&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #4c1130;"&gt;Rezance uvaríme v dostatočnom množstve osolenej vody, scedíme, preložíme do misy, pokvapkáme stolovým olejom a premiešame. Do mixéra dáme ošúpané oriešky, umyté nahrubo posekané bylinky, pokrájaný syr, olivový olej, okoreníme mletým korením a rozmixujeme. Zmes (pesto), vmiešame do rezancov, rozdelíme na taniere, posypeme posekanými orieškami, postrúhaným syrom a ozdobíme petržlenovou vňaťou.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #4c1130;"&gt;Šampiňóny očistíme a pokrájame na polovice alebo na štvrtiny. Na troche oleja speníme očistenú, nadrobno pokrájanú cibuľu, pridáme šampiňóny a krátko spolu opražíme. Podlejeme trochou vody, jemne osolíme, okoreníme a miernym varom varíme 5 minút. V 2 dl vriacej vody rozmiešame bujón, vylejeme na šampiňóny a za občasného miešania uvaríme domäkka. V troche vody rozmiešame maizenu, vylejeme na huby a krátko prevaríme. Mleté mäso premiešame s rozšľahaným vajcom, s očisteným pretlačeným cesnakom, žemľou namočenou v mlieku, ochutíme mletým korením a vlhkými rukami tvarujeme malé loptičky. Vložíme do vriacej osolenej vody a miernym varom varíme 8 minút. Loptičky vyberieme, vložíme do hubového ragú a krátko spolu prehrejeme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Šľahačku vyšľaháme s mliekom dotuha, vmiešame do tvarohovej peny, natrieme na natrený korpus, zarovnáme a uložíme na 1 hodinu do chladničky. Jahody umyjeme, osušíme, pokrájame a ozdobne uložíme na tortu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #4c1130;"&gt;Žemle prekrojíme na polovice a spodnú časť na reznej strane natrieme majonézou. Pór umyjeme, pokrájame na kolieska a nahusto posypeme natreté žemle. Do mletého mäsa dáme vajce, ochutíme soľou, mletým čiernym korením, majoránom, pridáme strúhanku, mlieko a dokonale vymiešame. Zo zmesi tvarujeme väčšie fašírky, ktoré vypražíme v dostatočnom množstve oleja z oboch strán dozlatista. Fašírky uložíme na pripravené žemle, posypeme zvyšným pórom, prikryjeme odrezanou časťou žemlí a podávame.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #4c1130;"&gt;Žĺtky vymiešame s trochou soli., pridáme hladkú múku, smotanu a nakoniec vmiešame tuhý sneh vyšľahaný z bielkov. Vo väčšej panvici zohrejeme trochu oleja a postupne na ňom z cestíčka upečieme dve omelety. V druhej panvici do chrumkava opražíme na troche oleja mleté mäso, pridáme očistený, umytý, pokrájaný pór, očistené, pokrájané šampiňóny, podlejeme trochou vody a krátko podusíme. Pridáme rozmrvenú kocku bujónu, okoreníme mletým čiernym korením, zalejeme a za občasného miešania necháme prevrieť. V malom množstve vody rozmiešame maizenu, zahustíme ňou ragú, ochutíme citrónovou šťavou a rozdelíme na omelety. Na kel uložíme po dva plátky šunky, do stredu uložíme syr, zvinieme a tesne vedľa seba uložíme do zapekacej nádoby. Kyslú smotanu osolíme, okoreníme mletým korením, pridáme vajce, rozšľaháme a vylejeme na rolky. Kryštálový a vanilkový cukor necháme jemne skaramelizovať, pridáme do neho vykôstkované čerešne a za stáleho miešania varíme 4 minúty. Čerešne natrieme na spodný plát, prikryjeme vrchným, jemne popritláčame a polejeme roztopenou čokoládou, premiešanou s maslom. Zvyšné čerešne nadrobno pokrájame, vložíme do hrnca, zasypeme vanilkovým a kryštálovým cukrom., polejeme citrónovou šťavou, zalejeme 3 dl vody a za stáleho miešania krátko povaríme. Želatínu rozmiešame v 2 dl vody, vylejeme na čerešne a za stáleho miešania krátko varíme, podľa návodu od výrobcu. Žĺtky vymiešame s maslom a štipkou soli do peny, pridáme pokrájané žemle namočené v mlieku, očistenú, nadrobno pokrájanú cibuľu, očistený pretlačený cesnak, osolíme, okoreníme a spojíme s tofu syrom. Z bielkov vyšľaháme tuhý sneh, vmiešame do zmesi, preložíme do vymastenej a strúhankou vysypanej nádoby na zapekanie, zarovnáme, pokvapkáme olejom a vo vyhriatej rúre pečieme do