&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A mi particularmente no me gusta el sabor del curry, pero a mis hijos sí.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Así que de vez en cuando ....&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
LOS INGREDIENTES :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 Pollo troceado&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebolla&lt;br /&gt;
2 zanahorias&lt;br /&gt;
1 manzana&lt;br /&gt;
1 brik de nata&lt;br /&gt;
1 cucharada sopera de curry&lt;br /&gt;
Un poquito de caldo (o agua)&lt;br /&gt;
Sal y pimienta&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
LA PREPARACIÓN :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Salpimentamos el pollo, lo doramos y lo reservamos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Picamos la cebolla y las zanahorias. Las vamos dorando, unos 4 o 5 minutos.&amp;nbsp;Añadimos la manzana y lo dejamos que vaya tomando color otros 5 minutos más. Incorporamos el pollo, la nata líquida,&amp;nbsp;un poco de caldo y la cucharada de curry. Lo tenemos unos 30 minutos, aprox.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pasamos la salsa por el chino y lo dejamos unos 5 minutos más y ........... listo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lo acompañamos con un poquito de arroz.&lt;br /&gt;

10 cucharadas de aceite&lt;br /&gt;
50 gr. de nueces&lt;br /&gt;

LA PREPARACIÓN :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cocemos las patatas con piel unos 30 minutos y por separado, el bacalao 5 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;
Reservamos una taza del caldo del bacalao.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Picamos los ajos y en un mortero los machacamos bien. A continuación incorporamos las patatas y mezclamos bien. Añadimos el bacalao bien desmenuzado y seguimos mezclando. (He leido en alguna receta&lt;br /&gt;
que hay que hacerlo siempre en la misma dirección)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Añadimos el aceite sin dejar de remover. Si queda muy espeso, añadiremos un poco del caldo del bacalao que hemos reservado. Tiene que quedar con la consistencia de un puré. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

En la cazuela doramos los ajos (a mí me gusta hacerlos a láminas). Añadimos la harina y que dore un poco.&lt;br /&gt;
Echamos el vino blanco, el caldo de pescado y la guindilla. Cuando haya espesado sazonamos con sal y un pelín de pimienta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Añadimos la merluza, los guisantes y los espárragos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Vamos removiendo la cazuela y a los 10 mintunos aprox. &amp;nbsp;le damos la vuelta a la merluza.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Unos 5 minutitos más y ..... listo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Adornamos con el huvo duro (En esta ocasión me olvidé ...)&lt;br /&gt;

Sal y pimienta&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
LA PREPARACION :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Encendemos el horno a unos 200º para que se vaya calentando.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Extendemos la base de la masa (sin retirar el papel) en un molde para hornear. &lt;br /&gt;
Pinchamos con un tenedor un poco toda la base.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
El beicon cortado a tiritas lo doramos un poquito en una sartén. No es necesario poner nada de aceite.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
En un bol mezclamos los huevos, la nata, la mitad del queso y la leche. Salpimentamos y lo batimos bien.&lt;br /&gt;
Añadimos el beicon y el atún y lo ponemos en el molde.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Espolvoreamos con el resto del queso rallado y al horno unos 40 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;

Empezamos con la cebolla. La cortamos en juliana, bien finita, y la pochamos bien. Reservamos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Las patatas las hacemos fritas, yo las dejo blanditas. También las reservamos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Extendemos la masa en la fuente del horno y la cubrimos con la salsa de tomate.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Añadimos el queso y unas tiritas de beicon y espolvoreamos con el orégano.&lt;br /&gt;

