The ideal candidate is someone who has been practicing as a Physician Assistant for at least one year and who has experience with cardiology and cardiac procedures including placing large IV catheters.

In this position, the individual will be involved with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, fellows, nurse practitioners/physician assistants, nurses and other staff to coordinate the care of individuals with cardiac arrhythmias and pacemakers/ICDs. The individual will consent and assist in EP procedures including ablations and device implants. We are currently look for an enthusiastic person to join our internal IT staff.  The Tomax IT staff works with a focused team of motivated developers and QA engineers in the development of retail management software.  The role will provide exposure to internal Systems Administration, Configuration Management, Software Release,  as well as Software Development.

The position has many responsibilities, but the key factor is for you to have a desire to work in the computer field, an ability to pick things up quickly, and a good positive attitude.  Many of the responsibilities will be learned by training and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities/Opportunities: 
*	Build and release software packages for a range of retail software products; 
*	Develop tools that can improve the product engineering life cycle; 
*	Work closely with development teams to ensure that software is released only when appropriate and support the resolution of build/configuration issues within a process quality environment; 
*	Help set and implement standards for the development process;
*	Manage/maintain tools such as CVS/Subversion, Jira/Confluence, automated build scripts, product installer and other Configuration Management tools and frameworks; 
*	Provide support to engineering organizations with building management, release management and other configuration management services; 
*	Perform database loads, make backups and restores, and set priorities for the database via written queries; 
*	Maintain and develop new tools/frameworks that use Java and J2EE application technologies; 
*	Participate in the planning, scheduling, documentation, and execution of tasks to meet all the milestones throughout the product life cycle; and 
*	Other tasks as assigned and needed.

Technical Requirements: 
Experience with UNIX/Linux, and Windows; 

Other Desired Technical Items (any of these are a plus)
*	Experience in two or more of the following scripting languages: Ant, Maven, UNIX Shell, Perl, and SQL; 
*	Experience with any of the following tools: CVS/Subversion, Maven, CruiseControl, and Bamboo; 
*	Experience with deploying J2EE applications to application servers, such as: Weblogic, Oracle, or JBoss; 
*	Experience with relational databases; and 
*	Experience with Apache/HTTP, Java, and C++.

General Requirements: 
*	0-3 years of experience in the Software Engineering or IT industry;

We are looking for a Linux Systems Administrator to join our Managed Services Operations team.  The Managed Services team provides hosting services and systems administration support to many of our customers.  The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing operational technical assistance and guidance to customers that are using our retail management software applications.  

Duties include:

*Troubleshooting and resolving customer problems of various complexities in highly technical environments.  Customer issues may be related to system errors, system configurations (files or data), networking, platform, third party communications, hardware configuration or other issues commonly encountered in systems operation in a networked environment;
*Thoroughly documenting all research and conversations utilizing a ticket tracking system;
*Regularly updating customers of ongoing troubleshooting and resolution efforts, based upon issue severity;
*Documenting and reporting product or system design defects to the Managed Services Engineering team;
*Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external customers;
*Following internal change control process to implement any required production modifications to data and hardware;
*Communicating customer status, concerns and escalation of issues to the appropriate internal management;
*Assisting with testing and evaluating solutions and emergency product fixes from Engineering;
*Performing off-hours maintenance; and
*Participating in a rotating 24/7 on-call support schedule. 
The successful candidate must possess:

*Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar area (equivalent work experience will be considered);
*1-2 years experience in a similar role;
*Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including the ability to research system errors, issue re-creation, and read/diagnose log files;
*Ability to build system configurations and roll-out production systems using automation;
*Experience with Linux administration, with an understanding of how to perform system tuning and optimization;
*Ability to manage an active open ticket queue, while also being assigned new tickets on a daily basis;
*Excellent prioritizing skills;
*Excellent problem solving skills;
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
*Ability to clearly communicate detailed technical information, action plans and case details to customers and/or management;
*Ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support schedule during evening hours and over weekends as assigned;
*Preferred skills:
&amp;#9702;Experience with virtualization, especially Xen;
&amp;#9702;Previous experience supporting multiple customers in a hosting environment; and
