Out of all of my smoothie recipes, the peanut butter one is my favorite. If you're allergic to peanuts, you can substitute it with almond butter or any other type of nut or seed butter.



I haven't yet experimented with almond butter since it's expensive for a little jar. I've only used it in my homemade whole wheat bread in my mother's bread machine.

1/2 cup Black beans

2 weeks ago I made homemade pizza from scratch. Homemade crust, double sauce, pepperoni, onions, ground venison and ground chuck marinated in blackberry brandy and my spice mix. It was by far the best homemade pizza I've ever had. 

Crust ingredients:
4 cups Self-rising flour 
1 tsp Bread machine yeast 
1 1/3 cup hot water 
1/4 cup sugar
Olive oil

Bacon, chopped 
Onion, diced 
Salt
Garlic 
Italian spices 
Blackberry Brandy

2. About a handful will make a patty. 
3. Cook on medium heat until meat is golden brown.

Lately my husband and I have been experimenting marinating venison with various types of liquor. Tonight we tried Blackberry Brandy and made a venison stir fry. 

Marinade:
Green tea bag
Blackberry Brandy
Salt

Ramen beef packet or beef&amp;nbsp; bouillon

Brown sugar 
Roasted garlic and red bell pepper 
Ground ginger 
Molasses

The first time I made this recipe outdoors was at Pagan Pride when we went camping for the event in September.

I blanched the potatoes, and the carrots then vacuum sealed them with raw onions in 2 quart size bags and freeze them for our upcoming camping trip. I'll be damned if I let my campmates starve and I got a chance to use my dutch oven over a campfire.

1 gal. Sweet Apple Cider
1/3 cups Brown Sugar

1 ts. whole Cloves
1 Apple, sliced
1 Orange, sliced

I used powdered English Lavender flowers, mint extract, lemon juice, 1 stick of butter and milk instead of what the original recipe calls for. Chocolate goes well with lavender and add more liquid to prevent the dough being too dry. Eating lavender will make you sleepy, so its best to eat these in the&amp;nbsp;evening.