Es una pequeña variante de un típico plato de la cocina catalana que traducido literalmente sería Rape al Ajo Quemado, aunque como vereis no se queman los ajos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;LOS INGREDIENTES :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Dos trozos de rape por persona&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;10 o 12 ajos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Un puñado de almendras tostadas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Dos rebanadas de pan&lt;/div&gt;Unas cucharadas de salsa de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
Caldo de pescado&lt;br /&gt;
Azafrán, sal, perejil&lt;br /&gt;
Aceite de oliva&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
LA PREPARACIÓN :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Doramos los ajos laminados en la cazuela con aceite con cuidado que no se quemen. Los reservamos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
En el mismo aceite tostamos un poco las rebanadas de pan. Las apartamos también.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
En un mortero machacamos bien los ajos (si quereis poder reservar alguno laminado) el pan, las almendras, y un poco de perejil.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
En el mismo aceite que hemos utilizado incorporamos la salsa de tomate, el caldo de pescado, el rape y lo dejamos unos 10/15 minutos a fuego lento. Salamos al gusto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Añadimos la picada y dejamos que espese la salsa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
............ Y listo !!!!&lt;br /&gt;

Aunque ya la he hecho en varias ocasiones, no la había publicado y os dejo un resumen de las varias que ya he hecho.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
INGREDIENTES :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 gr. de chocolate negro&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 gr. de chocolate con leche&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 gr. de chocolate blanco&lt;br /&gt;
- 750 ml. de leche&lt;br /&gt;
- 750 ml. de nata&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 sobres de cuajada&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 gr. de azúcar&lt;br /&gt;
- 250 gr. de galletas maría&lt;br /&gt;
- 80 gr. de mantequilla&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARACIÓN :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Primero haremos la base. Para ello trituramos las galletas y las mezclamos con la mantequilla derretida.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
En un molde desmontable pondremos esta mezcla y la iremos apretando bien para que quede compacta y con el mismo grosor por toda la base del molde.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ahora empezamos con la capa de chocolate negro. Ponemos en un cazo el chocolate partido a trocitos pequeños, 250 ml. de leche, 250 ml. de nata, 50 gr. de azúcar y un sobre de cuajada. Con el pimer lo batimos todo bien y lo ponemos al fuego y dejamos que hierva dos o tres minutos, no más. Lo retiramos del fuego y lo vertemos en el molde encima de las galletas. No hace falta que lo pongamos en la nevera, pués mientras lavamos los cacharros y preparamos la siguiente capa, ya habrá cuajado un poco.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Procedemos igual con el chocolate con leche y lo vertemos encima del chocolate negro. Si en lugar de echarlo directamente, lo hacemos sobre una cuchara sopera puesta del revés, evitamos que se puedan mezclar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Vamos ahora con la capa de chocolate blanco, igual que la anterior.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Una vez haya enfriado y lo ponemos en la nevera y esperamos a que cuaje. Desmoldamos y adornamos como más nos guste.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Hecho uno o dos días antes está mucho más rico !!!!!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Ingredientes :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;400 g de judías blancas&lt;br /&gt;
2 cebollas&lt;br /&gt;
4 dientes de ajo&lt;br /&gt;
Aceite de oliva&lt;br /&gt;
1 hoja de laurel&lt;br /&gt;
150g de beicon&lt;br /&gt;
Unas rodajitas de butifarra negra o morcilla&lt;br /&gt;
1 guindilla (yo no le he puesto)&lt;br /&gt;
3 cucharadas salsa de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
400 g de setas variadas&lt;br /&gt;
1 vasito de vino blanco&lt;br /&gt;
Sal, pimienta, comino y perejil&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparación :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coceremos las judías (puestas en remojo la noche anterior) con una hoja de laurel y un chorrito de aceite.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Picamos los ajos y las cebollas y los rehogamos en una cazuela con aceite y la hoja de laurel. Cortamos el beicon a tiritas y lo añadimos junto con la morcilla. Rehogamos un poquito y echamos el tomate. Cuando el tomate esté, añadimos las setas y el vino.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sazonamos con la sal, un poquito de pimienta y el comino. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Añadimos las judías y dejamos que evapore el vino.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Espolvoremos con perejil picado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

