The former Disney child star will take over the Strip on two nights during the North American leg of her tour. Fans will convene at T-Mobile Arena on Saturday, December 19, and Sunday, December 20, 2026. The tour comes off as a support project for her upcoming third studio album, “You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love,” to be released in June.

So far, “Drop Dead,” the first song released from the album, is doing well on the charts, debuting at No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100. While the album will be released by Geffen Records, Live Nation is in charge of promoting the tour.

For presale tickets, the singer’s fans who are American Express cardholders will have access starting Tuesday, May 5, through Wednesday, May 6. General sales will come next on Thursday at 12 p.m PT at AXS.com. The “Driver’s License” singer will also offer Silver Star Tickets with a limited number of $20 tickets on a later date.

She and her team devised the program to make show attendance more accessible for concertgoers. For this ticketing structure, fans must purchase tickets in pairs per order, with seats guaranteed to be placed together.

According to reporting from 8 News Now, investigators began examining financial discrepancies after casino officials flagged unusual register shortages. Internal audits at the Binion’s Cafe reportedly revealed consistent cash losses tied to specific shifts.

Police allege the total losses reachedsummed up to $298,000. Leading up to the present development, a Binion’s employee alerted authorities in 2025 about the suspected scheme. At the time, hotel security held Rattan in custody until the police arrived. Subsequently, she revealed how she and her accomplices connived in stealing an average of $200 daily. 

Arrest reports state that surveillance footage and transaction records played a central role in building the case. Authorities claim the suspects manipulated register entries and removed cash before reconciling tills. Each defendant now faces criminal charges.

Binion’s Gambling Hall and Hotel, located on Fremont Street, has not publicly commented in detail on the case. However, court records showed that casino management cooperated fully with law enforcement during the probe.

Las Vegas has found itself in the national spotlight following a legal dispute involving the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and local judges over whether law enforcement or the courts have the authority to determine who qualifies for electronic monitoring programs.

The debate reportedly centers around Metro’s medium-electronic monitoring program, which allows certain defendants to remain out of jail while wearing an ankle monitor or under house arrest. Judges typically determine the level of restriction and bail conditions, while Metro administers the program. At any given time, roughly 450 defendants participate in the program, which includes varying levels of supervision.

In a recent ruling dated March 13, Clark County District Court Judge Erika Mendoza sided with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department after the agency declined to place a defendant into the monitoring program. The case involved Matthew Cordero-Davila, who pleaded guilty earlier this year to coercion constituting domestic violence involving physical force or the threat of force.

Metro officials informed the court they would not release Cordero-Davila with an ankle monitor, citing public safety concerns. According to court documents, the department reviewed his recent arrests and the circumstances of the case, as well as the proximity of his proposed residence to individuals listed in a no-contact order.

Metro concluded it could not ensure public safety if the defendant were placed on an ankle monitor alone, though officials indicated house arrest with additional restrictions and closer supervision could mitigate the risk. Judge Mendoza ultimately ordered Cordero-Davila released on house arrest and ruled that Metro and the sheriff have the authority to determine whether a defendant qualifies for the department’s monitoring program.

The ruling comes amid a related legal dispute involving Joshua Sanchez-Lopez, a 36-year-old convicted felon with 35 prior arrests and past prison sentences for offenses including involuntary manslaughter and drug charges. Earlier this year, Las Vegas Justice Court Judge Eric Goodman ordered Sanchez-Lopez released under Metro’s electronic monitoring program if he posted $25,000 bail.

Metro declined, citing Sanchez-Lopez’s history of bench warrants, failures to appear in court, and prior violations of monitoring conditions. The department later petitioned the Nevada Supreme Court to clarify the sheriff’s authority in such decisions. Goodman ultimately placed Sanchez-Lopez in the court’s own pretrial monitoring program while the legal question continues.

Amber Alert Goes Off In The Early Hours of Thursday

The North Las Vegas Police Department activated the Amber Alert shortly after 8 a.m. on Thursday. Officers reported that a 10-month-old girl had been taken by her father earlier that morning.

Police identified the infant as Leilani Williams, also known as Leilani Duke. Authorities said she was last seen around 1:40 a.m. near Martin Luther King Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue. Investigators said the child’s father, 39-year-old Roderick Duke, took the baby and drove away in a blue 2017 Chrysler 200. The vehicle had an unknown license plate number.

According to Fox5 Vegas, the police issued the alert because Duke was believed to be in emotional crisis and had made threats to harm himself and the infant. Officers warned the public not to approach him and instead call authorities if he was spotted.

A Swift Update

Just hours later, authorities reported a positive outcome. By about 10 a.m., officers located the infant unharmed and safely recovered her. Duke was taken into custody without incident. In turn, the Amber Alert was officially canceled.

Officials confirmed that the baby was safe and in the care of law enforcement following the recovery. The quick resolution meant the alert lasted less than two hours after it was widely distributed across Nevada through emergency alerts and broadcast notifications.

Mitchell Fairbarn, a 33-year-old man from Ontario, Canada, was arrested and booked on four counts of torturing, maiming, or killing an animal kept for companionship or pleasure, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.

Authorities say the incident occurred around 5 a.m. Tuesday inside the Flamingo hotel’s outdoor habitat, which is home to several flamingos and other birds. Surveillance footage reportedly shows a man climbing into the habitat before grabbing a flamingo named Peachy.

During the encounter, police said multiple birds were pinned down and injured. The video then shows the suspect leaving the habitat while carrying Peachy and returning to a hotel room.

According to KLAS, officers later searched the room and found what was described as a large bloody feather along with other material believed to be connected to the incident.

When questioned by police, Fairbarn reportedly claimed he believed the flamingo was in distress and attempted to help the animal. Investigators said he told officers he “popped” the bird’s wing back into place because he believed the wing had been dislocated.

Police said Fairbarn told them he was familiar with the practice from his upbringing, explaining that repositioning a bird’s wing is sometimes done with ducks. He reportedly described himself as a “farm boy” and claimed he believed he was assisting the animal.

Authorities, however, viewed the situation differently.

A Las Vegas judge described the alleged actions as “extremely concerning” during a court appearance. Fairbarn was subsequently booked into the Clark County Detention Center and is being held on $12,000 bail.

Officials from the Flamingo hotel said several birds were injured during the incident but are now receiving care from veterinarians. The animals are expected to recover.

The Flamingo wildlife habitat has long been a popular attraction on the Las Vegas Strip, drawing visitors who stop to view the signature pink birds that helped inspire the resort’s iconic name.
