It was a very overcast and rainy day.....however the rain held off for a while....at least while most of the folks got through the parade. The Vietnam Veterans were in a 3/4 ton truck and a Deuce and a half that took them on the parade route through Downtown Dover and ended on Federal St. After the parade the vehicles return to their meeting point at Spence's Bazaar.