LA PREPARACION :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cortaremos las verduras en juliana y las pochamos en una sartén con un poco de aceite y un poquito de vino blanco.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Mientas tanto en una bandeja para el horno ponemos las patatas también cortadas en rodajas finitas. Yo las he puesto que se hagan un poquito al horno con un poquito de vino.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;A continuación ponemos toda la verdura por encima de las patatas y los trozos de merluza salpimentados.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Añadimos el resto de vino, cuando ya casí esté el pescado, le echamos por encima el majado con el ajo y perejil, un chorrito de aceite y unas gotitas de vinagre.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Y esto es todo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hoy he hecho esta receta fácil y rápida de elaborar. Se trata de una de las más de 1.000 recetas de bacalao típicas de Portugal y Macao.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
LOS INGREDIENTES&amp;nbsp; (Son para 4 personas)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
. 1/2 kg. de bacalao desalado&lt;br /&gt;
. 2 patatas&lt;br /&gt;
. 2 cebollas&lt;br /&gt;
. 8 huevos&lt;br /&gt;
. 3 dientes de ajo&lt;br /&gt;
. aceitunas negras&lt;br /&gt;
. Aceite de oliva, sal y perejil&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARACION :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
El bacalao que ya habremos desalado previamente, lo desmigamos y lo reservamos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Las patatas las cortamos finitas, las freimos y las dejamos en papel absorvente para quitarles aceite.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
En la cazuela, doramos los ajos y la cebolla y cuando esté, añadimos el bacalao. Le damos unas vueltas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Después el perejil picado&amp;nbsp;y a continuación los huevos. Los rompemos y dejamos que cuajen.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Añadimos las aceitunas y ...... listo.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;PREPARACION :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
En una cazuela ( si es de tierra, mejor que mejor) ponemos el aceite y doramos las cigalas. Las apartamos y añadimos el pollo a trocitos y lo doramos por ámbos lados.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mientras tanto, en el vaso de la batidora, poner los ajos y las almendras tostadas, la chocolatina, el quesito, la galleta, el tomate, el jerez y la leche. Lo batimos bien hasta que quede una crema suave.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Añadimos las cigalas&amp;nbsp;a la cazuela y&amp;nbsp;la salsa de la batidora, un poquito de agua y sal.&lt;br /&gt;
Dejar cocer unos 10- 12 minutos a fuego suave.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Como en todo este tipo de platos, si está hecho el día anterior, mejor.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;Los ingredientes son los siguientes :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Una bandeja para pasteles con la blonda incluida&lt;br /&gt;
Dos tubos de cartón del rollo de papel de cocina (Usaremos uno y medio)&lt;br /&gt;
Pañales de la talla adecuada&lt;br /&gt;
Hilo un poco grueso para atar los pañales&lt;br /&gt;
Cinta de raso&lt;br /&gt;
Papel de celofán para envolverla y un lazo&lt;br /&gt;
Y los regalitos que querais poner ....&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Empezaremos enrrollando los pañales y atándolos para que no se deshagan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

