If you are trying to figure out why your website traffic is declining for past few months you are not alone. This is today a global trend, a chain reaction that been started by AI .

AI has successfully disrupted the process traditional businesses used to work. For past 20 years everybody on internet knew how to launch a business, today no one knows for sure.

People are no longer looking for answers, they are no longer “Googling” it, they are getting the answers right at the place. For the first time in many years, Google’s search market share below 90% and Google itself plans for a major shift in how it presents search results and Apple inventing its own search engine right in Safari would further decrease this. The Google search clicks to the first organic result has declined to 1/6th of what used to be pre-AI era.

This has majorly impacted small businesses and start-ups as they do not have the brand visibility big companies have. AI does not recommend them, so people are slowly losing faith in opening new businesses. This eventually leads to lesser sales and thus less conversion.

Zero Click searches have increased to 60% or maybe more.

So, What Does This Mean for Your Website?

Organic SEO is no longer a guarantee.
Even if you rank #1, there’s no assurance people will click. AI summaries and “zero-click searches” are swallowing traffic.

Niche authority matters more.
If your brand is not perceived as a go-to name within a specific niche, AI might never cite you, and users might never see you.

Content must evolve beyond “answers.”
Users are now seeking insights, perspectives, experiences, and community—not just information. Content that feels generic or SEO-crafted won’t survive.

You need to be where your audience actually is.
That might be YouTube, Discord, Reddit, TikTok, Substack, or even within AI tools themselves. Waiting for traffic to come to you via search is a losing game.

What Can You Do About It?

Reposition your content strategy. Focus less on keywords and more on usefulness, originality, and relatability.

Invest in your brand. When people search for your name, not your niche, you’re winning.

Build direct channels. Email newsletters, private communities, apps, and subscriptions are now more reliable than SEO traffic.

Get cited by AI. Figure out what sources your audience’s preferred AI tools rely on—and find ways to be referenced by them.

Final thoughts

The internet isn’t shrinking—but the middleman layer of websites built purely for SEO arbitrage is. AI is not just disrupting search—it’s reshaping how we find and trust information.

Traffic isn’t down because you did something wrong. It’s down because the game changed—and now it’s time to adapt, or be left behind. The pie is getting smaller.

The world has been taken up by a storm of AI tools. Don’t get me wrong, AI is magnificent at doing creative tasks but where-ever there is pin point accuracy involved it fails miserably.

As a developer I have been using a lot of AI tools like Github CoPilot , Cursor the AI Coding IDE and today after so many months of using I want to claim this “AI can’t code shit”. I have tried and trust me it is all hype. Recent trends suggest the same.

The Myth of “Vibe Coding”

A new trend called “Vibe Coding” has emerged, where developers rely on natural language prompts to generate code instead of writing it themselves. On paper, this sounds futuristic and efficient. In reality, it’s an expensive trap.

Imagine asking AI to create a racing car for you. Sure, it might assemble something resembling a car, but what happens when you need to replace a single screw? Without deep technical understanding, AI-generated code quickly turns into a maintenance nightmare.

The Harsh Truth About AI-Generated Code

Here are some of the biggest issues with AI-powered coding:

1. No One Can Maintain AI-Generated Code

AI often produces code that is difficult to decipher, let alone maintain. It lacks the structured thought process of an experienced developer, leading to convoluted logic and unnecessary complexity.

2. AI Connects Dots, But You Need an Expensive Developer to Make Sense of Them

AI-generated code is often fragmented. While AI can spit out functions and modules, integrating them into a coherent system requires a senior developer—someone either already bald from stress or willing to lose their hair in frustration.

3. Reading AI-Generated Code Is More Painful Than Writing New Code

Just like fixing a faulty appliance can sometimes cost more than buying a new one, debugging AI-generated code often takes more effort than simply writing it from scratch. The time spent deciphering machine-generated gibberish could be used to craft clean, efficient code instead.

4. AI-Generated Code Doesn’t Align with Agile Development

One of the core principles of Agile is adaptability. However, AI-generated code often needs full replacements rather than incremental changes. A simple requirement tweak can force you to scrap entire sections and start over—a nightmare scenario for any developer.

5. AI-Generated Code Looks “Finished” But Is Far From Usable

Unlike human developers who build iteratively, AI presents code as if it’s production-ready. But more often than not, it lacks robustness, scalability, and real-world practicality, forcing developers to redo large portions of it.

