The Brethren and their Families met in Lancaster Masonic Temple to celebrate the Feast. A dinner was catered by Olive Branch Chapter No. 1, Order of the Eastern Star, which was enjoyed by all. Our Ill. Deputy, Mark C. Roth, 33^o, was present to bring greetings from the Supreme Council.

VALLEY TO PERFORM THE ROSE CROIX DEGREE

On Friday April 15, 2016, the Valley of Lancaster-Littleton will host a degree evening in Lancaster, NH at 7:00 p.m. Petitions for candidates will be received and the 4th degree Video Master Traveler will be shown prior the the conferral of the 18th degree Knight of Rose Croix.

There will be a pot luck supper at 6:00 p.m. prior to the meeting. After the conclusion of the degree work, a small collation will be offered to those in attendance.

All Scottish Rite Masons are invited and would be most welcomed.

THE FEAST OF TISHRI

On Saturday October 11th, The Valley of Lancaster-Littleton held their first event in the new Lodge built in Littleton, N.H. The observance of the Feast of Tishri was the main program.

Guests for this event were Ill. Brothers Mark C. Roth, 33o, Deputy for NH, Richard W. Elliott, 33o, Active Member and Past Deputy, and Kenneth A. Clay, Jr., 33o, Commander-in-Chief for NH Consistory. Local Valley members included the Officers of the Lodge of Perfection, lead by Brother David S. Collins, 32o, MSA-elect, with Ill. Brothers Ronald N. Crane, 33o, Treasurer and Deputy’s Representative for the Valley and acting as Master of Ceremonies was Dennis A. Sheridan, 33o, MSA, Secretary and Past Deputy’s Representative.

There was a good turnout of members and guests, including ladies and children, for the Feast. Everyone had an enjoyable evening which included a tour of the new facilities, a new member recruitment video, an excellent grilled steak meal courtesy of the Lodge, and a few toasts as per custom of the ceremony. At the conclusion was a short skit put on by 7 of the Officers of the Lodge of Perfection and a brief historical outline done by Brother David Collins.

A joint effort between the Valley of Lancaster-Littleton and the Valley of Concord worked to perform an outstanding degree at the Consistory Reunion on November 2, 2013. Pictured above are most of the participants who were involved. Missing was David E. Lewis, who starred as Benjamin Franklin.

This was a great lead in for the 32nd Degree which followed afterwards. It shows that working together can accomplish great things!

FEAST OF TISHRI PARTICIPANTS

On October 20, 2013, the Valley of Lancaster-Littleton celebrated the Feast of Tishri in semi-public forum. The Feast commemorates the celebration of the harvest, and is not done very often in New Hampshire in this format.

Dinner and refreshments were enjoyed by all. Eights toasts to respective leaders and brethren were given during the meal.

Following, everyone adjourned to the Lodge Room to witness the skit of Seven Baskets of Thanksgiving which was done by the brethren pictured. The baskets were given to seven lucky winners, then guest speaker David A. Rich, Deputy Master of the Lodge of Perfection, addressed the audience.

We were fortunate enough to have several ladies and children among the brethren, some of which were very young. It was pleasant to witness the exuberance of the youth keeping some of us even more entertained.

Our Illustrious Deputy, Brother Mark C. Roth, 33rd Degree and Active Member of the Supreme Council gave closing comments which were enjoyed by all.

FEAST OF TISHRI SCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER 19, 2013 IN LANCASTER

The Valley’s Presiding Officers invite all Valley members and interested Blue Lodge members to join us for a Celebration of the Harvest Season with the scheduled Feast of Tishri Program. A dinner will be served with the traditional toasting and a short skit performed. This program is open to the Ladies and Family, so contact the Valley Secretary, Dennis Sheridan, at 603-444-7195 or email at dasheridan49@gmail.com to order your tickets. Sales will be closed one week prior to the event to give the caterer a meal count. SOCIAL HOUR WILL COMMENCE AT 5:30 P.M. AND DINNER SERVED ABOUT 6:30 P.M. This is always a great time and we look forward to your joining us for the celebration and festivities at the Lancaster Masonic Temple!

NEW VALLEY PRESIDING OFFICERS INSTALLED

On Wednesday May 22, 2013, the Annual Meeting of the Valley of Lancaster-Littleton was held and the above Brethren were installed into Office. Brother David S. Collins, 32^o(center) is the new Thrice Potent Master of North Star Lodge of Perfection. Brother Mark H. Blodgett, 32^o(right) is the new Sovereign Prince of Washington Council Princes of Jerusalem and Brother David A. Rich, 32^o(left) is the new Most Wise Master of the Littleton Chapter of Rose Croix.

The Officers were installed by Ill. Brothers Richard W. Elliott, 33^oand Deputy for the State of NH, Ill. Brother Mark C. Roth, 33^oand Active Member for the State of NH and Ill. Brother Robert E. Hansen, 33^oand Active Emeritus Member for the State of NH. They are pictured below with Ill. Brother Ronald N. Crane, 33^oand Deputy’s Representative for the Valley.

Valley of Concord Hosts 200th Anniversary Dinner and Dance