En cada cocina se hace a gusto de los comensales, y en mi caso en concreto y a petición de mi maridín, siempre lleva costilla de cerdo (La verdad es que le da un toque especial).Pero en este caso hice un pequeño cambio que fue cambiar la costilla por dos preciosas nécoras .....&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
El resultado ? Buenísima, como no !!!! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Vamos con mis ingredientes :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Un buen caldo con pescado de roca.&lt;br /&gt;
Un puñado de gambas&lt;br /&gt;
Una sepia&lt;br /&gt;
Dos nécoras&lt;br /&gt;
Mejillones &lt;br /&gt;
Un pimiento rojo&lt;br /&gt;
Unas cucharadas de salsa de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
Arroz&lt;br /&gt;
Aceite de oliva&lt;br /&gt;
Ajo y perejil&lt;br /&gt;
Sal&lt;br /&gt;
..... y un sobre de paellero "Carmencita" Hace ya mucho tiempo que lo utlizo y me gusta el saborcito que le da. (Es una mezcla de especias con azafrán)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Yo la hago de la siguiente forma :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Empezamos echando las gambas a la paellera y las sofreimos un poquito. Las reservamos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
En ese mismo aceite vamos friendo el pimiento cortado a trocitos, añadimos la sepia también cortada pequeñita y las nécoras. Le damos unas vueltas y agregamos los ajos y el perejil trinchadito. A continuación,&lt;br /&gt;
la salsa de tomate y dejamos un poquito que se haga todo junto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ahora incorporamos el arroz y lo sofreimos unos minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tenemos ya el caldo de pescado caliente y lo echamos en la paellera (yo hago la proporción de 1 medida de arroz y dos de caldo). Salamos y lo dejamos que se vaya haciendo. Cuando ya casi está le ponemos las gambas y los mejillones. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A los 18 minutos, la apartamos del fuego y bien tapadito con papel de periódico, lo dejamos reposar un poquito.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Utilicé días atrás una base hojaldre y en las recetas que traia el envoltorio venía este Strudel de Verduras, aunque le he cambiado los ingredientes más a nuestro gusto y le he añadido algo más....&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
MIS INGREDIENTES :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Una base de hojaldre&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 pimiento rojo&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebolla&lt;br /&gt;
1 calabacín&lt;br /&gt;
1 berenjena&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr. de queso a taquitos (Yo tenia un semicurado)&lt;br /&gt;
300 gr. de setas variadas (tenía en el congelador)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Aceite, sal y un huevo para pintar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
LO HE PREPARADO DE LA SIGUIENTE FORMA .&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
He puesto al horno el pimiento, el calabacín, la cebolla y la berejena con un chorrito de aceite y sal, hasta que han estado tiernos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
En una sartén he pasado con un poco de aceite las setas y le he añadido el beicon cortado a trocitos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
He puesto en un bol las verduras, las setas con el beicon y el queso,&amp;nbsp; lo he mezcado todo y lo he ido cortando a trocitos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lo he extendio sobre la base de hojaldre, he ido enrrollándolo con cuidado y he cerrado por los lados.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En casa nos gusta mucho este guiso de ternera con patatas y guisantes y&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ya lo he hecho varias veces en la Fussion. Queda riquísimo y la carne super tierna.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
LOS INGREDIENTES :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Carne de ternera a tacos (Yo siempre lo hago con el conill)&lt;br /&gt;
Patatas&lt;br /&gt;
Guisantes&lt;br /&gt;
Cebolla&lt;br /&gt;
Salsa de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
Ajos&lt;br /&gt;
Laurel&lt;br /&gt;
Un chorrito de coñac&lt;br /&gt;
Laurel&lt;br /&gt;
Aceite y sal&lt;br /&gt;
Caldo de pollo o carne&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
LA PREPARACION :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
En la olla ponemos un buen chorro de aceite de oliva y vamos sofriendo la carne con un par de hojitas de laurel y 3 o 4 ajos (yo los pongo enteros)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Añadimos la cebolla picadita y cuando esté dorada, la salsa de tomate. Lo rociamos con un poquito de coñac y cuando se haya evaporado el alcohol, lo cubrimos con el caldo. Cerramos la olla y programamos "Menú ternera" (25 minutos)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cuando acaba, añadimos las patatas troceadas y los guisantes, y programamos "Menú patatas" (10 minutos)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
No tiene nada de especial, pero está realmente bueno.&lt;br /&gt;

