And no matter what my workout looked like, be it high intensity interval training, spinning, "pumping iron" or just some relaxing walky-walky on the treadmill, I ALWAYS refuel right after.&amp;nbsp;

Yesssss!! It is o-v-e-r! Three days of adding freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices to my daily diet, which besides said juices consisted of -against popular belief (this was not a juice-only cleanse, my friends)- a decent amount of raw, steamed or roasted veggies and a certain amount of protein each day.

Oookay... so the first day of my detox challenge is already coming to an end.&amp;nbsp;

So far so good I'd say. Today was not particular difficult or anything, it just gets really annoying having to drink a cup of my freshly brewed detox juice every hour (I am using the Green Star Elite&amp;nbsp;and make the entire required amount in the morning to get me through the day)... time...&lt;br/&gt;

Back from Edinburgh, Scotland I am feeling a wee bit under the weather (big surprise there, eh?) - scratchy throat and all. I guess wading through the woods and muddy rivers surrounding Drumlanrig Castle for about 4 hours 20 minutes really does take its toll on you.&amp;nbsp;

And I am having quite a hard time finding the right words to describe what I experienced the past couple of days, more specifically Saturday - the day of the Tough Mudder Event!




I think it is safe to say that words simply can not express.

I remember in this&amp;nbsp;Tough Mudder infomercial video, there is a guy in the beginning that says "tough mudder is painful, very...&lt;br/&gt;
