Inauguro o clube do spaghetti com uma das receitas mais simples e saborosas que conheço.&lt;br /&gt;
O spaghetti cacio e pepe é conhecido como o mais antigo prato pobre italiano, devido a sua simplicidade e aos poucos ingredientes necessários para o seu preparo. &lt;br /&gt;
Hoje já existem diversas outras receitas provenientes dessa, mas como diria Leonardo da Vinci "A simplicidade é o último grau de sofisticação". &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Conheça um pouco de sua história:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Antigamente, em Roma os pastores durantes suas longas lidas no campo, levavam em suas sacolas alguns alimentos que além de serem baratos os permitiam conservar sem refrigeração e com alguns atributos a mais. Nesse caso o queijo, a pimenta preta, a massa seca e a banha de porco para lubrificar suas panelas de ferro.&lt;br /&gt;
Um dos alimentos eram pedaços de queijo pecorino (feito com o leite de cabra), por ser muito barato e pela sua conservação durar muito. Saquinhos de pimenta preta, um condimento que gera calor e protegia o organismo dos pastores nos frios intensos e aquecia suas noites ao relento. E as massas secas que forneciam carboidrato e calorias para dar energia durante a lida no campo. &lt;br /&gt;
Temos registros desse prato na idade média, no ano 700, como podemos ver nos registros deixados pelo famoso escritor alemão Goethe que durante sua viagem a Itália em 1797, ele escreve "aqui os macarrões são preparados da maneira mais simples, cozidos na água pura e coberto com queijo, completando com um pouco de  gordura e condimento". &lt;br /&gt;
Assim, essa receita além de ser muito antiga é ate hoje parte dos pratos principais de todas as trattorias e osterias Romanas, do restaurante mais simples ao mais sofisticado, essa mesma receita está sempre presente deliciando todos os que a apreciam. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
E agora, vamos ao que interessa..&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;A receita:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- 400g de Spaghetti&lt;br /&gt;
- 200g de Pecorino Romano (na falta pode ser usado queijo Parmesao)&lt;br /&gt;
- Pimenta preta moída &lt;br /&gt;
- Oleo extraviegem de oliva&lt;br /&gt;
- Sal&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Modo de fazer:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Em uma panela ferva a agua com sal, quando a agua estiver fervendo coloque o spaghetti até ficar aldente, cerca de 7-8 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Enquanto isso, rale o queijo pecorino, coloque o em uma frigideira e misture com um pouco da agua do spaghetti que está cozinhando. Misture tudo até obter um creme. Antes de escorrer o spaghetti, reserve um pouco da agua da fervura. Escorra o spaghetti e na mesma panela que foi usada, agora vazia, coloque um fio de oleo e misture com o spaghetti. Misture o creme feito com o queijo no spaghetti e complete, caso necessario com um pouco da agua que foi reservada durante o cozimento do macarrao. O ideal é que o spaghetti nao fique muito seco, mas com aspecto umido devido ao creme. Quando estiver no ponto desejado tire o fogo da panela e misture a pimenta preta moída, misture bem e Buon appetito!!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tempo de preparo: 20 minutos&lt;br /&gt;
Tempo de cozimento do spaghetti: 7-8 minutos&lt;br /&gt;
Dificuldade: Mínima&lt;br /&gt;
Prato para: 4 pessoas&lt;br /&gt;

Dicas:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Quando for preparar o creme com agua e pimenta nao acrescente oleo na mistura, mas dose bem a agua na quantidade que achar necessário.&lt;br /&gt;
- Lembra-se que a pimenta deve ser acrescentada só no final, para dar um gosto especial. &lt;br /&gt;