The Future of AI in Coding: My Predictions

While AI tools will continue to improve, I believe many people are grossly overestimating their current capabilities. Here’s why:

We haven’t reached the required computational power yet. AI is still far from being able to truly “understand” and connect the dots of complex codebases.

AI is limited by the tools made by humans. AI doesn’t innovate—it only regurgitates and recombines what already exists.

People will eventually realize AI coding is not a replacement for skilled developers. The reliance on AI-generated code will lead to costly mistakes, and businesses will shift back to prioritizing real engineering talent.

Last month BuddyPress lead developer Mathieu Viet@imath quit WordPress . He no longer uses WordPress for his personal or commercial sites. [ https://imathi.eu/ ]. imath had been working on WordPress and BuddyPress for 12 years with a commit (code push to core) almost on a daily basis.

The reason he has mentioned is the ethics around WPEngine – Automatic saga, which left him demotivated. BuddyPress is a community driven project which run solely on motivation of its contributors. The contributors are not paid for contribution so ethics issue can become a major demotivation factor. Many contributors have now started an open letter against the proceeding : https://www.therepository.email/wordpress-contributors-and-community-leaders-call-for-governance-reform-in-rare-open-letter

Here is what RAY another co-founding BuddyPress member had to say on it :

The departure of a BuddyPress lead developer from the WordPress ecosystem could have significant implications for both the BuddyPress plugin itself and the broader WordPress community.

For BuddyPress which took a major directional shift last year with BP 12.0 update, the BP removed decade old code of loading templates which caused major issues with plugins. This visionary shift was supposed to be backed-up by new plugin implementation and ideas.

While the actual impact would depend on various factors, here are some of the potential consequences:

1. Slowdown in BuddyPress Development

Feature Development and Bug Fixes: iMath was the only active developer in BuddyPress who was aware of all the bugs and fixes to the system. His leaving will cause delays or stagnation in terms of new feature development, bug fixes, and general maintenance.

Leadership Gap: imath had a vision for BuddyPress and his departure would leave the project in a void. As the lead developer typically sets the direction for a project, their departure could leave a leadership void, which might make it harder for contributors to coordinate efforts, set priorities, and guide new features or changes.

Community Trust: For users and developers who rely on BuddyPress for building online communities, this could lead to uncertainty about the future of the plugin. If the project loses momentum, it could affect the confidence in BuddyPress as a long-term solution.

2. Impact on BuddyPress Users

Uncertainty for Active Users: Many WordPress site owners, particularly those with large, active community websites, rely heavily on BuddyPress for member management, profiles, groups, and social interaction features. If the plugin’s development slows, users may be concerned about its ongoing compatibility with new versions of WordPress.

Security Risks: Without active development, the plugin might fall behind in addressing security vulnerabilities. WordPress and plugins are frequently targeted by hackers, and a delay in patching vulnerabilities could put sites at risk.

3. Shift in the WordPress Ecosystem

Impact on WordPress Community Plugins: Since BuddyPress is a widely used plugin within the WordPress ecosystem, the departure of its lead developer might lead to greater fragmentation within the WordPress community, particularly in the social networking and community-building segment. Other community-driven projects like bbPress (forum software) might also be impacted as users and developers may reconsider their choice of tools for community sites.

Rise of Alternatives: If BuddyPress stagnates, it opens the door for competitors or alternative solutions.

4. Effect on WordPress Itself

Social Features on WordPress: BuddyPress provides a critical set of features for building social networks and community-focused websites. Without continued improvements or active maintenance of BuddyPress, users who need those capabilities may turn to other platforms or self-hosted solutions. WordPress may lose some ground in the social networking space.

Impact on WordPress’s Reputation for Extensibility: WordPress is known for its wide array of plugins, including BuddyPress, which is integral to social networking features. A decline in BuddyPress development could affect WordPress’s reputation as a highly extensible platform for various use cases, especially community-focused websites.

6. Effect on the BuddyPress and WordPress Communities

Community Impact: BuddyPress is not just a plugin but also a community-driven project. Its development has long been shaped by a collaborative open-source community. The departure of a lead developer could also affect the morale of contributors and volunteers, especially if the individual had been a key figure in fostering the community around BuddyPress.

Reputation and Trust Issues: For many developers, the leadership of a project is a key factor in determining whether they will contribute to or rely on it. If the lead developer’s departure is not handled transparently, it could lead to a loss of trust in the project’s sustainability and direction.

