While writing new post we always try to create useful and attractive content which attracts users and make them stay for long time but if you want to be a professional blogger then you must keep in mind that only text covering the space of three or five hundred word's space is not much talented so you have to add relevant images and videos regarding to post niche which can make page more beautiful.

Insert Image in Post

A blogger should be aware to image uploading option in post editor section but if you are new to blogger then go to blogger dashboard (now you are known to dashboard) and then click on new post title which has orange colored button so now you can see a post editor box as the page loads.Here you can see a tiny image thumbnail icon close to link option.

Click on the image button to start images uploading.

Here we will have six uploading options and can be used easily.

From Picasa Web Album :- All the shared and uploaded pics save into picasa web album and you can view all pics by logging into picasa account through the blog email and password.Clicking on this button shows you all pictures shared by your all blogs.Just click on the desired pic and it will be uploaded to newly created post.

From your Phone :-

Do you want to make a new image through your mobile camera? just click this option you will be directed to your phone's camera just capture an image and share it but for this option your mobile must be connected to PC through phone cable and your phone should have camera installed.

From URL :- Mostly blogger use this option for uploading media and it is easy too. You don't have to upload a picture from your computer or mobile camera just google your picture ( if it exists) and get the image URL and paste into url box so the image will be uploaded to your blog too but deleting from main site/location your blog image will be deleted too.

In last class "How to Publish a New Post in Blogger Part 1" we described some basic options to publish a new post like what is post tile , bold , italic , underline etc till text background color and we hope you understood all the options easily.

Today we will discus rest of the blog posting tools where inserting the Link , Adding Pictures and Videos , Jump break , Alignments will be discussed .

Tools for posting a new post

Before i tell you about link option i will try to make you understand that what is a link.While posting a article we try to connect another page to our post like a downloading page or something else so basically we can a link plays the role of connecting to different pages.

Whenever we want put some links on our blog post we use link option to insert it and after clicking on it we would have below option.

Text to Display

If you selected any text for inserting any link then this box will be filled with selected text but if you have not selected any text then type the desired text in this box to put the link on it.
- Web Address
  
  Insert the link in this box to put the next page web address.
  - Email Address
    If you want to add any email address on selected box then type it in this box
    - Open this link in a new Tab
    This option keeps the users stayed on your blog and definitely very helpful in search engine optimization because if you checks this option so after clicking on a link the related page will be opened on next page and the stay of a users on your blog will be longer so the bounce rate of your blog will be decreased .
  - Add 'rel=nofollow' attribute
    If you want search engine not to follow the giving link then tick this option.
    
    Insert Image
    Image has very important role for every post because it attracts the user when the image is relevant to post and if you want to post a picture
    
    click on image icon and upload it from your computer . There are other options too like if you want to insert a page from a link or webpage then right click on it and copy the image location and paste into from a URL option.

    If you have any video blog and want to post videos then blogger also has the option of video hosting as it hosts all the videos directly in google video database so click on insert video option and upload it from your computer but if you want to attach a you tube video then click on From YouTube option type the video name and search it when you find your video just insert in into post.
  Jump Break
  Do you have 200 to 300 words in a blog post then be careful because not using the jump break will be the caused of high bounce rate . When a user enters in a blog he finds complete written post on main page and after reading the post he leaves your blog and here the problem starts because google search engine thinks that user entered and flew away he does not even click on any thing so now your blog's bounce rate will be increased but if you don't want high bounce rate use the jump break after some lines of post content.After publishing the post you will see a read more button after short summary.
  
  Alignment
  
  If you want to start the writing from left , right or you want to centered your post use this options to bring the text on different place but i will suggest you to use the justify option in Alignment tool so the text will be balanced from both sides,
  
  Numbered List
  
  Are you writing on job salary or making your home budget but you have a huge list of many name so if you want to give the number list with each name then use the Numbered List option to make it happened.
  
  Bullet List
  
  Using the numbered list sometime is bit difficult because you cant give the sequenced numbers if you are writing different topics on different places then why don't you use bullet list to gives the shapes instead of numbers.
  
  Quote
  
  If you want to write something important , any quotation or want to quote something in a post use this option to help you out.
  
  Remove Formatting
  If you applied different styles like bold,italic,underline and given colon on text but now you want to remove all styles/format from text then click on remove formatting button to remove it.
Check Spelling
Do you have problem writing English or have any doubt writing words so use the check spelling tool in post tools to auto correct the word mistakes.

