&lt;span style="color: magenta;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Poleva: 500 ml smotany na šľahanie., 50 g pistácií., 1 lyžicu (15 ml) kandizovaných ružových lupeňov (alebo kandizovaných okvetných lístkov fialky).,&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;Pri príprave vaječného krému postupujeme nasledovne: vo veľkom kastróle s dvojitým dnom zohrejeme smotanu. Kým sa zohrieva, vymiešame v miske vaječné žĺtky, celé vajcia a práškový cukor. Smotanu odstavíme tesne pred zovretím. Nesmie prevrieť! Nalejeme ju do misy s vajcami a cukrom, vyšľaháme. Kastról umyjeme, je to otravný, ale nevyhnutný krok. Nalejeme doň neuvarený vaječný krém a prevaríme ho. Varíme pri strednej teplote, celý čas miešame, kým nezhustne. Nesmie vrieť. Po 10 až 15 minútach by už mala byť zmes dostatočne hustá, tak ju prelejeme do studenej a čistej nádoby, pridáme vanilkový extrakt a trochu vyšľaháme, aby sme ju mierne vychladili. Povrch krému, ako aj nádobu prikryjeme potravinovou fóliou a necháme vychladnúť. Začneme si pripravovať ostatné ingrediencie. Tenké plátky piškótového cesta preložíme na polovice a naplníme džemom. Vyložíme nimi dno pohára, aby sme zvonku videli vrstvy. Podiely sú rôzne a keďže tento zákusok spočíva vo vrstvení, rozmery servírovacej misky určujú, ako ich budeme na seba ukladať, množstvo piškótového cesta, ktoré budeme potrebovať. Na piškótové cesto s džemom nalejeme sherry a necháme ho nasiaknuť. Na nasiaknuté piškótové cesto dáme rozmrazené letné ovocie s trochou šťavy, ktorú pustí. Ovocie posypeme strúhanou pomarančovou kôrou a práškovým cukrom.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #20124d;"&gt;Tip: Tortu upečieme týždeň vopred a zabalíme do dvojitej vrstvy mastného papiera a vrstvy alobalu. Skladujeme vo vzduchotesnej nádobe na chladnom mieste.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;Žĺtky vymiešame s maslom a práškovým cukrom do peny. Pridáme preosiatu múku premiešanú s kypriacim práškom a soľou a nakoniec vmiešame tuhý sneh vyšľahaný z bielkov. Cesto preložíme do vymasteného a múkou vysypaného hlbšieho plechu, zarovnáme a v stredne vyhriatej rúre upečieme. Upečený plát podľa hrúbky prekrojíme ako tortu alebo pozdĺžne na dve časti. Spodnú časť natrieme plnkou. nahusto vedľa seba uložíme vykôstkované marhule, prikryjeme druhou časťou a jemne popritláčame. Vrch natrieme marhuľovým džemom, polejeme roztopenou tmavou čokoládou premiešanou so smotanou a posypeme postrúhanou bielou čokoládou. Na chladnom mieste necháme dobre stuhnúť.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;Plnka: Maslo vymiešame s vanilkovým a práškovým cukrom do peny a postupne všľaháme tvaroh a kyslú smotanu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;Teľacie mäso odblaníme a pokrájame na mal medailóniky. V hlbšej panvici opražíme na oleji očistenú nadrobno pokrájanú cibuľu, pridáme mäso a za stáleho miešanie 3 minúty opražíme. Osolíme, okoreníme mletým korením, rascou, posypeme mletou červenou paprikou a premiešame. Podlejeme trochou vody a prikryté dusíme 15 minút. Papriky prekrojíme, jadierka odstránime, pokrájame na rezance a vložíme k mäsu. V 2 dl vody rozmiešame mäsový bujón, vylejeme na mäso a za občasného miešania udusíme domäkka. Škrobovú múčku rozmiešame v troche vody, vylejeme na mäso a za stáleho miešania krátko povaríme. Podávame s varenou ryžou.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Cestíčko premiešame a postupne z neho pripravíme na troche oleja tenké palacinky. Pomaranče ošúpeme, odstránime bielu dužinu a žilky, pokrájame a naplníme nimi pripravené palacinky. &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;Špargľu očistíme, ošúpeme, odstránime tvrdé časti a vložíme do vriacej osolenej vody. Pridáme cukor, 2 lyžice citrónovej šťavy a miernym varom varíme 10 minút. Scedíme a uložíme na teplom mieste. Bravčové mäso solíme, okoreníme mletým čiernym korením, posypeme rascou a uložíme do pekáča. Podlejeme trochou vody a prikryté pečieme 40 minút. Počas pečenia polievame výpekom. Mäso odkryjeme, posypeme mletou červenou paprikou, odložíme očistenou pokrájanou cibuľou a odkryté pečieme 20 minút. Počas pečenia polievame výpekom a podľa potreby podlievame vodou. &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;Hovädzie mäso jemne naklepeme opakom noža, kuracie prsia prekrojíme na hrubé rezne a bravčové karé narežeme tak, aby vzniklo vrecko, do ktorého vložíme polovicu plátky šunky a syra a okraje spevníme špáradlami. Všetko mäso vložíme do vhodnej nádoby na marinovanie, zalejeme marinádou a necháme na chladnom mieste aspoň 1 hodinu postáť. Mäso vyberieme, uložíme na rozohriaty gril a z oboch strán grilujeme po 4 minúty. Čas grilovania záleží od hrúbky mäsa. Asi 2 minúty pred ukončením pridáme klobásy, natrieme marinádou alebo len olejom a ugrilujeme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