7. Impact on WordPress Agencies and Freelancers

Disruption for Agencies: Agencies and freelancers that specialize in building BuddyPress-based communities could see a drop in demand for new projects if clients perceive BuddyPress as an unstable or outdated solution. They might be forced to shift toward other technologies or platforms, requiring new skillsets and expertise.

Reputation Concerns: Agencies that have heavily invested in BuddyPress-based solutions may need to find ways to reassure clients about the long-term stability of their projects. They may also need to find new ways to support and maintain existing BuddyPress-powered sites.

8. What Could Happen Next?

Forking or New Leadership: BuddyPress could either be forked by other developers, or a new leadership team could emerge within the community to keep the project alive. A new development roadmap could potentially be laid out by the new maintainers.

Integration with WordPress Core: There might be more pressure to integrate community-building features directly into WordPress Core, or to focus on making the WordPress platform itself better for community-driven sites.

The future is not rosy

The departure of the BuddyPress lead developer could create both challenges and opportunities for the project and the broader WordPress ecosystem. It could lead to stagnation in the development of BuddyPress, causing uncertainty for users and developers. However, it could also provide an opportunity for new leadership to emerge, potentially leading to new features, improvements, or better alternatives for community-driven WordPress sites.

In either case, it’s crucial for the WordPress community, the BuddyPress project, and its contributors to come together to navigate this transition effectively. Users and developers alike will need to stay informed about the future of BuddyPress and be prepared for potential changes.

How are other WordPress Community plugins ?

Talking about the other community plugins, BuddyBoss which is already a fork of BuddyPress was sold this year to Awesome Motive possibly due to declining business. Peepso decided to remove itself from WordPress.org as a retaliation to WordPress practices against WP Engine. UserPro the most popular community plugin is listed on sale since last year. Ultimate member is the only plugin in WordPress which seems to be doing well but often complaints about slowness.

What are we planning to do ?

We are already working on our SAAS project for over 1 year now as an alternate to BuddyPress. We expect it to be ready next year in January. This move will propel us to focus more resources towards SAAS as the future of BuddyPress and educational sites.
Although the matter is now in court with WPEngine (WPE) filing a law suit over Matt Mullenweg the founder of WordPress [link], this bizzare incident has forced many developers to reconsider their perspectives.

WPEngine was banned from WordPress.org, the 1.5million users of WPE were unable to receive any updates from WordPress.org.

The concern : If WP starts to apply a trademark fee, the cost of using and hosting WordPress is going to go up.

The argument that you’re too small for WP does not apply, the outcome of these law suits affects us all using WordPress, hosting WordPress, selling WordPress items. If WP starts to apply a trademark license the cost of hosting and using WordPress is going to go up in future.

The events that lead to this state can be seen here , more details and discussions about this you can see in this link . There are some very concerning issues that arise in the WP space. Many companies are now re-considering using WP.

First some basics to get clarity on the issue as it is really confusing:

Automattic : A for profit company that runs commercial entity WordPress.com and also employs people who work in maintaining wordpress.org

WordPress: World’s most popular open source CMS forked from an open source CMS. b2Cafe GPL v2

WordPress.org : The site for the open source project and all the free themes, plugins and the source for all the plugin updates.

WPEngine.com : A private entity, a web host specifically designed for hosting WordPress sites. Generates over $400m sales.

Matt Mullenweg : The founder of WordPress.

Matt’s Claim : WP Engine’s business is built on violating the WordPress and WooCommerce trademarks, 8% is typical for a franchise fee. They confuse customers in the marketplace who think they’re official WordPress. [source]

After this both parties have led allegations, publically defaming each other and then suing each other in court.

The discussion has revealed some STARTLING REVELATIONS which has really taken the world of WordPress by a storm.

I am sharing few :

WordPress foundation was created in 2010 owns the trademark but it gave unlimited license Automattic to use the WordPress trademark. This is a total of 3 people one is Matt himself while other 2 are unknown. [link]

WordPress.org is 100% owned by MattMullenweg [source]

WP Engine claims this as extortion from Automattic.

Automattic was an investor in WP engine in 2011 -2018 [source]

WordPress provides updates to 10′-1000’s of servers with 30000 requests a second.

