I am so glad that I got your letter today. Because I have a good news for you, nearly 2months ago I found that I have 3cm cist on my right ovary and I didn't have my periods for the last 6 months, plus I had nearly every month outbreak of my genital herpes.

Thank you for your book 'Wonders of Uropathy' which I saw by chance in Rishikesh. Being a U.T. enthusiast, bought the book instantly. I had started UT 9 years back drinking first urine in the morning. Had hepatitis in 1975 and 81 but since I have started U.T. I feel OK.
In fact I started U.T. on a friend's advice in Germany, where I go often, because my wife is German. I started U.T. due to a chronic congestion (Total Blocking) in my nose since 1975.

I started this therapy around 5Dec. 2001, on the basis of whatever information I could get from the books.
Since early morning urine used to smell a lot, I drank urine 2-3times in a day for about two months. My periods, which I got this month, was very painful and the pain remain for 10 days where as the bleeding was only for two days. I had been married six years with no children. 6) After 7 days of fast, had vegetable soup and salad without salt with a bit of lime in it.

This time the period came on time with much more blood clots and the pain was reduced from 4 days to 2 days whereas the duration of period increased from 2 days to 4 days. By the 3rd month the routine went on same way and my period detailed for two weeks and we got checked up were in pregnancy was confirmed from that time onwards I never experienced pain. I would like to share my experience with urine therapy as the mother of 2 beautiful girls, now aged 6 and 10.
I started drinking urine regularly in 1994 when Tashi was 2 years old. She would watch me drink it and soon willingly drank her own urine every now and then. There was no disgust or aversion at all from her since she had not been conditioned into believing it was dirty. Over the next 4 years that we lived in Sri Lanka, where I had no confidence in the medical system, Tashi's health was protected entirely through urine therapy. My faith in urine as a protector is total. I view urine as a remedy that is with us whenever we need it...a reliable and constant companion that will never let you down.
Tashi would get an allergic cough every night from 2 am to 4 am. It was a rasping cough that would keep her awake and in much discomfort. URINE APPLIED ON FACE WITH INCREDIBLE RESULT

Hello everyone,
I just felt inspired to share with you the truly incredible results of only a few applications of my urine on my face.
I've done this four times if I remember correctly. Yesterday I did it twice. Here is what I did:
1) Used fresh urine
2) Applied on entire face and rubbed into beard and mustache as best as possible to reach the skin beneath
3) Only dabbed my face a little with tissue so that I wouldn't be dripping all over the place
4) Allowed it to dry naturally without washing off
5) Then after a few hours I again applied more fresh urine in the same manner and allowed that second application to dry naturally.
6) I did not wash my face after this
Some more information: I stopped using soap and shampoo products a long time ago as I found that they both dried my skin/hair out significantly. Soap would make my skin feel very uncomfortable and dry, all the natural oils and such totally removed, and shampoo would make my hair like a fake doll's hair, stringy and unattractive both to sight and touch. I use only water and have never found a need for soap or shampoo. I also do not use any sort of skin moisturizer or other such skin care products as these usually make my skin TOO moisturized, to the point where it seemed beyond excessive. I mostly get by with just water, however the skin on my face would sometimes be dry and a bit uneven in tone.
I am amazed to report that with just four applications my skin has become so smooth and beautiful to touch. When people say the skin becomes like a newborn child's they are not exaggerating! Not only that but all the color has evened out into a lighter shade, the dark circles under my eyes have dramatically reduced, my beard and mustache hair now has what I would consider PERFECT texture and look (this has inspired me to use U.T on my head hair at some point as well, but I have to figure out a way to conserve the most urine and not waste it under the shower head).
And overall, (if I may be vain), I look more beautiful, more youthful in health, and feel much more confident and pleased with my overall appearance and this has of course effected my interpersonal relations with others. I have also noticed that others have noticed the changes in my skin.
In short, I am very pleased with the effects of applying U.T to my face and find that it perfectly compliments my practice of using only water and no products in my personal hygiene. Desperate and seriously debilitated, I flew to Mexico where I spent $15,000 on an intensive course of intravenous megavitamin and live-cell therapy at one of the alternative cancer clinics which had offered some hope for my case. For weeks, doctors poured nutrients and natural medicines into my veins and mouth. I watched as many of the cancer patients around me seemed to get better and better with the treatments. And I did, too-for about two months.
I spent my 40th birthday hopelessly sick and in bed, which was where I stayed that entire year. The drugs, operations and Mexican treatments had completely failed, and my usual herbs and homoeopathic remedies, although they gave temporary relief, seemed almost useless against the disease. And by now, even though I had health insurance, my husband and I had spent over $100,000 of our own money, and still I couldn't even get out of bed.
I had one last surgery which removed another large bleeding tumour. When I got home from the hospital I weighed 89 pounds and developed a post-surgical infection which required several courses of antibiotics. After taking the antibiotics, I developed an extremely severe case of candida (yeast infection). My hands and arms became covered with a horribly fungal infection that nothing could relieve or cure, and I remained generally exhausted, bedridden and in intense pain.

