Because of Facebook, i seldom update my blog here, i think i should update again.

Okay, here to update about me, i'm back to stage again. I was taking long leave about 1 year+ to rest.

Now i;m back again to serve HIM, praise the LORD.

Although life is busy compare to previous, but i still arrange time for HIM. Life need to step forward.

Not easy to become a model nowadays, choosing a venue and weather is the most important before we go for shooting.

This day we went to Desa Park City for some fun shots, although weather is hot and i'm completely sweat! Still enjoying the shooting session hehe!! NO PAIN NO GAIN!

From the day she came to KL, i offered many of my 1st time to her haha!! She also felt embarrased on it.

U guys may want to know what is that actually, let me tell u here. I bring her " HK friend" to many places that i didnt visit before. Can consider i;m the tourist as well.

Well, i felt happy and enjoy on the above food hunting and day trip. Seldom have this kind of chance i guess, unless i have many oversea friends come to KL non stop. That one i need to go for full time tour guide :p

Way To Reduce Stress

Pray.
Go to bed on time.
Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed.
Say No to projects that won't fit into your time schedule, or that will compromise your mental health.
Delegate tasks to capable others.
Simplify and unclutter your life.
Less is more.. (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.)
Allow extra time to do things and to get to places.
Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projects over time; don't lump the hard things all together.
Take one day at a time.
Separate worries from concerns. If a situation is a concern, find out what God would have you do and let go of the anxiety. If you can't do anything about a situation, forget it.
Live within your budget; don't use credit cards for ordinary purchases.

Listening To Your Heart

Sometimes wish I had a road map for living
If only someone would occasionally show me a way to go, a direction to take, it seems things could be easier. Have you ever thought like that?

But it doesn't take me long to remember that others probably feel as confused as I do.

"Passengers on a regular flight from Detroit to Tri-City Airport (which is situated between the Michigan cities of Saginaw, Bay City and Midland), must have felt a little more than confused during a flight attendant's greeting. Obviously not familiar with the area, she welcomed everyone warmly and stated that the destination would be Midland. A few concerned passengers alerted her to the mistake, so she quickly corrected herself by saying they were headed to Tri-City and Bay City. "

Chuckles rippled along the aisle as she bravely tried again. This time she informed passengers that their destination was Saginaw. Now laughter broke out.

At that point, an authoritative voice came over the intercom and rescued her. "I'm your pilot, folks," he said, "and don't worry -- I know where we're going."

It's nice when someone knows the way. But does anyone know the way YOU should be going? The way you should go in your life?

The truth is -- we really can't depend on others for the most important answers about living our lives. People can help, but nobody can truly decide what is best for us; nobody else can steer us along that individual path that we should take.

But the good news is this: we will eventually find the way ourselves. And I believe we'll find it best by listening. Listening to our hearts; listening to an inner voice.

I've learned that if I listen well, I will discover that the solution I need is usually there, hiding within. It may be irritatingly well hidden, but it is there nevertheless.

Perhaps you feel a bit lost. Most of us do at times. And if so, don't worry. This may be a perfect time to listen. Listen to that quiet voice within. And while you listen, remember this -- your inner pilot knows where you're going.

This year was different compare to previous year. Reunion Dinner held at my 2nd brother house @Kristal Height, cause mum age is getting old, so we decide to let her rest for the reunion dinner, let the young generation to complete her mission hehe!!

IT IS that time of the year again, as we sit back and reflect on what we have done throughout the year and look forward to better times ahead with the new year.

Me and my friend greet the new year with spectacular fireworks at Tropicana City Mall’s Countdown celebration.This year i choose not to go "the curve" or "1Utama", cause very crowded. Tropicana is a new shopping mall which not much people know.

I felt relaxing and enjoy the new year eve countdown.. hehe!!

Morning we attended church christmas celebration as we practice every year, and i helping some photo shooting when the program go on in church.

Afternoon back to house and be santa claus giving xmas gifts away. hehe!!

Nite time, we have a small party at mum house, i invited few of my close friend and we having gifts exchange as well.

Great gathering and over makan that nite, cause my 2nd sis tot i invited 20++ friends like Kar Men:p..... haha!!

Hong Kong Trip Day 1 - 27 Nov 2009

The day has come 27th Nov 2009 which i wait for so long after placing the booking of the flight ticket.
Heading to KLIA at 3pm from house, reached KLIA about 4pm.. and both of us check in luggage immediately in order for us to go MC donald to have our snack.

Red Eyes Infection

Very bad luck to get " red eyes" this time, i think i;m the 5th one from the virus of my niece Tze Yin. When i was having dinner at Fong Lye on saturday 21 Nov, my eyes start itchi and felt not uncomfortables. i tell S shit this time kena liao. Aiks!!!

Actually i;m quite worry, coz after few more days i need to depart for my trip to HK. This illness is take sometime to recover. The next day early morning my eyes become swallon like the picture i show, so i speed up to visit doctor. If not i;m going to hang half way at airport on friday.

Until today my eyes is 88% recover. My family total of 16 person infected, i not sure whether the virus still will be passing on or not, but i hope will be stop from now, is not comfort to be vampire:p Be clean on our hands, dont rub the eyes.

Purpose for my trip to Mid Valley this time, is to buy souvenior for my friend in HK + Having Dinner with my old old friend, fai, MX,Cherrie.

Unfortunately, J felt bored at home, i invited her to join us to hang out together hehe!!

We shop around and have our fun time together. 1st time to have tea time at coffee bean, coz i always went to starbucks. From the day i know starbucks coffee not nice, so i choose to try coffee bean this time, is more nicer then starbucks:) the cake is so yummy!!

Well, the dinner is the important one, so many people Q up and waiting. My very 1st time been to Restaurant " Fong Lye" food taste is nice, the drinks is special and the ice kacang cherrie and mx order is so nice too. Will visit the 2nd time to try others foods hehe!!

As promised to watch 2012 together with J&S after 2^nd day showing at cinema. I try to check online at GSC & TGV, unfortunately the webpage traffic jam. So I decided to walk over to Tropicana city mall GSC which just next to my office :p and get the ticket . hehe!! Nice and comfort seat I get hurray!!

After movie, we went to SS2 K.T.Z for dinner & “tong sui” as well.,the weather is so bad, keep rain all the way. Tasty foods we ordered and enjoying together.