Automattic demand 8% trademark fees or $32m/yr for 7 years from WPEngine

At this point I am pretty sure we all can agree that this could have been resolved in a better way but the chain of events indicate something is fishy and all is not well in WordPress.

The reply from Matt adds to a lot of confusion.

What is abuse of WordPress trademark? Who really owns it? [link]

How could a hosting company which is a totally different product abuse a trademark of a software firm ?

Can this be used against other players, like WP Rocket, WPSuper cache, WP SMTP

WPEngine has developed Local a development engine for WordPress Hosts WordPress so in a way it promotes WordPress as well, why the trademark demand ?

WP has put a fork ban on WPEngine, can an open source project put a ban on cloning the software ?

WP.org plans to ban ACF plugin by WPE, a plugin with 5m+ installs. I

An open source project is promoted by all of the users who use it commercially, non-commercially. The owner of the project should not be envious about a company which is making money and call them filthy. This goes against the very nature of an Open source platform. Matt’s claim might be true in spirit that WPEngine should contribute more especially their entire business is built on WordPress. Or there is something more that is about to unfold, we will see in coming months for sure.

WordPress is one of the most successful software built for web but the aging signs on this 20 year old war horse are showing desperation.

WordPress prides itself as the leading CMS on internet. A whopping 43% of the internet uses WordPress. It is the most popular software for web, with the largest community and on the surface everything seems to be going pretty well for WordPress. However this is far from truth.

Recently a survey was conducted by WP Tavern the WordPress blog concerning all things WordPress ( funded by automatic ). This survey revealed some insights which were a revelation for the WordPress community.

WordPress usage in top tier sites has declined

Gone are the days when top blogs like Techcrunch, SmashingMagazine used to use WordPress for their blogs. They’ve migrated to the newer JamStack, while the overall usage of WP has increased, that is mainly because it is “FREE”.

While this is just the start, the downward trend has continued for over 2 years and for the the top 10k sites it is very prominent.

The comparison with other CMS (JOOMLA, Drupal) who have almost vanished is not fair for WordPress to complete with them.

The top tier sites the ones that really do business on internet have seen a decline since 2023.

Over 75% of sites running on end of life PHP versions

Over 43% sites run on php 7.4 which was end of life in 2022. Which means people are not upgrading and are sticking with older version of PHP and WordPress.

Every 3 out of 4 WordPress sites are vulnerable and not receiving security updates.

There can be various factors for not upgrading and one of which is “Upgrades breaking the sites”. WordPress sites always run under the fear of site upgrade breaking the site and then the site owner has to pay the developers to fix and up the site which seems like an unnecessary expense on top of hosting and other expenses.

New talent does not come to WordPress anymore.

One of the most serious issues. Average WordPress developer age is around 40 years. This industry is overwhelmed with people who are experienced and some close to retirement. These people will face difficulties in upgrading themselves to newer technologies.

We can already see how this is impacting WordPress products. You will lack of adoption for newer technologies, less modern scripts and modern style of coding is missing. WordPress AI integration is mostly built around wrappers for for open AI and services, not directly implementing LLMs.

Lack of modern libraries for integration with modern standards.

Image reference

Innovative solutions on WordPress are on a decline

Solutions built on WordPress are declining. Many of the shops have closed, some have sold to bigger entities who are also struggling. This is evident from the fact the Envato the company which sold WordPress themes and plugins had to recently fire staff and was sold to a smaller company. Many top authors on Themeforest already left and some are just surviving. link , link

WordPress flagship products are declining

BuddyPress’s recent updates have not been liked by the community, ever since its version 12 launch things have declined massively.

Things have gone down towards 2016 levels despite being the leading membership and social network plugin.

WordPress launching of Gutenberg was one such step which was forced down upon the WordPress community. In a desperate attempt to moderise WordPress, it killed the very thing which made it “WordPress” . Which is any one can develop for WordPress. Now the WordPRess development requires you to learn convoluted javascript, Css, apis and WordPress styled php for the backend. This is too much learning when you compare with nextJS you just have to learn 1 language which is javascript.

Security issues, constant updates

WordPress users are simply overwhelmed by the constant security issues and updates. On one hand this seems to be good but as a site owner you’re constantly worried. The level and the range of security issues are in millions. These issues range from plugins to themes and right inside the core. The main reason is the fear of sites breaking down and an unnecessary expense coming on to the site owners. All the benefits of customisability are drawn away when you look and see that every 3 out of 4 sites do not want to upgrade.

