DUTIES

Account Management:
Responsible for the current contract and overall approach and management of the client relationship for assigned accounts, maintaining balance between client and Vesta business goals and objectives.  
*External - Manage Vesta to Client communications; day to day and strategic business reviews
*Internal - Provide constant client focus and function as the client advocate within Vesta. Act as point of escalation and conflict resolution for clients, serving as primary point of contact for client service issues
*Process - Constantly improve upon the frequency and quality of reports and communications before they are sent to clients


Program Execution:
Work with Account Director to manage post-sales client programs to insure 100% client satisfaction; project completion on-time, within budget, and to full specifications of client goals as committed. 
*Manage multiple highly complex marketing and product development programs/projects with accountability for execution, financial viability and ensuring that all aspects of the product roll-out process are complete (marketing and sales points, budgets &amp;amp; financials, technical specifications, etc.)
*Meet customer requirements for the production and delivery of solutions
*Proactively manage workflow processes
*Oversee adherence to contracts and client satisfaction fulfillment
*Ensure progress is tracked, monitored and reported in accordance with the project plan
*Provide operational direction and issue resolution for client business


QUALIFICATIONS

*BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred
*Fluency in written and spoken business Spanish is  a plus
*5 + years of successful account management/sales/product management experience
*High tech experience preferred, telecom experience a plus
*Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills

This role provides C-Level executive assistance.  They manage the executive's offices in their absence. DUTIES

Oversee Vesta's travel program.  Negotiate contracts, pricing, make arrangements, handle emergencies, and set up travel profiles to ensure low cost quality travel for employees, applicants, and others. Ensure travel falls within policy and assist in keeping the policy current.
Manage Vesta's teleconferencing/video conferencing.
Assist executives with customers, visitors, meetings, and department events.
Provide project leadership support for executives.
Oversee the company's contract database.  Support legal counsel in editing contracts.
Will assist EA in corporate events and meetings.
Will provide back-up support to accounting and finance departments.
Will provide backup to the corporate receptionist and CEO's Executive Assistant II.


QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Five plus years of working at the executive levels with C-Level employees.
Successful candidate will possess experience working with senior-level executives.  
Must possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), be able to multi-task complex projects, and be able to interact effectively with outside customers, and employees in remote office locations.  
This individual must be creative and team oriented.  
Prior travel management, contracts, and legal experience preferred.

Designs and documents IT procedures for implementing new services and changes, monitoring services, processes and delivery vehicles,  and managing ongoing service levels
Oversees the global network operations function, working with various network and service providers, to ensure services are implemented promptly and are maintained at world class levels

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a business where information technology and data processing are integral to the services being provided to clients (not simply internal support functions). 
In-depth knowledge of telecom infrastructure, current and emerging telecom technologies and service-level agreements with wired and wireless carriers. 
Experience and comfort working in a company with an entrepreneurial environment where hands-on leadership is the norm and decisions are made quickly in response to client needs or IT issues. 
Experience implementing performance monitoring tools and metrics, utilizing data to track and continuously improve IT function performance.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related major is required
An MBA or master's degree is desirable
Minimum of 15 years of progressive IT management roles in high-growth, multi-national companies that have reached at least $100m in annual revenues
Minimum of 10 years in a leadership position in an IT organization, with demonstrated ability to deal with executive management
Very strong technical knowledge of PCI IT controls is required
Hands-on experience in managing high volume IT and network services, on a global 7x24 non-stop scale

DUTIES

Under minimal direction responsibilities include:Designs, Implements and supports the telephony infrastructure including: Avaya CM, SIP, Session Border controllers, VoIP, Modular Messaging, CMS, Dialer solutions, Call Accounting, and various Call Center applications.
Implement, maintain and troubleshoot Avaya S87XX/83XX/85XX class media servers and gateways running Avaya Communications Manager R5.2; Modular Messaging R5.0; and CMS in a dispersed voice network that includes 3 call centers, 5 data centers and corporate offices. 
Call Center skills: VDN, Vector &amp;amp; Variables a must.
