Purine and Uric Acid in blood link

Purine is broken down by body to form Uric Acid. Purine may look useless when Uric Acid is high in serum and you are advised to consume low Purine food.

What purine means?

(PYOOR-een) One of two chemical compounds that cells use to make the building blocks of DNA and RNA. Examples of purines are adenine and guanine. Purines are also found in meat and meat products. They are broken down by the body to form uric acid, which is passed in the urine.

High Purine foods (means which increases Uric Acid in blood):

Meat products
Pulses but Moong daal is fine.
Peas
Soya

Actually avoid all meat products till Uric Acid come under control. Other things can be taken in moderation which still have high Purine like Peas.

Is Ghee good in high Uric Acid?

Confusing view on internet but I took it as Ok.

Is pickle good to have in High Uric Acid?

Pickle is good. it does not raise Uric Acid level and help in digestion.

Most of the answers are very unclear about foods with Purine content. If you ask, can i eat Paneer in High Uric acid case or IS Paneer high Purine food then answers are like:

Do not eat Meat, ... do not eat high fat products etc.. then at last eat low fat diary products. What does this mean? Now, the question is if Paneer is high or low fat? In my search, it is neither high or low fat.

Betnovate N and Betnovate C cream: use and side effects

Both Betnovate creams are used to treat the inflammation which can be psoriasis. N is for Neomycin which is an antibiotic. C stand for Clotrimazole which is an Antifungal. So, this way multiple types of skin problems are cured with Betnovate.

Betamethasone (a type of Steroid) is common on both and this is a strong Steroid. Dermatologists do not suggest it for more than 2 weeks as this has serious side effects. Also, this cream must not be applied on soft skin like face. There she has said that when people stop using Betamethasone then problems occur. She has suggested using Cutisoft (salt: Hydrocortisone) which is mild.

Dr Surbhi has also suggested using Cutisoft when you want to stop using Betnovate cream. Like alcohol, Betamethasone is addictive and stopping it can cause problems in your skin. So, try with a milder steroid.

"Guy" is The Hero in The Movie "Free Guy" is as if he is in the ISIS or Taliban state and people around him are treating him as allowed by the ISIS head or Taliban head but he opposes the world. People tell him fake and corrupt. If he believes in their surrounding then he is like a video game character who is unreal.

If you are in India and could see everything BJP and RSS (+SIS India) have created and doing here in India then you are the "Guy" here.

BJP and RSS can infect you with infections and inject you with poisons. Poison can a slow poison or of any kind but police would not help. It will act as if nothing is happening and you are mad. If you resist then they will scold you, mistreat you. Later it can threaten you as well. But, Police would not act against BJP and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. This is the situation especially in Bihar. Managing various accidents are common things.

भाजपा के गुंडों के दर्शन आसानी से नहीं होते, क्योंकि वो बोल के काम नहीं करते. ये एक वीडियो मिला जिसमे उस गुंडों का व्यबहार वैसा है जैसा मैंने महसूस किया है.

बीजेपी के बारे में तो कई साल से लिख रहा हूँ. कभी सपोर्ट में लिखता था. सीधे तौर पे राजनितिक पोस्ट नहीं करता था फिर भी मिल जटगा. एक पोस्ट जब मैंने BJP को चंदा दिया और सदस्यता ग्रहण की 2014 के पहले वो भी मिलना चाहिए. क्या जाने कब क्या गायब हो जाये बीजेपी आईटी सेल कुछ भी कर लेता है. बाद में जब पता चला की मैं राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के चंगुल में बचपन से रहा हूँ, जो बहुत पीछे से वार कर रहे थे और अब कुछ खुल के (फिर भी एक दिवार पीछे से) वार कर रहे है तो मैं स्पष्ट लिखने लगा. उसमे समय लगा फिर धीरे धीरे साफ़ होता गया की RSS और बीजेपी क्या है, कैसे करती है.