WordPress is too expensive

WordPress might seem like a “Free” software but it is far from truth. WordPress is really expensive. Right from the hosting to WordPress plugins. If just take a look at recurring fees of WooCommerce plugins : example Subscriptions , this plugin alone costs you $24/month which is really absurd given the fact that you can get a Shopify site for $29/month with hosting, SEO, backups etc.
To aggravate , Post Covid , the lean startups were sold to bigger corporate entities who have raised the rates of these subscriptions even higher.

Newer emerging technologies : NextJs

When you compare this with NextJS, in a very short span of time it has captured a huge market in a very short span of time.

—

NextJS in top 10k sites : 1791

WordPress in top 10k sites : 2484

Total Nextjs Sites : 1.4 m

Total WP sites : 33.5 m

—

WordPress has been a great CMS but with modern technologies which was optimised and faster, it seems the road for WP is not going to be easier. AS for us, we’re re-developing all our solutions from WordPress to NextJS + Supabase. VibeThemes will be relaunched in a. new avatar.

A few of our users are facing incompatible archive issue while uploading out plugins and themes.

The issue appears becuase most of our coding happens in Apple Macs and they create a hidden file in every folder called _macosx , now this file needs to be removed.

To remove this file you can use Terminal and simply use this command.

zip -d ZIPFILEPATH.zip “__MACOSX*”

this would automatically remove all the _MACOSX folders from the zip without unzipping it

The resulting zip file can now be uploaded easily without any issues.

In the ever-evolving landscape of web development, creating efficient and user-friendly forms is crucial. One key technique that has gained popularity among developers is multipart upload in forms.

We use this multi-part file uploads in our VibeBP & other addon, surprisingly even WordPress’s famous media file uploader does not have an inbuilt multi-part file upload. The most famous protocol on multi-part file uploads is the Tus which is used by Vimeo, Youtube, media share etc. where large files are involved. Explaining how that protocol works is perhaps for a different article.

This method allows users to upload multiple files simultaneously and offers numerous advantages, making it a valuable addition to any web application. In this article, we will delve into the advantages of multipart upload in forms and explore real-world examples to illustrate its benefits.

1. Enhanced User Experience

Improved User Feedback

Multipart upload in forms enhances the overall user experience by providing immediate feedback and progress updates during file uploads. Users appreciate transparency, and this feature keeps them informed about the status of their uploads. For instance, consider a job application website that allows applicants to submit their resumes and cover letters. With multipart upload, applicants can see a progress bar indicating the status of their file uploads. This real-time feedback reassures users that their documents are being processed, reducing frustration and uncertainty.

Resumable Uploads

Another significant advantage is the ability to resume interrupted uploads. In the past, a poor internet connection or accidental browser closure during file upload could lead to lost data and user frustration. Multipart upload allows users to resume the upload process from where it left off, ensuring that their efforts are not wasted. For instance, imagine a cloud storage platform like Google Drive. If a user is uploading a large video file and the upload is interrupted, they can simply restart the upload process without having to re-upload the entire file. This not only saves time but also enhances the reliability of your application.

2. Efficient Handling of Large Files

Reduced Server Load

Multipart upload is particularly advantageous when dealing with large files. Uploading a massive file in a single request can strain server resources and slow down the application. However, by breaking the file into smaller chunks and uploading them individually, the server load is distributed evenly. For instance, a video-sharing platform like YouTube allows users to upload large video files. With multipart upload, YouTube can efficiently process these uploads without overloading their servers, ensuring a smooth user experience for both uploaders and viewers.

Error Handling and Recovery

Large file uploads are more prone to errors, such as timeouts or network issues. Multipart upload handles errors gracefully by allowing the application to retry uploading individual chunks that failed, rather than starting the entire upload from scratch. For example, an e-commerce website that enables customers to upload high-resolution images for product customization can benefit from multipart upload. If an image upload encounters an error due to a network glitch, the website can automatically retry uploading the failed chunk, ensuring that the image is eventually uploaded correctly. This robust error handling ensures that users’ valuable data is not lost due to intermittent issues.

In conclusion, multipart upload in forms offers significant advantages in terms of user experience and efficient handling of large files. By providing real-time feedback and enabling resumable uploads, it enhances the overall usability of web applications. Additionally, its ability to reduce server load and handle errors efficiently makes it indispensable when dealing with large files. Incorporating multipart upload into your forms can greatly improve your users’ interaction with your web application and lead to higher user satisfaction.

