 This is a 1950's vintage, two-piece, cast iron outboard motor stand.  The mounting plate is 36 inches high, making it suitable for a short shaft motor.  The original owner used it for a lawn ornament, consequently, there is some rust on the side of the base plate and on the edge of the mounting plate.  I was tempted to sand it and clean it up but since I don't know anything about restoration, I thought I might do more harm than good.  I will let the potential purchaser determine how to deal with the rust.  It has the original paint on it, though the paint is faded from being outside.  Other than the rust, it is in excellent condition.  There are no chips or cracks in the casting.  <p>This stand is heavy!  The base plate tipped my bathroom scale at approx 72 pounds and the mounting post at approx 25 pounds.  <p> It will be shipped in two packages.  Buyer agrees to pay actual shipping costs.  I have entered a shipping cost of $100 just because eBay requires some number to be entered in the box but I intend that the buyer only pay the actual shipping charges.   Local pickup is always welcome to avoid shipping cost.  <p>Thank you for looking.

This sale is for a 2008 Mercury Marine 50ELPTO Two Stroke 50HP Outboard Boat Motor

This motor operates superbly and has been dealer maintained throughout its life. It is used for the purposes of emergency response and will remain installed until the end of this sale.  The hours at delivery may be slightly higher if the boat the motor is on is needed in an emergency.  Pick up is welcomed. This is a used vintage Evinrude outboard motor plugs. Model TH399. I was told that it is a1927 but I am not sure. They are a little rusty. Normal use nicks and scratches. I do not split cases and inspect internals on carbs, control boxes, powerheads and lowerunits. Item may need to be cleaned (cobwebs, grease, oil, etc.) as I do not clean items to keep cost low. Item pictured is the item that you will recieve.

Up for sale is a shop manual for a Honda BF20 and BF2A outboard motor.  It contains 56 pages of instruction, diagrams and pictures covering topics such as specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, ignition, carburetion, engine...  It is in new good condition.   It was printed in 1988.  Please check my ebay store for many more Honda manuals.

Good afternoon folks...Today i have this Johnson 1.5hp outboard motor..I just bought this yesterday from an elderly gent up here in western maine..Motor is in very, very good condition i   changed the plug, and the lower gear oil, put in the barrel of water, and it started right up on the 4th pull. After it warmed up it starts on the first pull. Motor pumps water strongly, and trols down to almost a sputter.  Motor is very clean, the inside of the all metal gas tank is like new. The prop retains most of its original paint. You will not be dissapointed with this one...You can reserch the SN to find the exact year of this motor...HONEST, OLD, AND MARKET FRESH....Please check out my vintage  johnson, evinrude, remote gas tank i have listed right now also...