ये वीडियो और उनके लोगो से मेरा कोई लेना देना नहीं। लेकिन जितना मैं जनता हूँ, ये बीजेपी वाले लोग या उसके ट्रेनिंग वाले लोग जैसे ही है. भाजपा वाले लोग जलील करके बोलते है. बताते है की देखो तुम्हारा कोई इज़्ज़त नहीं. फिर भी न मने और उसके इसारे पे काम नहीं किया या वव्यबहार नहीं किया तो वैसा करते है. और बोल देते है अब कोई इज़्ज़त नहीं है तुम्हारी. फिर लोग मान लेते है. मानने का कारन कई हो सकता है. मसलन - अब कोई मुझे बचा नहीं सकता, कैसे बच्चू ? कौन है ये लोग !!(वो बोल के थोड़े ही आते है की हम आरएसएस के मनुवादी द्वारा संचालित है. वो तो किसी बहाने से हमला करते है. ) या सच में बेचारा हिन् भावना से ग्रसित हो मान लेता है की उसका कोई बजूद नहीं। सिस्टम और पुलिस इस काम में बड़द करता है. भारतीय पुलिस क तो जानते ही जो.

देखो कैसे कुछ गुंडे एक औरत का चूची दबा रहे हैं अंत में बता दिया की लो तुम्हारा इज़्ज़त उतर गया. मतलब की आगे से अब पाने स्वाभिमान या अन्य का बहाना मत बनाना. कोई कंपास न रहे.

इसमें गाड़ी चलने वाला आदमी भी कुछ अलग ही लग रहा है. जैसे जान के लाया हो.

Shares Buyback - Does it work for investors?

"the data indicates that of around 70 buybacks in FY19, 75 per cent have under-performed Nifty 50 and 60 per cent have under performed Nifty 500."

Further, 45 per cent have given negative returns. A good example is McLeod Russel which, in FY19, announced a buyback of 4.35 per cent of its shares is down by 90%.

It is fashionable for few companies to announce a buyback when prices go low to boost the share price. But, few does not mean to fulfil that.
PC Jewellers has announced a buyback but could not fulfil when Banks has not given NOC.

So, do not rush to buy stocks when you see share buyback news. It may work for intraday traders and BTST traders but not for everyone. As a retail investor, look at fundamental of stocks more than anything else. Buybacks, promoters buy etc are just add little weightage to many many criteria you should look before you initiate a buy call.

In bull market, buybacks and small buy of shares by promoters happen just to boost stocks price by Chor promoters.

Hero MotoCorp is looking at right price with right time to take an entry

Already stock market is trading at high valuations but economic growth is not matching. We need to keep ourselves ready for correction. Small Cap investors need to be more cautious. Small Cap investors have earned very high income in past one and half year. Now, time is to either preserve the gain or shift toward more secure counters.

Time is very ripe to take an entry into Hero MotoCorp at this price. TVS Motor could also be good to take entry but Hero Moto is looking better. TVS Motor has very high Debt.

Current Market price is Rs 2817. In Oct 2020, HERO MOTO has a tie-up with Harley Davidson which will help the company in premium segment later.

The company is trading at PE 18.1 against its long-term average of 19.6.

Job loss of common people could hurt this company as this is more into entry-level segment. But, auto segment was already into recession here in India for many reasons. Regulatory reason was also there (BS VI).

I think in case of strong market correction, being here is safer than at any other place. Earning potential is also there.

UK Sports, responsible for funding British Athletes, covered almost half (80 million pounds) of the money from the lottery.

The UK is not the only one funding Olympics budgets from Lottery Tickets. Ireland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Denmark are in the same league where Govt has allowed Lottery Operators to bring lottery tickets to benefits local sports organizations. So, even lottery tickets can be used to benefit nation.

Why our govt do not fund sports this way?

I was looking for updating my mobile. I see from long, I have not get any updates. This is Android 9 and I see even security update last come in Aug 2020. Very unfair. It happens with most mobile phone after 2 years. Mine is Xiaomi Mi A1.

LineageOS looks promising. It even has officially custom ROM for Mi A1. But, can I run every apps I have from Google Play Store?

What advantage I will get from Custom ROM say Lineage OS? I expect some difficulty compared to well tested Android from Xiaomi.

Biggest benefit I see is that it Lineage OS will provide latest Android. While my mobile is at Android 9 and cannot get updated from here Lineage OS can provide me Android 11. But the sad part is Mi A1 supported ROM is Lineage OS 17.1 which is Android 10 which is better than Android 9 on my phone. So, I can move one 1 step but not ahead from there! For Mi A2, Android 11 version is there.

Food Poisoning from an Unexpected Place!

