The RS325 Scanstation is capable of converting 16mm and 35mm film and capturing the images in digital form. The Scanstation is one of the fastest scanners in world, with conversion speeds of up to 325 frames per minute, at 200 dpi. The digital images can then be stored in a variety of formats, enabling instant review at any time, 24/7. “The Scanstation’s speed gives us the opportunity to serve our customers needs more quickly,” says Mick Plath, President of USArchive.

Due to the relatively low cost of shipping film, USArchive is able to provide film conversion services to organizations throughout the U.S. For mandatory on-site jobs within our geographical area, the Scanstation system is portable enough to enable scanning on the customer’s premises.

USArchive is currently working with several counties in Washington state on a variety of film conversion projects.