For my exhausted and bewildered husband and myself, this prognosis seemed like an insurmountable and final defeat.
I had one more heart-to-heart talk with a gynaecologist who told me, "Given the severity of your case, the reality is that you could be facing a lifetime of corrective surgery." Given the state of my health at the time, I couldn't envision that "lifetime" meant anything more for me than a few additional years of mind-numbing pain and misery before my body finally gave out.
After nearly a lifetime of illness, these last episodes in my late thirties and early forties seemed like the final blow, and in all honesty I felt that there was no way out and no hope in sight. This is the extraordinary untold story of a natural healing substance so remarkable that it can only be called our own perfect medicine. My own experience with this little-known natural medicine began as a result of my search for an answer to many years of serious chronic illnesses that had begun very early in life.
Like thousands of people today, I had developed chronic, degenerative disorders that couldn't be helped by conventional medicine and which threatened to destroy permanently my ability to work, function and simply enjoy life. When I was young, I suffered through the same measles, mumps, chicken pox and colds that everyone else did. And like other children, I played hard, worked hard, and dreamed of the day when I would become a vigorous, emancipated teenager, just like everyone else. But, for me, that particular dream wasn't going to come true. One beautiful July morning at the age of 12 , I awoke with a start. Suddenly, surprised and frightened, I realised I was lying in a dark red pool of blood that was so large it had soaked through even the thick layers of my mattress. Trembling and weak, I pushed myself up out of bed and felt a horrible, wrenching pain tear through my abdomen. My worried mother came running in answer to my screams, but, after assessing the situation, said there really wasn't much she could do about the pain of my first menstrual period. But what neither she nor I knew at the time was that what should have been a natural transition to adolescence and menstruating was, for me, going to become a waking nightmare that lasted almost 30 years. At the onset of each one of my monthly menstrual periods I would invariably end up either in my doctor's office or at the emergency room of the hospital screaming with pain, bleeding copiously and passing huge clots of blood. For several months after my 'periods from hell' began, my mother chauffeured me around the city from doctor to doctor with no success until our family doctor finally instituted a monthly regimen of painkillers such as Demerol or Darvon injections and then sent me home with a big, round bottle of full- strength prescription codeine with which I proceeded to dope myself senseless for the next eight to 10 days. This same cycle was repeated every month for almost 20 years. Throughout adolescence, the simple everyday functions of getting up and going to school were an often monumental and utterly exhausting effort for me. Unlike the rest of my family and friends, I had marked periods of extreme exhaustion. I became extremely susceptible to colds and flu and felt bone- chillingly cold all the time-even in the warmest summer weather. By the age of 14 , the effort of combating severe chronic pain and fatigue while trying to keep up normal activities became impossible. I collapsed and had to be hospitalised and removed from school for several months. But even after a huge battery of medical tests and innumerable visits with doctors and specialists, no one was able to diagnose what was causing my problems. After many weeks I returned to school and struggled through the high-school years with the aid of generous amounts of codeine and other strong painkillers that my doctor willingly prescribed. But by the time I left home for college, the symptoms of bleeding, exhaustion, pain and digestive problems became so bad that I often was unable even to leave my room or take part in daily activities. I kept up the Demerol injections and codeine for many years and added to my regimen several other new painkillers and drugs which had been developed for menstrual problems. But the problems continued unabated, and in the ensuing years I developed myriad other serious health problems. During the years from age 18 to 30 I was diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or ileitis (a chronic, painful inflammation of the colon), chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), Hashimoto's disease (a disorder of the thyroid gland) and mononucleosis. I had severe chronic kidney infections, two miscarriages, chronic cystitis, severe candida and external yeast infections along with marked adrenal insufficiency and serious chronic ear and sinus infections for which I was prescribed antibiotics on an ongoing basis for several years. Food and chemical allergies also became a big problem, and even though I ate almost nothing because of my extreme food allergies, I actually kept gaining weight, which only added to the discomfort of all the other health disorders with which I was dealing. The bottles of drugs I had taken during this time could have filled a small landfill, but none of my illnesses or disorders had been resolved and, in fact, they were more debilitating than ever. It seemed as though I had become nothing more than a walking encyclopaedia of disease, and the worst part about the entire situation was that no matter how many failed drug therapies I tried, any visit to the doctor' s office only resulted in another discouraging failure. Another big problem was the drug side- effects. I felt like a ping-pong ball, bouncing from one drug to another as my doctors kept prescribing more and different drugs to counteract the side- effects of the ones I was already taking. By the time I turned 30 , the natural health