If you thought Felony was as bad as so-bad-it's-good could get, well then you're going to see just how bad it can really get when you get good with this terribly great so-bad-it's-good masterpiece. The Capitol Conspiracy (as it is known for home release) Aka PROPHET (the true title) is a 1999 action film starring Don "The Dragon" Wilson and Alexander Keith. Bad acting, cheap sets, terrible dialogue and a poorly written script that rips off X-Men is just the start. Sit back, relax and enjoy a truly fun garbage movie.

Well dear viewers, it's finally happened. Frank has managed to find a good movie out there amongst the endless dreck that is the VHS era of video and watched the 1984 US release of the 1974 film, Street Law starring Franco Nero and Barbara Bach. Car chases, gun fights, vigilante action, this movie has everything you could want and more. Sure you have seen a lot of movies like it, and you enjoyed them all, so why not watch one more. Hell, people eat McDonald's every day don't they?

Anyway, he sits down to watch Strip for Action (1999) starring Maria Ford and Emile B. Levisetti, The Life Before This (1999) starring Catherine O'Hara, Joe Pantoliano and Stephen Rea, and lastly Nowhere Land (1999) starring Dina Meyer, Peter Dobson, Jon Polito and Francesco Quinn. These movies really embody what it means to be a bad movie, but not necessarily so-bad-they're-good movies which was a shame, despite a few glimmers of hope here and there. So sit back, relax and let Frank watch the bad movies for you, or watch along - he fucking dares you.

The guys attempt to make sense of what might be truly be one of the worst movies ever made - terrible acting, nauseating camera work, dirt cheap effects and completely lacking plot - none of which can even be enjoyed in even an ironic sense. If you are truly a glutton for film punishment, then I think we've found the movie for you!

Anyway, he watches the 1994 direct-to-VHS-classic, Felony - a film by David A. Prior (who we know from such films as Deadly Prey, Deadliest Prey and Future Zone). What Frank thought was going to be a buddy cop film, ends up being one of the most hilariously shitty action capers of recent memory. Starring Jeffrey Combs, Ashley Laurence, Leo Rossi, Charles Napier, David Warner, Joe Don Baker, Lance Henriksen, and Red West.

No dogs were harmed in the making of this video, but Frank might have been.

In The Ice Prates (1984), a number of cyber-punk space pirates hunt water controlled by the evil space templars, in something that can only be described as an early Spaceballs. Starring Robert Urich, Mary Crosby, Michael D. Roberts, Anjelica Huston, Ron Perlman and Bruce Vilanch.

The River Pirates (1988) aka Good Old Boy: A Delta Boyhood is a coming of age story about a kid and his friends in the 1940s south during WWII. Playing games, causing trouble, war deaths, racism, and messing with you grand-aunt, what doesn't this movie have? Turns out it doesn't have much of a point. Starring Richard Farnsworth, Ryan Francis, Gennie James, Devin Ratray, Dule Hill, Maureen O'Sullivan and in one of her final roles Anne Ramsey.

Shaking things up a bit, Frank sits down for his second Triple Header episode, this time watching three films featuring female lead actors in each.

The first, On The Block (1990), chronicles the journey of a young woman sturggling to rebuild her life after beating a heroin addiction. As she navigates Baltimore's seedy red-light district of the 80s, she finds many friends and enemies she didn't expect. Starring Marilyn Jones, Jerry Whiddon, Michael Gabel, Erika Borgen, Howard E. Rollins Jr, and Susan Allenback.

Followed by Stunt Woman AKA L'Animal (1977), a charming, if not dated romantic comedy very much born of it's French identity. A stunt man and stunt woman in a relationship hit a rough patch and hilarious hijinx ensue. Starring Raquel Welch, Jean-Paul Belmondo, Dany Saval, Jane Birkin, Johnny Hallyday and Raymond Gerome.

Lastly Touch and Go (1980) a comedy heist film with an ensemble cast of Australian superstar models from the 1970s. This one beat out Ocean's 8 by a few decades! Starring Wendy Hughes, Chantal Contouri, Carmen Duncan, Jeanie Drynan, Liddy Clark, Christine Amor, Jon English, John Bluthal and Brian Blane.

While the night doesn't turn out exactly as he might expect - he finds a few hidden gems in his collection that, for a change, end up being pleasant surprises. Good films. Imagine that.