Translator

If you have any difficulty writing in some other language then use the translator option to translate the words into other language

Left to Right Or Right to Left

Schedule

If you are writing a future post and want to publish it in future then use the schedule option to give a date and time for publishing but if you want to publish right now then don't touch schedule option.

Permalink

permalink is a kind of URL which blogger automatically generates for your blog post and this link totally depends on your post title . If you want seo optimized post then give a custom URL by click on Custom Permalink option.Do remember for better seo give a link name which contains the post content names and also a keyword .

Location

If you want to provide your location to users then click on this option search your place name like Country , City name . It would be useful for your blog readers to know your posting place.

Reader Comments
If you want blog readers to given comments on your blog then use the Allow button to let them post comments otherwise use the Don't allow options for showing the earlier comments or use the second Don't allow options for hiding the existing comments

Use this option to create a backlink from your reader's blog by posting your post onto their blog.You don't allow them to create a backlink with showing or hiding the existing backlinks.

If you have typed all the information correctly so click this button and now you will be redirected to another page containing the installation method.

On Next page as you can see the installation method described step by step .

Install Widget

Click On "Install Widget" to install the tool into your blog

Add Page Element

Select a blog : Here you have to select your blog if you have multiple blogs.

Title : Give a title to the widget if you want to change the name.

Add Widget

After selecting the desired blog click on "Add widget" to complete the process.

If you have done all the steps correctly so you will see the widget install on your blog.

Whenever we want to register an account on Blogger,Facebook etc we need an email address for creating the account .If you have created an id on facebook so definitely you know that you had given some information with your email address.It does not require only for facebook account but if you go for any website it asks for registration.As we are going to create a blog so an email address is strongly required.

In this class we tell tell you How to Sign up for an account but before that some question arrives.

What service i choose for mailing?

When a new users googles so many websites comes in result for creating the email id but the question asks which service he should use so the answer is there are 3 mailing services commonly use now a days like Gmail,Yahoo and Hotmail (known as Outlook ) but we have to sign up for a Gmail Account for creating blog site and i will suggest you too.You may use any other mailing service but use Gmail service to make your own blog because all the blog hosting depends on google services like picasa, google video etc.

How to Create a Gmail Account?

The Process of making gmail account depends on 13 easy steps and i will try to make you understand .

Many newbie users don't know that what is the first step to take before creating the account and here is the answer that first of you open www.google.com and type "Gmail Signup" and hit the enter key.

You can see many links displaying on screen but click on first link for entering into signup process.

A page will come in front of you asking for some information and here our class starts .First box named as "Name" containing two boxes for First and Last name.Here you have to write the first part of your name like i have written "Jamil" in first name's box and "Ahmed" in second box.

Next box " Choose your Username" asking the name upon your email address will be created.First time you might have error 'Name is already taken" etc but you have to write some digits with your name to complete this process or you can choose another username depends on you.

Now the next box asking for a password and this is the secret code you will use for logging into your account so be careful choosing a password . It can be simple but simple password can be dangerous like not to try give your birth date , cell phone no etc because mostly our friends and colleagues knows these things.

After putting the password in first box do write again in second box for confirmation of your password.

Next box asking for you birth date here you have to write the exact date of birth because giving incorrect information could be the cause of losing the account in future.Do remember that date of birth is given in Month/Day/Year sequence.

Now we have the option of gender and here it is asking whether you are male or female ?

In "Mobile Phone" box type your phone number which is in your use and this Phone number will be used next time for the recovery of your gmail account.

Do you have another email address in your use if you so type in this box and this email id will also be asked next time when you will lost your password .

Now you have to prove that you are a human not a robot . Some of softwares being used for creating email ids at a once so you have to put the given code in the box .This option gmail requires for the verification if you have ticked the box under the text so you won't be asked for verification code .Gmail will send you a text code on your mobile and then you can verify your account though the mobile code.

In second last step gmail asks you the country name.

If you are agreed with gmail's created terms,service and privacy policies as these are simple so just tick the box and hit the "Next Step" button.

Now you will be redirected to next page asking you to upload your profile photo. Click on "Add a Photo" And go to locations of your pictures and choose a good picture and click " Set as profile Photo"

After uploading the photo click on "Next Step" again .

On next page gmail will welcome you in its circle and hitting the Get Started button will take you to the mail box..
