SilverLight 4 Virtual Office Phase 1

We have visualizing something that is a combination of how a web-based security system with multiple simultaneous cameras works.

We have developed Silverlight client - Phase 1 where in addition to name, a thumbnail sized live video image is presented, whether or not one is having an audio based conversation with that client or not. The video transmits continuously when a person is sitting in front of their computer.

A command line tool that does

Receive an ip address as parameter and a community string (public).
Return a collection of toner information (if the device is a printer)
Also returns the printer status (paper jam, out of paper, ...)

Class toner information contains:
Toner name,
Color,
Total toner capacity,
Toner status,
Toner used.

For the colors we have used a new set of constants to uniquely define the colors.

Example:
Black = 1
Green = 2
...

Works on the major printer brands (with the possibility to extend the function later for other vendors).

The reports will provide complete information regarding closing ratio, demo ratio and appointment ratio. Text Messaging

Text messaging is one of the main features of the e-UP along with email. . Text messaging and email alerts the manager on duty to the different stages of the sale. As soon as a salesperson is with a customer, a text message and email will be sent to the manager on duty that the said salesperson is with the customer. This will give the sales manger an opportunity to introduce himself/herself at the earliest stage of the sale. This will improve the closing ratio and accountability for salespeople. The texts and emails are sent to the manager as soon as the Salesperson selects an appointment.

Performance Results

By getting and analyzing performance results you are enabled to hire the right salespeople, motivate the salespeople and analyze their training needs. The performance results are the aggregate performance of the sales person. They show the salesperson’s progress and lack or surplus of effort.

Fetches trusted sites from DB which were inserted through Admin Interface and blocks site if the currently visiting site is not in the trusted list. List can be managed with Domain trust or specific site trust Phase.
Shows a notification yellow bar if site is not in trusted list else displays the page.

Bar Code Reader (SQL Server 2005)

As its name suggests this tool is built to read barcodes from PDF Files along with multilayer architecture integrated with SQL Server 2005 .

First it splits PDF in to number of images and then read barcodes from each unique image. After preprocessing of barcodes it looks in to DB weather patient record against this bar code is existing and updates the existing record elase it insert a new Document and insertys record against the Patient.

Silverlight's Enhanced Chart

Silverlight enhanced chart is built in MS Expression Blend 3 + Sketch Flow with VS 2008, SQL SERVER 2005.

The application first loads all categories from DB and on selecting a category it then fetches values from DB and shows in chart with animations.

We can also zoom in / out in chart with a small chart beneath the Main chart .
We can select / deselect multiple categories so chart does support matching categories values.
We can add more categories and also able to remove categories
Screens are well designed with loading panel to disable controls while loading DATA.

IE URL KEYLOGGER

This keylogger is the history logger for IE Browser developed in c# using .NET 3.5. It works in background and also can be configured to run in tray bar as a tray icon. It fetches each request made by user to server using IE Browser. Once installed it will execute automatically in tray mode next time you logged in to windows

This is extensible project and allowing me to extend it or FireFox and Safari as well. That will be launched soon so keep in touch...

Virtual Earth GIS

In this project we have used Microsoft Virtual Earth, the new SQL Server 2008 with spatial data types and spatial queries, ASP.NET AJAX and WCF Services.

We have build a database of Map locations records for specific locations and then used ASP.NET AJAX and the Virtual Earth services to exploit these location records found in the database.
