I know it is odd to make a habit of this.

Especially in terms of spinning around in office.

The Morning Burst:

For fat loss to occur throughout the day, you should trigger the process the moment you wake up.

That doesn’t mean a painful 2 hour workout,

in fact it just needs 10 minutes of wakeup routine

This here is a single exercise. Its called ‘burpee’

You need to do the above exercise REALLY fast (or as fast as you can) for as many repetitions as you possibly can.

This here is the yoga suryanamaskar

Do this exercise after doing the burpee.

Do this exercise also at maximum possible speed, put your entire body into it and go for maximum possible repetitions.

Both of the above exercises should take not more than 10 minutes to perform.

You can take a protein shake after doing the morning routine (optional)

High Protein Low Carb eating:

How does this help?Muscle burns fat!

If you do the morning routine religiously, the protein will make the muscle.

And space your meals between 150-180 minutes, keep a timer! And no,

YOU WILL NOT GET BULKY IF YOU ARE OVERWEIGHT BY BUILDING MUSCLES.

In fact, the process of building muscle burns more fat than cardio
So instead of losing a few pounds and looking all saggy, you will directly get a lean body!

Good Sources of Protein: Turkey, Fish, Seafood, Beef, Eggs, Tofu, Curd.Include a banana in your breakfast!

Stimulants:

These Don’t burn much fat single handedly but if you are working out, they can help.

Try this out:Drink Green Tea immediately after waking up and before evening

If you drink coffee, make it black

Complete Junk Cut Down Commitment:

Make a promise to yourself as a man that you will never ever for 1 year lay your hands on junkfood.

No more burgers, fries, pizza for an entire year!Is that too harsh?Well, once you break your routine or diet, its easy to break it again!

Trust me, you will go like ‘Oh, I already broke the diet… once… so…’No, No more: Cookies, sugar, pepsi, white rice, white bread, etc. NO MORE!

Visualization:

Keep a picture of a person (celebrity maybe?) who has the kind of body you want with you ALWAYS!

Not even for a moment, take that picture away!

Always visualize that image and start spinning your hips.

Feel your fat loss happening, you can burn fat completely off your body if you give your 100%

Keep in mind that weight loss doesn’t occur suddenly, the maximum you can lose is 1.5 KGs a week (3.2 pounds a week)However, what that means is that you will lose 40 pounds in 4 months.

how does that sound? be completely dedicated and: Lose 40 pounds in 4 months

Pre Binot Ryu Era.

Bangalore: 2007

August 10th

I just had it, I received my 100th wedgie today, they hosted a celebration in school for it too.
After getting my ribs smashed again in kabbadi practice, I wanted to know why I am not strong at all.
I mean I had done all those courses! I am a certified instructor! I got 65% on my online test as I earned my ninjutsu black belt, I paid 600$ for it too.
I wanted to be strong now, as I watched the cartoon, I figured why.
‘You can be very strong if you are protecting someone’ the master said. THAT WAS IT! I was going to find myself something to protect!
I was so eager to tell mom about this.
Her room is always locked. Though she started a ninjutsu system where I shout if there’s something I need at the keyhole, real fighters don’t need eyes.
Poor mom, her air conditioner would damage itself everyday, the electrician made frequent trips and mom’s day was washed away monitoring his actions.
My mom is so clever and such a fighter \m/
I went to her and screamed at the keyhole
‘Mom! Mom! I know why I am weak!’
‘UHHHHHH… nature?’
‘No! Because I have nothing to protect’
‘AUGHHHH… Okay’
‘So I am going to find myself something to protect’
‘YEEEAAAAHHH…. COOL!!!!’

The Following Week:

August 15th

I start my Activa and make it a point to visit all the martial arts classes in Bangalore.
Soon I reach the Bangalore jujutsu club.
The chief instructor was a short hairy man who took pleasure in jumping over ledges and hanging.
I walked up to him
‘I WANT SOMETHING TO PROTECT’
After banging his head on the wall, He asked me what I learned so far.
‘keyhole jutsu, shadow cloning jutsu’
I showed him the certificate the ninjutsu guys mailed me.
He was speechless, he didn’t say a thing.
I told him I would be an instructor at his dojo as soon as I find something to protect.
He nodded and asked me whether I would join the class.
I decided to go and see how things would go

August 17th

The first day he made us run 2 km, fool! What does running have to do with fighting?
This was followed by pushups and other bodyweight workouts. THAT’S WHAT BODYBUILDERS DO! EXERCISE! WHAT THE FUCK?

August 18th

Today was kickboxing practice.
I decided to spar with a woman. So what if she was really old? If I practice with her, she’ll be strong.

August 19th

I woke up today, granny knocked me out with a hit on the temple, I shouldn’t have gone easy on her.
These people had nothing to protect, they drank Whey protein after every workout like morons.
I decided to quit class and find something which I could protect.