V hrnci zohrejeme olej a opražíme na ňom kuracie prsia. Pridáme cibuľu, mrkvu, speníme, osolíme, okoreníme mletím čiernym korením zalejeme 3/4 litra vody a privedieme do varu. &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;Formu vymastíme a dno ešte vyložíme papierom na pečenie. Nasekanú horkú čokoládu a maslo spolu rozpustíme nad horúcim vodným kúpeľom, zložíme z ohňa a necháme vychladnúť. Múku a prášok do pečiva spolu preosejeme do misy,pridáme cukor. Vajcia rozšľaháme a vmiešame do vychladnutej čokoládovej zmesi. Hneď ju pridáme k múke a cukru a všetko spolu premiešame. Bielu čokoládu nasekáme na kúsky a spolu s pistáciami vmiešame do cesta. Do formy navrstvíme cesto, rovnomerne rozotrieme. Koláč vložíme do vyhriatej rúry (180 stupňov C) a pečieme 30 až 35 minút. Po upečení necháme 20 minút chladnúť vo forme a potom preložíme a necháme celkom vychladnúť.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

V inej miske zmiešajte petržlen so smotanou, chrenom a soľou. Smotanovú zmes rozdeľte lyžicou na mäso, netreba ju roztierať. Zapekaciu misu zakryte alobalom, na niekoľkých miestach prepichnite a vložte do vyhriatej rúry na cca 15 - 20 minút. Servírujte ihneď. Podľa chuti ešte pokvapkajte citrónom. Farebné papriky zbavte jadrovníkov a nakrájajte ich na tenké rezance. Potom ich orestujete na panvici na rozohriatom oleji do polomäkka. Odležaného ostrieža vložte do vymastenej zapekacej misy, pridajte opečené papriky, podľa potreby osoľte a dajte spolu zapiecť. &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;Pekáč vymažeme maslom, na dno poukladáme na kolieska nakrájané zemiaky, osolíme, posypeme rascou. Na panvici na masle opražíme nastrúhanú mrkvu s pórom. Túto zmes uložíme na zemiaky. Rybu posypeme korením na ryby, rascou a položíme na zmes mrkvy s pórom do zapekacej misy. Dáme zapiecť do rúry na 15 minút na 200 stupňov C. Medzitým si pripravíme omáčku z 2 kyslých smotán, kôpru a pažítky (môžete použiť akúkoľvek inú bylinku, napr. petržlen, bazalku), trochu soli a korenia. Nastrúhame si syr. Po 15 minútach vyberieme pekáč z rúry, omáčku nalejeme na rybu a zasypeme syrom. Dopečieme dozlatista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;Cestoviny uvarte v dostatočnom množstve vriacej osolenej vody. Asi 2 minúty pred dovarením pridajte hrášok a povarte. Potom rezance s hráškom sceďte, nechajte vychladnúť a premiešajte s olejom. Vajcia varte 10 minút, opláchnite studenou vodou a pokrájajte na šestiny. Lososa nakrájajte na širšie pruhy. Kôpor opláchnite, osušte a nasekajte. Na zálievku zmiešajte jogurt, creme fraiche, citrónovú kôru a šťavu, osoľte, okoreňte a pridajte štipku cukru. Rezance s hráškom premiešajte s vajcami, lososom a omáčkou a nechajte krátko odležať. Podávajte posypané čerstvo nasekaným kôprom.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

alebo v&amp;nbsp;rúre. Necháme vychladnúť a&amp;nbsp;nahrubo posekáme. Primiešame
smotanu, horčicu, pažítku a&amp;nbsp;omáčku osolíme a&amp;nbsp;okoreníme. Cvikly
zabalíme do dvojitej vrstvy alobalu, uložíme na gril alebo priamo do pahreby
a&amp;nbsp;pečieme asi 40 – 50 minút, kým zmäknú. Alobal rozbalíme, cvikly
prekrojíme, polejeme omáčkou, posypeme orechmi a&amp;nbsp;pažítkou. Podávame

Do hrnca dáme variť 800 ml vody, bujón a&amp;nbsp;zemiaky. Keď sú zemiaky takmer
mäkké, pridáme smotanu, kolieska mrkvy a&amp;nbsp;kel. Polievku osolíme, okoreníme

&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;Cibuľu nakrájajte nadrobno. Papriky
zbavte jadierok a&amp;nbsp;nakrájajte približne na 1 cm kocky. Na oleji speňte
nadrobno nakrájanú cibuľu, pridajte prelisovaný cesnak, na kocky nakrájanú
papriku, chilli, sladkú papriku a&amp;nbsp;rascu. Odstavte z&amp;nbsp;ohňa a&amp;nbsp;za
stáleho miešania ešte chvíľu smažte, kým sa všetky vône pekne premiešajú.
Pridajte mleté mäso a&amp;nbsp;vareškou ho roztlačte na menšie kúsky. Opekajte cca
5 minút dochrumkava. Pridajte vývar, konzervované paradajky a&amp;nbsp;chvíľu spolu
poduste. Prisypte majorán, soľ, korenie, paradajkový pretlak, zmes priveďte
k&amp;nbsp;varu, potom úplne stíšte plameň a&amp;nbsp;za občasného miešania nechajte
všetko cca pol hodiny pobublávať. Nakoniec pridajte fazuľu, kukuricu
a&amp;nbsp;čokoládu. Polievku opäť priveďte do varu, podľa potreby pridajte vodu.
Osoľte, okoreňte a&amp;nbsp;nechajte cca 10 minút odstáť, aby sa chute rovnomerne
