Kanye is basically saying how he's being kept down artistically by corporations or (illuminati) just so they can push a certain image, make money, and control us. ALSO he is the only one doing himself and raising the bar. Artists used to make music because it expressed themselves, and now they're told what not to do, until they cant even make what they truly want, and then theyre just faces to a product. Coming from the perspective of an artist, your attitude is that of someone who is empowered by their creative ability. That creative ability is actually something that everyone has access to, depending on their mental outlook. A lot of art education is informing people that they are capable of creating something. So to say something like "I am a God" is not so absurd, it is the opposite of the oppression of religion/power/control structure of the last XXX amount of years.
