With innumerable new readers becoming a fan of my page here and liking it, and a staggering 500 post reaches in just one week we are on a roll. Continuing on my quest to share and promote the work of Vegetable, Fruit, and Soap Carvings of Great Artists all over the world, here is my latest post that will let you know more about this Artist who I recently got Friends with.

Angel Boraliev - Carving Master from Varna, Bulgaria With a Difference - that is what I call him after seeing his works which include Vegetable, Fruit and Soap carvings. Since last 4 years he has worked as a Carving Master, and professionally grown over the years. In the year 2015 he participated in the Bulcan Culinary Cup and in the Carving Category he has won 2 Gold Medals.

I have been stunned by the Intricate carvings he has done not only on vegetables, but also soap Carvings which I like very much. I will not write much here and leave you to check out all his work from the links I am giving below which will leave you all in awe.

Continuing on my series of Fruit and Vegetable Carvings, I came across some amazing Cantaloupe Melon Carving videos which I just couldn't resist publishing for you in this post.

Good News about an added feature that I am trying to start with this post is I will publish details about the Fruit or Vegetable that is used for the carvings, including where it originated from, its nutritional value etc, just for the information of the reader. 8th Successful Year Of My Vegetable and Fruit Carvings Blog.

First of all let me thank all my Friends, Fans, Relatives, Well-Wishers and especially those hundreds of Vegetable and Fruit Carving and Food Art Artists, because of whom this Blog has completed 7 successful years and enters its 8th year.

The Wonderful Thai Art of Vegetable and Fruit Carving has been an inspiration for me ever since I got to know about it from a friend of mine who is a Chef and we had met 7 years ago. As he described to me the Art and I also saw some of the carvings which he and his wife who is actually from Thailand had created to decorate the simple evening get together meeting I had with him, the art caught my fancy and ever since my romance with this Art has never died.

Very Happy to say that this Blog today has registered its 201st Post with this announcement message and has had 2,29,599 page views as at the time of writing this post, from visitors from over 193 different countries all over the world.

My Facebook Page for this Blog which you can access at - https://www.facebook.com/pages/Vegetable-and-Fruit-Carvings/288832714493988 has received 4,748 likes from wonderful people like you with thousands of you reading the posts every week.

It has been my endeavor to bring the best of the information of this art to the visitors besides portraying the the profiles of so many of my wonderful Artist Friends on Facebook through specific pages dedicated to them and their art. They are the ones that have brought life and action to my Blog for which I am ever obliged.

In my continued efforts to meet more distinguished and accomplished Artists from this wonderful Art of Vegetable and Fruit Carving, I recently connected with Paolo Pachetti through Facebook, while chatting on a post I had recently posted. What a privilege and pleasure to be connected and knowing this multi-faceted artist.

Paolo Pachetti comes across as a very friendly, but professional Artist, totally accomplished in his Art which I intend to humbly try and bring to you in this post.

Born in Livorno in 1952, Pachetti is an artistic Bartender. He own a bar called Papillon and now he travel the word searching new sponsors and awards for his fantastic works.

When Paolo Pachetti uses his knife, he is fast, accurate and self-confident. In few moments he is able to create extraordinary and nice decorations for cocktails. But it's true passion are sculpture made with fruit, an activity started in 1989 to attract customers in his bar.

Paolo Pachetti’s art, through his way of sculpturing, provides a new way of expressing feelings and emotions using fruits.

Paolo Pachetti also has such an unusual passion for teaching and spreading his art that he could be called “Master”. He loves handing down his technique; a technique that makes it easy to create some very simple fruit sculptures which, at the same time, have a great visual effect being used like decorations for cocktails or for tables. Big fruit sculptures, on the other hand, require creativity and manual ability to create shapes and characters to be used in TV advertisements and cinema.

His personally created and invented Art Method is copyrighted and registered in SIAE for all the world.
