type="html">Queridos lectores, una gran amiga me ha mandado via mail, un video muy interesante sobre la GRIPE A. No quiero añadir nada, ni comentar nada porque el video por sí sólo es más que suficiente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se trata de una serie de 5 videos con una duracción de 11 minutos aproximadamente cada uno. La autora del video es una monja llamada Teresa Forcades, del Monasterio de San Benet (Barcelona), que además es médico especialista por el State University of New York en medicina interna y con un doctorado en salud por la Universidad de Barcelona.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recomiendo en gran manera escuchar cada uno de estos videos que nos amplía el panorama sobre la verdadera gripe A y su 0);"&gt;ENSALADA TEMPLADA CON SALSA DE HUEVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;INGREDIENTES:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 patatas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;12 ramilletes de coliflor&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;8 ramilletes de brécol&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 alcachofas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cebolla&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 huevos&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 limón&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 pepinillo en vinagre&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 cucharadas de vinagre de manzana&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 vaso de aceite de oliva virgen extra&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sal&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;pimienta&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;ELABORACIÓN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.- Limpia las alcachofas, eliminando las hojas externas más duras. Pártelas por la mitad y quitales la pelusilla interior y sumérgelas en agua con el zumo de medio limón.&lt;br /&gt;2.- Escurrelas y cuecelas en un poco de agua hirviendo salada con dos cucharadas de zumo de limón. Reserva&lt;br /&gt;3.- Cocer los huevos unos 7 u 8 minutos. Reserva.&lt;br /&gt;4.- Cuece las patatas con su piel. Cuando estén templadas, pélalas y córtalas en dados.&lt;br /&gt;5.- Escalda la coliflor, el brécol y la cebolla pelada en agua hirviendo.Cortar la cebolla en gajos.&lt;br /&gt;6.- Pelar los huevos y partirlos a la mitad. Aplastar las yemas de los huevos con el pepinillo, el vinagre y el aceite hasta obtener una salsa homogénea.
