You see them advertised everywhere once the weather gets cold. But, do you really need to get a flu shot? Is it prudent to get one every year, or is it just over compensation?

The CDC (Center for Disease Control) recommends that everyone over the age of 6 months get a flu shot annually. How important it is for you to get a flu shot will depend on a number of factors. These factors take into account how likely you are to contract the flu, and, if you do, how serious it is likely to be for you. It's important to remember that each situation is different. It is extremely important that people with respiratory problems such as asthma and emphysema get a flu shot. For people with respiratory problems, complications from the flu could be debilitating or deadly.

Older persons (age 50 or over) and the very young need a flu shot each year. There are also a number of people who should avoid flu shots. Those allergic to eggs should not have the shot. You should also avoid it if you have had adverse reactions to the flu shot in the past. Next week is Halloween and we all know just how dangerous it can be out on the streets of Plant City at night. Dodging the sugar crazed super heros, and their war utility vehicles is a post apocalyptic stress test. The real danger however is the sudden migration of Zombies to the area. These blood thirsty savages sloth through our fine streets on a mission to eat flesh at every corner.

If you or one of your team should come under attack, make your way to 413 N Alexander St. where we have setup a Zombie Care Clinic. Make sure you write down our number as well in case you get lost, its 813-752-7222.

Our army of Nurses and Doctors are on stand-by ready to provide these services:

Zombie Teeth Removal - They bite hard and their skin is loose.
Neutralization Shots - Zombies carry a number of diseases, shots are recommended.
Scratch Repair - Zombies unfortunately don't clip their nails anymore. We have stocked up on band aids and gauze.
Slobber Spongin' - If your lucky enough to not get bitten we can sponge away the excess salivation.
Gouge Damage - Zombies sometimes carry objects for no good reason, it could be a broken bottle or their other limb. Either way we can repair Minor Gouging.
