm" target="_blank">study</a> found that even slow jogging for just an hour or so a week&#8211;spread over two or three sessions&#8211;extends a person&#8217;s life by about six years. So if you just take an easy jog for about 20 minutes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, you could buy half a dozen more years.</p>
<p>Maybe you don&#8217;t like to run, but this really isn&#8217;t running. It&#8217;s jogging, slow jogging even. Plus, it&#8217;s only 20 minutes three days a week. If you prefer, jog slowly for half an hour twice a week. Either way, it&#8217;s not much time or even that much effort.</p>
<p>On top of the extra years in your life, it should improve the ones that you live. For me, even a little jogging makes my body feel better, and I think better. My mind grows more clear, and life feels better balanced.</p>
