The GRA IT Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for coordinating and integrating the vendor’s implementation phase deliverables for the new First Doc System (Electronic Document Management System).

In addition the PM will be responsible for the coordination of the Post Implementation Support, Training, Data Migration, GxP Validation, IT Infrastructure and Network considerations, SOP Development and Content Templates.

The PM will develop and manage a master project plan, maintain an issues and risks log with proactive management, work with both IT and the business to provide timely and accurate financial reporting, write and update project documentation for distribution to senior management.

Qualifications:

The candidate will have 5 – 10 years experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry preferably managing a large IT project for Regulatory Affairs as well as demonstrated experience of successfully managing a large and complex implementation project in a multifaceted and multinational setting.

Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs operations and systems is desirable, including knowledge of document management systems, labeling systems, submission management and submission publishing systems.

Experience in managing the development and implementation of a “hosted” solution is a major plus.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare regulatory documents on behalf of this Pharmaceutical Client in accordance to ICH guidelines, international regulations, Client standards and processes, and the Client Writing Style Guide as applicable.

Documents include but are not limited to:

• Protocols and protocol amendments, clinical study reports, addenda, errata. Investigator brochures, new drug advisory submission documents.
• Participate in clinical study and project team meetings to provide input regarding deliverables, timelines, and processes needed.
• Administer, the receipt, collation, and incorporation of review documents.
• Route documents for approval.
• The medical writer should be familiar with ICH guidelines and the AMA Manual of Style, 10th edition.