movement was really picking up speed, and, desperate for any solution, I tried out the Adelle Davis nutrition regimen, megavitamin therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care and every herbal preparation and drug-free natural health therapy that I could find. Within two years, my chronic cystitis cleared up and the menstrual pain and bleeding markedly decreased. The ulcerative colitis also responded and the sinus infections disappeared. I felt that I was slowly and surely regaining strength and health and even beginning to experience a portion of the energy and vigour that 'normal' healthy people enjoy-and all without drugs. When I conceived my son at 34 and made it through the first trimester without miscarrying, I felt as though I'd conquered the final health frontier. Unfortunately, in my burst of enthusiasm, I underestimated the impact of pregnancy on my understandably frail health, and the birth for which I had so carefully prepared was a near-fatal disaster requiring emergency surgery. As it turned out, even despite all the illness and pain I'd gone through in the years before the birth, all of it seemed like child's play after I ran head-on into the serious complications of a difficult childbirth. For months after the birth I hounded my gynaecologist, complaining of unremitting and severe abdominal cramps, cystitis and horribly painful menstrual periods. My natural health treatments would give temporary relief but, mystifyingly, didn't seem to have the same beneficial and lasting effects that they'd had before my pregnancy. I underwent every conceivable medical test, each of which came back negative, but the problems just didn't go away. My doctor flinched every time I walked in the door and then sent me back out again with increasingly severe assurances that the pain was " unwarranted" and probably all in my head. After alienating every doctor in town with my complaints, I finally gave up and decided to ' suffer in silence' until one hot summer day, almost 24 months after the birth, I suddenly fell screaming with pain on my living room floor in front of my terrified two- year-old. I literally had to crawl to the phone to call my husband. When he carried me, screeching, into my OB's office, the doctor clicked his tongue disapprovingly. "Now it can't be that bad, dear. We just checked you out a few months ago," he cajoled. He gave me codeine and sent me home. Forty- eight hours later I was in the operating room having emergency surgery for multiple- ruptured ovarian tumours. A couple of days after the procedure, my doctor sauntered into my hospital room with a conciliatory grin on his face. "Gee," he drawled apologetically, "we had no idea anything like this was going to happen. Your ovary looked horrible-engorged to the size of a grapefruit. No wonder you were hurting. Sorry you had to go so long without help but, you know, the tests just never turned up anything. And oh, by the way, the pathologist found a little endometriosis in your right ovary." Endometriosis is an incurable women's disease in which uterine tissue for some unknown reason detaches itself from the uterus, moves to other locations in the body and attaches itself to other organs or body tissue. This misplaced uterine tissue spontaneously bleeds in response to hormonal changes, causing internal bleeding, scarring and often excruciating pain that can destroy the woman's ability to live and function normally. This disease is not uncommon among women, but it is incurable, at least by conventional medical standards. My "little" endometriosis turned into the monster that ate Tokyo. Three months after my doctor had 'successfully' operated, I was again sitting in the ultrasound room at the hospital, watching as several new endometrial tumours appeared on the monitor screen, accompanied by the usual excruciating pelvic pain, internal bleeding, constipation, haemorrhagic cystitis and acute exhaustion. After the ultrasound I decided to contact a doctor who was recommended to me as an expert on endometriosis. He told me that he felt that my health problems had originally stemmed from undiagnosed severe endometriosis and an underactive thyroid which had probably been present since adolescence. He recommended an immediate hysterectomy, which I underwent. The day after the operation, the doctor visited me and compassionately whispered that I would " never have a problem with endometriosis again". But he was wrong. Twenty months later, I had more tumours and another operation. OK - I'm gonna weigh in here - to all you nay-sayers. I was recently hospitalised with cellulitis November 29th, 2009 and met a naturopath in the opposite bed, whilst in hospital. I had read a little about those who did this, including Gandhi and thought "Ok, but maybe not for me". The lady's husband brought in Martha M. Wright's book "Your Own Perfect Medicine" for me to read.
I decided to try it to aid the healing of my foot and bathed my foot in it several times per day. started drinking it with a medicine measure (30-40 mls) on 2nd December. I devoured about 3/4 of the book before we were both discharged and searched it out on the Internet.
My colon (severely blocked and causing bloating due to Diabetes) started to unblock. I have lost almost 10kgs in 3 weeks, and the most amazing and unexpected thing has happened. All over my arms for years, I have had what I described as "lizard skin" - just a sort of "constantly peeling" look which no matter how much I emery-papered and applied moisturisers to, returned as soon as the moisturiser off - well, it's totally gone!!! that was after the first NINE days!
On the back of both hands I had small flattish wart-like lumps which I used to scratch off periodically, but they always grew back (they are TOTALLY GONE too!) and I am sleeping like a baby!!
Am I a convert? YOU bet your life! - my skin looks like it did when I was 30 (and I am 57 years old!!!!!) Healing Earache With Urine!