zlatista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #4c1130;"&gt;Huby očistíme, podľa veľkosti pokrájame na menšie kúsky a uložíme do veľkého pohára na konzervovanie. Do 1 litra vody dáme soľ, koreniny, cukor a privedieme do varu. Miernym varom varíme 3 minúty. Nálev ochutíme vínom, octom, necháme prevrieť a horúcim zalejeme pripravené huby. Pohár uzavrieme, zabalíme do teplej deky a necháme vychladiť. Huby môžeme skladovať v tmavej miestnosti niekoľko dní. Ak chceme huby skladovať dlhšie, naložíme ich do menších pohárov, zasterilizujeme a potom uskladníme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #4c1130;"&gt;Kuracie a bravčové mäso osolíme, okoreníme mletým čiernym korením, pridáme rozšľahané vajcia., pokrájanú v mlieku namočenú žemľu a vymiešam hladkú hmotu. Na troche oleja opražíme očistenú, nadrobno pokrájanú cibuľu, pridáme na kocky pokrájaný tofu syr, osolíme a premiešame. Huby namočíme, vyžmýkame, pokrájame a zmiešame s ochuteným tofu syrom. Dosku posypeme strúhankou, uložíme na ňu mäsovú hmotu a roztiahneme na hrúbku 2 cm. Do stredu rozložíme tofu syr, zabalíme do mäsovej hmoty a upravíme do tvaru bochníka. Preložíme do vymasteného pekáča a vo vyhriatej rúre upečieme do zlatista. Počas pečenia polievame výpekom a podľa potreby podlievame malým množstvom vody.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Nakoľko tie sa pri pečení vydujú. Po upečení necháme vychladnúť a namáčame to do pripravenej teplej čokolády. Rožky môžeme zdobiť.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Náplň dobre vymiešame a striedavo nanášame na pripravené tortové oblátky. Na poslednú oblátku nanesieme roztopenú čokoládovú polevu, keď čokoláda už tuhne, tak posypeme čokoládu kokosom. V múke rozmiešame majoránku, sušený cesnak., mleté čierne korenie. Mäso obalíme v múke a prudko rýchlo opečieme na oleji. Opečené morčacie prsia uložíme do pripravenej zapekacej misy, navrch poukladáme narezanú cibuľu na prúžky, podlejeme bujónom alebo vodou, nakoniec posypeme vegetou. Zapekacu misu prikryjeme a mäso dáme do vyhriatej rúry na 250 stupňov C na 15 minút. Potom morčacie prsia odkryjeme a necháme piecť 30 minút pri 180 stupňoch C. Podávame z ryžou a kyslou uhorkou.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="color: magenta; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;plnka: 250 ml mlieka, 2 lyžice hladkej múky, 2 lyžiče krupicového cukru, 60 g posekaných orechov, 3 lyžičky pomarančového likéru, 80 g rozpustenej čokoládovej polevy, 50 g orechov&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #4c1130; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Z masla, múky, orechov, cukru, korenia a vajca vypracujeme cesto. Zabalíme do fólie a odložíme na 20 minút do chladu. Rozvaľkáme ho, vykrojíme tvary, ktoré dáme na plech vyložený papierom a vo vyhriatej rúre upečieme. Zatiaľ si pripravíme plnku: z mlieka, krupicového cukru a z hladkej múky uvaríme hustú kašu a necháme vychladnúť. Potom do kaše zamiešame likér a posekané orechy. Keď koláčiky vychladnú, každý kúsok potrieme džemom a navrstvíme plnku. Povrch polejeme čokoládovou polevou a ozdobíme posekanými orechmi.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Z cesta pomocou okrúhlej formičky vykrojíme kolieska, ktoré uložíme na plech vyložený papierom na pečenie. Pripravíme si posýpku: 2 lyžice medu rozpustíme v panvici na slabom ohni. Vložíme sekané orechy, premiešame, spolu krátko opečieme a odstavíme. Na polovičnú časť vykrojených koliesok dáme v mede opečené orechy. Vložíme do vyhriatej rúry a upečieme. Slivkový lekvár vymiešame s lyžicou rumu. Biely marcipán rozvaľkáme a z cesta vykrojíme kolieska rovnakej veľkosti ako upečené kolieska. Neposypané, vychladnuté kolieska potrieme slivkovým lekvárom a položíme koliesko marcipánu. Povrch marcipánu potrieme slivkovým lekvárom a prikryjeme orechovým kolieskom.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
