WordPress 7.1: View loop layout now reaches the iframed editor canvas so loops render correctly in the block editor.
WordPress 7.1: the YouTube block now renders inside a View loop and previews correctly in the editor, through a capability-gated same-origin preview endpoint.

WordPress 7.1: the map block now renders inside the iframed block editor canvas across all three map engines (Google, Azure, and the legacy Views map).
Azure Maps: migrated to the Azure Maps Web SDK v3 and the Search API 2026-01-01, replacing the retired endpoints.
Distance search: when the visitor's location is not available the search now fails closed instead of returning unfiltered results, and it acquires the location from the page context.
Marker clustering: legacy cluster icons are now removed when their cluster is removed, so stale icons no longer linger on the map.
Address autocomplete: the Google suggestion list now stays above the Fields and Views dialog instead of appearing behind it.

New: Private address autocomplete. Address suggestions are now served through your own website instead of your visitors' browsers contacting third-party services directly. Better for visitor privacy and GDPR posture, with built-in caching and rate limiting.
New: Choose your geocoding provider: the default public service, your own self-hosted instance, or Azure Maps.
New: Clean uninstall. Removing the plugin clears its operational data, and a new opt-in setting removes everything including API keys.
Fixed: The distance filter now accepts decimal radius values like 2.5 km.
Fixed: With multiple distance filters on one page, searching in one no longer affects the others.
Fixed: The API key notice no longer appears when OpenStreetMap is selected.

New: Font Awesome 6 support. Choose Font Awesome 6 in Toolset settings and every icon you ever picked, even ones saved years ago in Font Awesome 4 format, automatically renders as its modern equivalent. Sites staying on Font Awesome 4 or 5 are unaffected.
Compatibility: Full support for the WordPress 7.1 block editor. Fixed the Add Block button not working inside View loops and in the post body, and icons not rendering in the editor and the Site Editor template canvas.
Compatibility: Ready for WPML 5.0. Language handling was reworked across the plugin and verified against both WPML 4.x and WPML 5.0.
Fixed: Button icons inside View loops showing garbled characters or disappearing. Icons already broken on existing sites repair themselves on the next page load, with no re-saving needed.
Fixed: Image blocks inside View loops now output their alt text, improving accessibility and SEO.