Es un plato muy típico de la comarca de La Cerdanya (Catalunya) &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
LOS INGREDIENTES :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 col, más o menos 1 Kg.&lt;br /&gt;
4 ó 5 patatas medianas&lt;br /&gt;
4 dientes de ajo&lt;br /&gt;
8 trozos de cansalada fresa&lt;br /&gt;
Aceite de oliva, sal i pimienta&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARACIÓN :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Empezaremos cortando la col y la patata a trozos y lo hervimos bastante rato para que quede bien tierna.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cortamos la cansalada y la salteamos hasta que esté bien doradita, la reservamos. En la misma sartén añadimos un poco más de aceite y ponemos los ajos. Cuando hayan cogido un color doradito añadiremos&lt;br /&gt;
la col y la patata, que habremos escurrido muy bien. Con la ayuda de un tenedor, lo iremos chafando todo y mezclando bien, hasta que obtengamos una pasta, como un puré pero espeso, con "tropezones". Añadimos un&amp;nbsp;poco de&amp;nbsp; cansalada y le damos unas cuantas vueltas más. Rectificamos de sal y pimienta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Servimos y echamos por encima el resto de la cansalada.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Aunque tendré que volver a experimentar con ellas pués algo falló en el tema de doblar el volumen ....&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;Ingredientes :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
300 gr. de harina de fuerza&lt;br /&gt;
100 ml, de leche tibia&lt;br /&gt;
75 gr. de azúcar&lt;br /&gt;
40 gr. de mantequilla&lt;br /&gt;
15 gr. de levadura fresca&lt;br /&gt;
Media cucharadita de sal&lt;br /&gt;
Un huevo batido (Medio para la masa y el resto para pintarlas)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mezclar la levadura con un poco de leche y una cucharada de harina y dejar reposar hasta que le salgan unas burbujas (Ahí creo que tuve el primer fallo porque no conseguí que saliesen las burbujitas...)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
En un recipiente echamos la harina y el resto de los ingredientes, incluida la masa que hemos hecho fermentar. Amasar bien y reposar unos 5´ &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Volver a amasar y dejar reposar en un lugar cerrado sin corrientes de aire. Tal como explica Chelo lo puse dentro del horno, previamente calentado y apagado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cuando haya doblado el volumen (cosa que no me pasó....) lo partimos en porciones iguales y vamos formando unos "churritos" con los que después daremos forma a las trenzas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Las volvemos a dejar reposar otra vez dentro del horno tibio y apagado hasta que vuelvan a subir.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Precalentamos el horno a 180º. Pintamos las trenzas con el huevo batido y las espolvoreamos con azúcar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se hornean de 12 a 15 minutos y cuando estén las espolvoreamos con más azucar.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Me pasó por las manos hace pocos días esta receta, y como sabeis que me encanta el bacalao hoy la he hecho y como no podía ser de otra manera, estaba riquísima !!!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Los ingredientes :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bacalao &lt;br /&gt;
Garbanzos&lt;br /&gt;
Cebolla, ajo y perejil&lt;br /&gt;
Un poco de salsa de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
Pimentón&lt;br /&gt;
Azafrán&lt;br /&gt;
Aceite de oliva, sal y azucar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para la picada :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ajos, almendras y perejil.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;La preparación :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Los garbanzos puestos en remojo la noche anterior, con unas hojas de laurel y un chorrito de aceite,en 30' han estado en su punto en la Fussion. (Cada día estoy más contenta con ella ....)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
En una cazuela de barro he empezado haciendo el ajo y la cebolla. Cuando ha estado bien pochadita he añadido un buen puñado de perejil y a continuación la salsa de tomate. Un poquito de sal y otro de azúcar, y una cucharadita de pimentón. A continuación he añadido los garbanzos y he dejado que se mezclaran todos los sabores un poquito.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Aparte, en una sartén, he frito el bacalao solo por un lado (para que no se haga demasiado)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
He preparado la picada con las amendras, ajo, perejil, un poquito de azafrán (Para diluirla un pelín le he echado un chorrito de vermout que no estaba en la receta pero le ha ido muy bien)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
He puesto los trozos de bacalao en la cazuela y a continuación la picada. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Un poquito de "chup-chup" todo junto, y listo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

LOS INGREDIENTES :&lt;br /&gt;

Un conejo partido a trocitos pequeños.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ajos, cebolla, unas hojas de laurel, pimienta en grano, aceite de oliva, vinagre y sal.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARACION :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
En una cazuela vamos poniendo los trozos de conejo, los salamos y añadimos los ajos (yo los pongo cortados a láminas), la cebolla cortada finita, el laurel, los granos de pimienta y la misma cantidad de aceite&lt;br /&gt;
que de vinagre.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
