Being Buddhist, I believe in Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Dharmapalas, karmic creditors, devas, maras, and celestial beings. I occasionally even see them appearing in my meditation or dreams. We don't see them because they live in a different dimension but our dimension and their dimension are all meshed together to become part of the past, the present and the future. I always feel I am surrounded by them.

I am really glad that some disciples are bringing their pets over to take refuge with our Grand Master, Living Buddha Shen-yen Lu. I am even more impressed that GM is allowing people to even bring their pig to receive empowerment. That news comes very timely for me as from now on no disciples should chastise or tease other members from raising pets and registering them for homas, blessings and bardo ceremonies as well as bring them over to the temple to take refuge or personal empowerments from our Guru. Wow! This is awesome news.