Im not sure if i would go as far as drinking urine. I guess the thought of it tasting awful is a definate turn off. However, I must admit that I remember my aunt pooring a few drops of urine in our ear when we were sick and had ear aches. I confess that i remember It working miracles. It wasnt till a few years ago that I dared to try it myself. My 4 year old nephew was over and woke up in the middle of the night criying and in pain. After attempting to put him to sleep, no way of reaching my sister and not being able to leave the house( sitting another 4 kids) I dared to do the urine method i remembered as a kid. I had him pee in a cup and poored a bit in his ear. I swear he whined for about another 10 minutes and then was out like a light. He spent another 2 days with me and never once complained of the ear ache again. I was a bit afraid in trying it but it worked!

Urine Heal A Woman From Arthritis

Everyone sniggered and laughed when I brought up the issue of Urine therapy. No one including me tried anything. A couple of years later my elderly mother started having problems with her hands and found it increasingly difficult to open the fingers. She was told that it was arthritis and it hasn't got a cure. She did try a lot of medication with no improvement. Then very reluctantly (without telling anyone - including me) she tried urine therapy including pouring the urine over the palm and fingers. Today her hands are fine. No sign of the old problem. I must andmit that a few times over the last couple of years I noticed that her fingers were quite normal and wanted to ask her how it had recovered so completely. Then I thought my memory was playing tricks.
I found out only a few days ago when she said that others ougth to know and so she decided to tell me. So here it is for what it's worth. I read from an chinese health forum that one can cure the asthma with one's own 1st morning urine soaked egg. The detail as follow:
Soak raw organic eggs in one's first moring urine for at least 3 days. You can change the urine every morning if you want.
Cook the egg with water then peel off the shell
eat one egg a day for 3 months.
It cured the author's 12 years old asthma after eating for 3months. Now has been more than 20 years without any onset. She learned this from an lady who did this at the age of 40, and now is more than 70 and still alive without any onset since then. The author claimed it worked for all the people she knows, young or old. Some people at the forum followed the method and saw improvement in several weeks.
As matter of fact, this method had been documented in one of the Chinese herb book in the Ming Dynasty which has been more than 200 years. It works for bronchitis also. It was mentioned in the discussion.

