	DNF Training Speedo Fins The start with getting the technique right for doing DNF and CNF. 1st part is no concentration, bad technique. 2nd part is concentrated better technique. 3rd part is no concentration with speedo breast stroke fins. 4th part is concentrated with speedo fins. 5th should be the overall technique being better...but I still lack at it with the scissor like movement. 	Freediving in Nemo 33 In the summer 2005 Freediving Team Sharkbait went to the diving tower Nemo (Nemo33) in Brussel Belgium. A nice indoor pool to a depth of 35 meters.