If you are facing Food Poisoning from an Unexpected place And if you suspect you have enemy but not ordered then think in detail. How can they trouble you from so many different methods! It is because you are either known to any political party leader or someone has hired a politician for you. Not ordered means you are facing hardship from many quarters. It is easy to assume abuser, rowdy, sadak chaap, etc but not when you are seeing every kinds of people troubling you.

A story about Food Poisoning

Food Poisoning can occur not only when food is stale. It can occur when something having similar effect is mixed. It can even occur when either a chemical is added in small portion or infection is dropped to that.

Food poisoning this way can give your some bloating or heaviness on first day but more serious problem on next day to third day. 2nd or 3rd day, you may feel very strong Acid Reflux and acidity. You may not feel the strength initially but later when you cannot walk or you feel you may fall of dizziness then you may realize. You tried vomiting but it is not coming. May be just few drops. You do not what to do. You need to see doctor.

This way you cannot easily complain to food boy or any restaurant easily. This way your enemy is safe and assurance to restaurant by your enemy has worked.

To me it is all India service provider BJP and RSS. For your case, you need to recognize yourself. I have posted many posts here about their identity with many proofs. Rest you need to understand yourself.

This may be a way to weaken Pancreas among other problems. Regular monitoring of Hydrofluoric Acid has already weaken my Pancreas and I am a diabetic now. Last time when I have noticed this "food poisoning" thing is when I went to see tooth doctor. I felt only HF Acid is given but when same problem occured this time but HF Acid effect was not very clear then I got they have changed a strategy. They thought to use HF Acid less I have got strong feeling of HF Acid effects.

My Pancreas is very hard. I can feel a flat hard plate below my chest junction.

These Aryans who has defeated locals do not want to include within themselves but kept them for their work. These locals were put into Shudras. Sudra are of two types - Original Locals, and those Aryans who married with locals.

Other invaders who invaded India after Aryans were given Kshatriyas status but warriors among locals were not given the same status.

IOL Pharma & Chemicals CEO on CNBC TV projected good demand ahead of Ibuprofen. Now, PLI scheme is also attractive to the company. It may take part.

IOLCP CEO has said that

- It generally takes 2 quarters to benefits from a price hike.
- COVID has a negative impact on Ibuprofen due to report from the EU but now everything is clear. No bad impact of Ibuprofen to covid patients.
- I see demand to pickup.

IOL Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals as stock was in downtrend from long time. Now, it looks like it has got it bottom in recent past. Current Market Price is Rs 684.

Trading Price is very safe in pharma companies. Most industries have gained good enough now. Pharmaceutical companies run previous year, after that cyclicals followed.

India can't grow very fast. Price to Earning multiple is already very high for most stocks in the market. Pharma is an Export theme. So, I think it will be safe to load pharma stocks at multiple months average prices.

What about these two?

and Granules India CMP ₹369.

Sugar companies dynamics has changed parmanently

Output increase due to new variety and option to use sugarcane for sugar or fuel has changed the dynamics.

Due to above reasons, we can expect re-rating of Sugar stocks. It will start commanding more Price to Earning than earlier.

Three stocks I have discussed as my favorite. Two big companies are Dhampur Sugar and Balrampur Chini. One mini one was KM Sugar. Now, after 3x return from KM Sugar, I do not suggest this.

KM Sugar CMP is Rs 31.

Ajanta Soya and Agarwal industries

I have mentioned two microcap stocks - Ajanta Soya and Agarwal industries months back. Both are doing very good after some gap.

Ajanta Soya is now at ₹121 from ₹72. You should wait for the rally to stop then see how it behaves. Good stock to load, I think.

Ajanta Soya is into edible oil milling and Branding. It has market in Rajasthan.

Agarwal has also gained recently. This company is in logistics and fuel oil. Please check the tweet series for more details. Agarwal industries is at Rs 206 from Rs 168.

Real estate time is back after 10 years. People are hopeful of turnaround. Reality stocks are beaten down very much. Most of the reality stocks has not gained from 10 years. Now is the time to load few and gain handsome.

I have tweeted about Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd at Rs 123 on Dec 7, 2020 at 11 AM during market hours. Now, it is trading at Rs 140.

13% gain in 5 days.

Ajmera reality is at Rs 123.
Worth to keep Reality stocks in mind.

It won't be easy to look for good stocks in Realty space as most of them are stressed with loans. You need to look for good companies and good stocks too to made profit as stock market investors.