I've suffered from cold sores my entire life. I hate when I feel that tingle coming on. I tried everything, and some things will help and shorten the duration, but I finally found what will stop if from even developing. My step-dad said he heard of people using their own urine. Just pass a q-tip through your own stream of urine, then dab it on the spot where a coldsore is developing. I was VERY reluctant to try this, but one day I felt one coming on and I was desperate. Within 3hours of drinking my own urine, my MOOD had changed completely from the depression, allergic symptoms and candida that have dogged me for decades and pretty much wrecked my life. Eating raw food, using colloidal silver, H2O2, plenty of green juice including wheatgrass, having acupuncture, all these things are tremendously helpful, but I have never experienced anything like this. And I wasn't even expecting it, since the posts I've read related to physical effects. And its so EASY... well the first time was a bit stomach-churning but that was purely psychological, since the taste turned out to be ok. I'm really surprised this hasn't been posted, but the real remedy to acne or cystic acne is your own urine! Soak a cotton ball (first morning pee is best) hold it on the pimple, repeat every time you urinate, the pimple will go away. Contrary to popular belief, human urine is sterile and contains your own wasted antibodies. Don't knock it until you try it, it really works!

Hi there, read the comments on Urine Therapy and thought, 'why the hell not?'. I've been using it on my face for the last 2 weeks, one to two times a day and it has really cleared up my skin and made it glow. People have been commenting, not least my girlfriend who was very amused when i told her what I had been up to.
It's not horrible, it doesn't smell when it drys and if you are worried just rinse with water. i do it in the shower first thing wash the rest of my body and then rinse it off last thing. I've stopped using soap on my face as well and my chronic mild acne (20 years and counting!) and bumpy forehead has cleared right up.

Years and years later, it popped back up in my mind. I have been struggling with bumps on my forehead ever since I stopped using hormonal birth control. Annette from Detroit, USA at 05/18/2007Urine really works for acne. I get really deep or cystic acne. The kind you can't pop and if you do it just gets worse and leaves a scar. After reading about using it for acne on this website, I just had to try it for myself. I peed on a cotton swab when I woke up and held it for a minute or so on the pimple. After just a few minutes it seemed to have brought the pimple to a head. The next day I did it again and now it's almost gone. This will be the way I handle my cystic pimple from now on. What else can I call the great and oft-times unexpected results of applying urine to my sore spots, but urine miracles? Over the 12 years I've been urine tippling I have also applied it topically (and in fact did so for one year prior to drinking it, which had a positive impact on my motivation to drink it) with excellent results. Below I will outline a few of my many urine miracle experiences:

Black nail bed: Applied urine compress for 2Hr. Later it throbbed, but in the morning the nail was apparently healed, no blackness apparent. As time wore on, a small crescent of black grew out from under the cuticle, to remind me of the miracle! I did not lose the nail as I had expected.

Herpes: Upon first warning of herpes outbreak, small pulse under the lip, applied urine by dabbing it on with q-tip. Herpes did not blossom! On herpes outbreak without warning (i.e. in sleep), reduced healing time to 3 days from usual 5-7. Herpes virus does not like urine. After drinking urine for three years, no more outbreaks!

Torn ligament: Applied urine compress wrapped with saran wrap overnight to torn ligament inside upper thigh. Next day, no pain!! Upon stretching felt signal; wrapped ligament with urine compress one more night. Next day, no pain at all! Doing TKD daily, only felt pain again six months later.

Leukemia: My mother was given a prescription for Ibuprofen and told it would only work for 3 years... doctors hate to tell you you're going to die in three years, but that's what they were saying. So I gave her the book, "Your Own Perfect Medicine" (which is widely available) and she thought, "It's better than dying." She is now in her 15th year of urine therapy and still going strong. She has also been diagnosed with Crohn's but manages the symptoms with urine. I began to drink it after she had reached the 18 month mark and remarked that although she had not dyed her hair in months and months, it had all grown in brown again!

