CGM's schedule of new releases from continues with the first of the promised personality packs. This time it is Napoleon and his Marshals. I have added a new battalion pack to the CGM shop page as an advance order item. There's also a small preview image available.

This range is growing really fast this summer. The British personality pack is due soon.

CGM have listed the first packs of what promises to be a major summer programme of new releases. I have added new packs for 6 lb British foot & horse artillery batteries to the CGM shop page as advance order items. Next up are the long awaited personality packs.

I was wrong! The next releases provide more French artillery with 8 and 6lb Foot batteries as well as Line Horse Artillery. Also added to the CGM shop page.

I'm really pleased to announce that version 2.0 has been released on schedule and is now on sale from the Pike & Plunder web site for £5.00

Coming Soon - Pike & Plunder v2.0

First released in October 2007, Pike & Plunder has proved to be a popular set of campaign rules for the Italian Wars. Now, after a break of just over a year and much revision, version 2.0 is almost ready for release. The provisional release date is set for sometime during June 2009.

Waterloo 1815 - Now In Stock

The wait is over. The consignment from Spain arrived this morning. I now have 17 different Battalion packs of infantry, cavalry and artillery for the British, Dutch Belgians and French in stock.

Waterloo 1815 - Update

The wait is nearly over. I've just spoken to Dermot at Campaign Games and my order will be picked up by the courier on Monday for UK delivery on Thursday.

I hope I'm not tempting fate but I intend to process to all advance orders the end of the week; posting Saturday at the latest.

On the business front, Dermot and I have agreed that Vexillia will be the sole UK retailer for this range. This means I'll be able to build stocks even quicker and add all the the new 2009 packs immediately after they've been released.

15 mm Medieval Polish - Update

You may have noticed that this range has been pending for quite some time so I thought I'd better explain what's been happening.

It's fair to say this range has been fated. The planned release date was earlier this month but one of the armoured foot crossbow men had an "accident" during master moulding with the head shifting slightly such that it was impossible to fit the crossbow. This required remastering.

I then had to wait until I have enough to fill a new master mould as it's not cost effective to mould one figure; the new master mould will be commissioned this month. In the meantime I've had three of the six production moulds made and tested. The Polish knight mould took two goes to get right but now all three moulds are fine.

So that's the situation and despite best efforts this range continues to be beset by one small problems after another. It is now significantly delayed. The shop page has been removed and will return when the figures are ready.