This might come as a shocker but a major use case for AI has been picked up by spammers. Gone are the days to use captcha for combating spam, even the toughest captcha’s like Google reCaptcha are by passed by AI powered Bots.

This would soon become a nightmare for people who manage sites and comments. As AI bots can post intelligent comments reading from the article it becomes exceptionally difficult to counter such spam. As AI becomes more accessible it is going to unleash havoc on sites as combating spam becomes difficult.

ChatGPT even passed the Turing test which means it can fake human beings and it becomes incredibly difficult to counter such spam bots. While we can detect if the spam comment is to place a link in the article, a non-spammy comment makes it even diffcult and can degrade overall quality of the article.

Some of the companies are even offering captccha solving via mere API calls. https://nocaptchaai.com/ while it offers great automation it is also a threat in the hands of a wrong player.

We’re still searching for a possible solution to this issue and will follow up with another article after finding possible solutions to above problem.

Last week a Zero day vulnerability was reported for one of the most popular WordPress community plugin “Ultimate member“. The vulnerability was rated 9.8/10 as a privilege escalation which means any logged-in member can exploit it to become site administrator.

A zero-day vulnerability refers to a software security flaw or weakness that is unknown to the software vendor or developer. It is called “zero-day” because the vulnerability is exploited or attacked on the same day it becomes known to the public, giving no time for the software vendor to release a patch or fix.

While the patch is already live as we speak in their latest version released last week, it brings us to a very important discussion.

Why WordPress sites get hacked and what can you do about it ?

WordPress was originally developed as a Blogging platform which meant that only handful of users will log into the WordPress’s admin panel to control and manage the system. As WordPress crossed the boundaries of a Blogging platform and entered into the CMS territory, a lot of plugin developers started developing plugins considering WordPress as a CMS.

While there is no excuse for vulnerabilities reported for SQL Injection or improper sanitisation which can be attributed to developer. Vulnerabilities such as a Privilege escalation and an XSS are a whole different ball game altogether. A plugin A can cause a vulnerability in Plugin B. We’ve seen similar vulnerabilities in so many plugins from WooCommerce to Google Site kit etc.

A huge majority of WordPress users are frustrated by the constant updates and it is understandable, as updates more often than not, break sites. While a plugin developer has to focus only on his plugin’s code, vs a WordPress site developer has to deal with 100’s of plugins used in their sites.

This has unfortunately led to many users/developers opting out of WordPress and movig towards less customisation options like Webflow, SquareSpace etc.

Possible solution : HeadLess WordPress

The solution that we propose is to convert to a HeadLess WordPress architecture. A headless WordPress architecture can help enhance the security of your WordPress site in several ways:

Reduced attack surface

With a headless architecture, the front-end and back-end of your website are decoupled. This means that the front-end, which is responsible for rendering and displaying the website content, is separate from the back-end, which handles the core WordPress functionality. By isolating the back-end, you limit the potential attack surface, as the public-facing front-end does not have direct access to sensitive WordPress files or database.

Custom security implementations

In a headless setup, you have more control over implementing custom security measures. You can design and implement security protocols that are tailored to your specific needs and requirements. This flexibility allows you to choose security plugins, frameworks, or security measures that best align with your website’s unique security considerations.

Better control over API security

In a headless architecture, the front-end communicates with the back-end via APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). By leveraging secure APIs, you can establish stricter access controls, implement authentication mechanisms, and enforce secure communication protocols. This helps protect your data and restrict unauthorized access to your WordPress site.

Reduced plugin vulnerabilities

Plugins are a common source of vulnerabilities in WordPress. In a headless setup, you have more freedom to reduce reliance on third-party plugins on the front-end. By reducing the number of plugins used on the front-end and relying more on custom development or lightweight frameworks, you can minimize the potential attack vectors and decrease the likelihood of plugin-related vulnerabilities.

Flexibility in technology stack

In a headless WordPress architecture, you have the freedom to choose different technologies for the front-end. This allows you to select frameworks or languages that are known for their security features and have a strong track record of addressing vulnerabilities. You can leverage robust security features of modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js to enhance the overall security of your website.

WordPress already has a robust API system which is very suitable for generating HeadLess apps. Once such App is the VibeBP which is a Social community HeadLess app for WordPress.