Grey Hair: So, I may not be dying, but I am getting old. If my dear old ma's hair would come in brown, maybe mine would too! So far, I still seem to be greying. It might have been that my mother was now recycling the good nutrients she was already getting and so getting more of them in her, enough to brown up her hair, and in contrast, perhaps I am lacking certain nutrients that are not available due to perhaps even geographical conditions. Who knows!

Fingernails: Mom also mentioned that her fingernails were growing in more more beautifully than ever before. Mine are now, too! I never had such lovely fingernails as I've enjoyed since drinking pee.

Skin Tone: In addition to "solar shining" that one will achieve after one year of imbibing pee, the skin benefits tremendously from a good pee facial. "I wash my face with dirty water" --Seal, and so do I, daily, but in addition, the application of a compress to troublesome areas is better than botox!

Urine therapy has caused so many subtle positive changes over the many years I've been pee drinking that I take most of the miracles for granted now, but I have had some other experiences that I've attributed to my tippling I would like to share:

Quitting Smoking: "After 11months of urine therapy one will be cleansed, both internally and externally." -- Veda (I didn't realize it would mean that I would be reamed until clean over the course of a week or so in the 11th month... it was gruelling but effective to be so ill that I couldn't possibly smoke for a few days. That's a good head start on quitting, I used it.)

Fire/Heat Resistance:
1. Big fire at the Camp in Wawa. I run to the blaze with a 5 gal bucket of water, symbolic at best in face of the immensity of the roaring flames, but I figure, I'll be first in the bucket brigade. As I cock the bucket a blast sends me 25 feet backwards, a wall of heat seeming to push me away (there was 100 gal of airplane fuel on site). I suffered only minor "goosebumps", small water blisters, over all the exposed areas of my flesh which disappeared within 48 hours.
2. I take my large glass pot out of the 425 degree oven, using oven gloves, take the gloves off and reach over to take the lid off and put it down on the stovetop, realizing that it also still at around 425 degrees and it should have taken my palm off, but did not even burn me. This really should be higher up on the urine miracles list because it still seems impossible to me to this day.

Float-ability: I have an uncanny ability to float, so high in the water that even lifeguards ask how I'm doing it. The kids in Costa Rica were so amazed they came out to try it, but couldn't float like me. A guy on a surfboard floating alongside me was startled when I stood up and he realized that I wasn't on a board like he was! I say, "I float like a turd." Speaking of which...

Bowel Health: I was chronically constipated most of my life. Within a very short while of drinking pee I was pooping like a baby. .. effortlessly, softly and completely. I have enjoyed having an empty colin. I went for high colonic irrigation lately and the very experienced practioner remarked, "You are empty inside!" I have also mystified the the radiologist administering an ultrasound. She reported that she had to turn down the contrast because, "You're so bright inside!" I've seen my colin and it is sinewy and smooth and only about an inch in diametre.

Fighting Colds: When the cold is in the throat, first felt, gargle with pee. Gargle and gargle, every time you pee, get the crap out of the throat. This method can be used to stop the cold dead.

I'm sure there are many more benefits I've enjoyed to drinking my pee, including feeling bigger than the culture at large (since I breached the taboo!) and I'll try to address them in a future post. Until then, cheers!

URINE HEAL TINNITUS AND CUTS

My name is Dainis W. Michel, and I came down with tinnitus on Feb 15, 2002 at 4:30 PM. I heard a loud crack in my left ear, and my life has been very different since. I spent all of my money on medical treatments and had almost nothing left. I'd borrowed money from family, and I had a lot of pressure to pursue my studies, work, and other obligations full steam.
I came across John Armstrong's book Urine, the Water of Life, and I figured, what the heck...I don't have any money for any more medical treatments.
Since then I've purchased a number of books on Urine Therapy, I've contacted the Water of Life Foundation in India, and well, I've had at least a little bit of my own urine every day since November of 2004. I intentionally skipped three days at one point, because at the time, I thought my body might benefit from a "break."

