(I used baby spinach you can use the normal spinach )

In a bowl mix the coconut paste, spinach paste, rice flour and salt with water. This batter is of much thin consistency than usual dosa batter. The thin consistency helps in the “lacy with holes” look of these dosas.

Make dosas on non stick pan coated with little oil.

Pour laddle full of batter in circular motion.

Fill large gaps with more batter. Roast on one side till crisped on the side and mildly golden brown.

Serve hot along with your favorite chutney.

#SPINACH NEER DOSA#

feed.feedburner/vantaruchi/jGYs

EGGLESS COCONUT COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

1cup -Refined flour

1cup - Powdered sugar

1cup- Dessicated coconut

1/2 cup - Salted butter at room temp

1/2tsp - Baking powder

2 to 3tbsp - milk at room temp

PREPARATION

1.