Since Nov. 2004, I've had two days of quick, short colds. Both colds had a direct relationship to emotional circumstances (parents' divorce, mother-in-law's visit).
Besides that, my hair is starting to turn dark again. I've been incredibly strong. I passed a yard-long parasite during a urine and water fast, and well, here I am with a website about urine therapy. Believe me,
I never, ever expected such a funky twist in my medical adventure.
Through a variety of therapies, I've reduced my tinnitus to the point where it is hardly a factor in my life. I don't like it that I still have even the slightest amount of tinnitus though, so I'm working to take care of that "last little bit." Also, I have quite a bit of muscular skeletal work I need to do, and I think that when I bring my body into proper physical alignment, that the rest of the tinnitus will disappear.
If it doesn't, I'll keep going, I'll keep searching, and I'll keep applying my best intentions to fully heal myself.

The main surprise relevant to this website is how incredibly good practicing urine therapy makes me feel. I cut my foot on some glass while chasing a Fed Ex truck... actually, the delivery was, of all things URINE THERAPY BOOKS! Ha ha. At any rate, I pulled out the glass from my foot and dressed the wound with urine...healed magnificently.

I found out how many medications use urine, urine derivatives, or synthetic urine components, and well, it's a bit disappointing. For there to be so many scientific studies on the use of urine and urine derivatives...it's just shocking. In a way, I feel betrayed. But I can also sympathize with doctors who might knee-jerk react and yell about urine being waste and that the body wouldn't expel something beneficial to it.

I'd like to draw on the Scientific Method for help, and I'll reprint the Scientific Method here in a bit.

Healing wounds with UT

The attached photo shows my finger healing
after 2 weeks with urine many times a day and left to dry in the air in between
urine compress.

I am very happy with the success. I keep a
bandage on at night but soak it with Urine during the day and use a bandage wet
with urine if I need to work with my hands.

JUST FINISHING 14 DAYS URINE FAST!!

I was worried about fasting for so long. I have done juice fasts that allow you calories, but the UT fast insists on water and Urine.

But facing some hefty health conditions, I realized there are only 2 options. Be a passifist, or become a warrior. I became a warrior.

Each day I felt my body get better and better. My skin became clearer (after an initital healing crisis), I dropped 10 pounds, and I am very confident that I am on the road to full recovery!

My energy has been VERY low, however, and I look forward to breaking the fast tomorrow but continuing the UT.

I started seeing a new complimentary Doctor. She is from Korea. I am doing accupuncture and natural therapies with her. I told her I was fasting, which impressed her. She gave me some potent natural liquid to consume each day. I was hesitant to tell her I was doing UT but I felt compelled becuase I didn't want to take the liquid if it meant recycling it would be harmful to me. When I finally told her, she was more than impressed.

She said she was stage 3 cancer. Bleeding everywhere. She wouldn't do alopathic medicine, and instead went on a full year of vegetable juice and urine fasting. Didn't want to spend her vital energy (life force) digesting at this critical time. Within that year she was 100% healed. Not in remission. Healed. No re-currance. She said I was the first patient in America she has talked about this with, as she feels most people would stop coming to her if she suggested it to them. Said there was no better source of healing. Well, except one, that I am not going to try as of yet. Sperm Therapy. But that is a whole new story.

Anyway, wanted to update all of you kind people and wish you well.

ONE YEAR AFTER DOING URINE THERAPY! BY LOVEY

I'm calling this one a definite success.
Can you believe it? I did shivambu (urine therapy) for a whole year every day! Honestly, I never did grow to love the taste of it, but I usually didn't mind it. It has been worth the sacrifice. Here is where I am:

I'm probably about as healthy as the average person for my age at this point--maybe a little healt
hier in some aspects and a little worse in others. My skin has gotten considerably better, I work with people for a living now and never hear a complaint or people sniffing.

My hair and nails are both thicker and stronger than they were when I was a kid. I remember writing a post in here crying as I typed because my hair was falling out in globs. Now it's thicker than it ever was--including before I got sick! There is something about urine that strengthens the hair like nothing else. And my nails? When I was a kid and young adult, my nails were always soft and bendable. After urine therapy, they are hard and strong now and don't break off easily. I have to take fingernail clippers to them just to keep them from growing so long that I can't type.

I don't get canker sores at all in my mouth, or geographic tongue. The psoriasis that covered 1/4 of my body that went away has never reered it's ugly head. I was getting eczema on the palms of my hands and that never came back either. No more blisters on the eyelids--right in that wet spot under the eye lashes. I used to have acne so bad it was like running my fingers down the soft side a greased up cheese grater(bumpity bumpity bump!). Plus my back was so greasy I would just touch it and come back with soaked finger tips. Now? I have a soft, perfectly smooth back with no pimples, just like when I was 10 years old.

My face has also cleared up a lot. I used to have horn sized acne and terribly oily skin. Plus hundreds of white, pin sized bumps covering my forhead. They are all gone. I still do have to avoid sweets, and highly over processed foods, but I don't really care for most of that stuff anyway. My forhead and face is slightly redder than the average persons still because I do have a small bit of food allergies left, but it's improved 90-95%. I can walk down the laundry degergent isle now in the grocery store and before I couldn't do that. I had very severe allergies to just about everything.

No more constipation making me sit on the toilet for an hour in vain; no more loud gas that could be heard rumbling down my back even before I passed it; no more stomach pains that terrified me that something inside me was about to break; no more digestive problems that seemed to increase in severity and cut down my food choices; no more kidney infections that made me feel like I was on fire; no more liver stones clogging up my bile duct; no more toxins clinging to my colon.

I don't get dizzy spells, I don't run around in a fog, or trip over my own feet when I walk due to concentration problems. My breath is good, except right after I've had my moring potion. No more vertigo, no more confusion, no more physical

coordination problems at all.

My mind is also clearer and I even think happier thoughts now! There has got to be some sort of chemical breakdown in the brain when the blood is filled with toxins that just makes the mind think unpleasant thoughts. Plus the fact that I don't have an aura of garbage smell with sewer butt smell anymore must have something to do with thinking more pleasant thoughts each day. I used to be so foggy that I couldn't remember what I was saying at the beginning of a sentence by the time I got to the end of the sentence. It was like having all your thoughts on a big white board and having someone erase them as you were trying to write them. The thoughts just vanished as I went along. BLEEP! The brain is clear! No thoughts enclosed.

My skin is still thinner and I've lost elastisity. It has improved A LOT over the past year, but it has not improved all the way. Part of that was because not only was I on a vegetarian diet for years, but I was also eating the same foods repeatedly because I didn't want to take the chance that I would eat the wrong thing. After UT, I am able to eat meat and all sorts of food again and hopefully by the end of the year, my protein coming back into my diet will fix that. I also have droopy sagging muscles, which I hope is attributed to my previous poor diet choices. I have been eating meat since July 27th, 2008--almost 3 months ago. I am willing to give it another 3 months before I start judging.

Well, that's about it! I am pretty healthy now and very happy. I will keep udating on my meat eating diet and I may start my old exercise program back up since I'm getting enough protein now to hopefully get muscles. Take care everyone and never give up! You can get healthy.

Finished a 10-day Urine Fast...doing another soon

This is my first post on this forum, but I've been peeping around here
for a few months. I recently finished a full 10 days of urine fasting,
and initially I was skeptical about the supposed wonders it can bring.
But after a few days of eating and regaining my strength, I noticed
drastic changes within my body. You see, I used to suffer from
debilitating stomach pains (been to many doctors but never diagnosed
with a specific problem) and insane allergies to pollen, itchy scalp,
oily skin, and the list goes on...my stomach issue was my biggest
obstacle though. In the past few years I began self-diagnosing myself
and came to the conclusion that my intestinal lining was extremely
fragile and thin due to years of bad diet during my childhood.
Nowadays I eat very healthy and stay in good shape, but I still
suffered from painful stomach cramps/aches. Well let me get to the
point of my story. I came here to write about my positive experience
by fasting on my
urine for 10 days. It's
been a life-changing event for me, and something I will always be
glad I did. You have no idea how awful I've felt for so long, and to
suddenly be pain-free is like a miracle. Urine fasting was worth all
the anguish, and that's why I plan on doing another one in a week. My
goal is to complete this fast once again for 10 days and do a daily
maintenance dosage with morning urine. Also, I plan on doing a weekly
1-day urine fast for the rest of my life. I felt like death for so
long and knowing that I can cure myself with my own medicine has
renewed my outlook on life. Well, I guess I should do a log when I
start my next one so I'll keep in touch. Take care