August 24th

I visited a dojo with astonishing people.
Outside the dojo was a shopkeeper, he kept telling everyone how he used karate to defend his shop from thieves, cool!
As I went in, there was a 12. yr old manhandling 5-6 yr. olds and screaming ‘HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA’
He would grab tonfas and sais and knock out the entire primary school class which came to learn karate.
As I went in further, he came charging towards me with tonfas and started hitting my hand,
I got angry, grabbed his legs and threw him like a mat, knocking him out.
Heh! I wasn’t a ninjutsu master for nothing.
Looking at the commotion and knocked out children, a young mom came and started shouting for the senior members.
A man came
‘who the fuck are you, asshole?’ the angry mom shouted after seeing her 3 yr. old busted open with a tonfa.
‘I am Puneet’ he said while holding his crotch tightly.
The angry mom had awesome jugs.
Being a ninja master, I was staring at them with my binotculars behind the chair but puneet was downright gazing at them while pressing his crotch
I swear I heard him murmur repeatedly ‘I am not turned on I am not turned on I am not turned on’
The mom shouted ‘Why the fuck are you holding your dick?’
‘shut up! My chasity belt will fall off’ Puneeth said as he chopped his crotch, knocking himself out.The poor mother lifted the almost dead 3 yr. old and started rushing to a hospital.

‘Hey you, son of a bitch! How long were you intending to snipe at my boobs with your 20 rupee binotculars!’

Damn! She found me!
Bitch! My binotculars cost 800 rupees, it was the special edition from japan that only the hawker in kormangala sold.
It took him a lot of contacts to get them and he had decided to give them only to a special man!
After Puneeth came to his senses, he informed me about his dojo
It seemed interesting only for other than the fact that you are thrown out the moment you get an erection, castration was a punishment too.

September 5th

Ashwin of the Bangalore jujutsu club never called me regarding my absence, he so feared me. Pawned him!!!
Today, I went to a school, some martial art was being taught there

The activity was clearly abundant, as I was coming up the stairs, I saw people jumping off chairs, some hurriedly starting practice.
Eagerness is very good.
The grandmaster was some Srinivasan guy, he was a 10th degree black belt in 10 different arts. WOW!
As I entered in, every student bowed to him, how cool!
‘Yes, child, what do you want here?’
‘I want to be a fighter, I only want to fight, not exercise and stuff’
‘You have come to the right place, son. I am the master of binot-ryu’
‘What does Binot-Ryu mean?’
‘It means nothing to protect ryu’

NOW I SEE!

THESE PEOPLE REPRESENTED POVERTY! THESE PEOPLE HAD NOTHING! I VOW TO PROTECT THEM!

I WILL BE THE SAVIOR OF THE POOR. I WILL TREAT THEM LIKE MY OWN BROTHERS! INFACT I WOULD CALL THESE PEOPLE ‘BROTHER’ TO MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE MY OWN.

‘I WILL JOIN YOU!’

Their fees were 5000 rupees a month.
Which wasn’t a big deal for me, when I asked why so much?
‘It isn’t for me, I send the money to the poor in charity’ the master said.

I WAS RIGHT! EVEN MASTER DIDN’T HAVE MONEY, HE SENT IT TO OTHERS, I WAS GOING TO ERADICATE POVERTY AS WELL BE A DOUBLE BLACK BELT NOW.

A Man named Sohail was now my sempai (senior)

August 2007:

My mom, tired of me stealing her cosmo magazines to masturbate, got me the internet.
She promised to buy me a few prostitutes if I am still a virgin at 21,

November 2007:

After a few months of watching porn on the internet, I started surfing on Martial Arts.
I was downright insulted looking at a forum calling Martial Arts India on the famous Orkut network.
Sohail Sempai was getting insulted by people, most of them from Bombay in India.
I vowed to protect poverty and I would not let this slip, so what Sohail is poor? He is a man too! I will go to Bombay and regain the binot-ryu pride.

November 24th
‘Dad, I want to leave home for a while!’ I said.

‘REALLY? YOU MEAN IT? YOU PROMISE?’ He was so concerned.
‘yes, I will be off for long’
‘GOOD! HERE, TAKE MONEY FROM ME! YOU CAN GO TO ESSEL WORLD FIRST, HAVE FUN, TOUR, TAKE AS LONG AS YOU WANT’
My dad was so upset, his eyes were watery though his face was smiling.
I decided to leave early 2008 after mastering some poverty techniques.
Dad excused himself to make calls.
I overheard something like ‘chutya jaa rahaa hai’
I wonder who was leaving.

December:

I practice this month with Sohail, Puneeth and Shravan with the condition of no damage to my penis.
I made it a point to wear a crotch guard throughout, Shravan often attempted to bite my dick.

January 4 2008:

I leave for Bombay on my Activa.

January 7, 2008:

I reach Bombay to challenge the insulting people: Benny, Wolf, Aum and Neville.
As I reached the outskirts of Bombay, I crashed courtesy of a pothole the size of a crater.

January 8, 2008:

I feel someone touching me
I wake up punching.
The doctor with the moustache knocks me out by a neck chop.

January 9, 2008

Same as January 8.

January 10, 2008.

I decide to get back at the doctor when I am in attacking stance. Not now.
I start on my own to the Mahalaxmi racecourse as mentioned in the community. That is where they train I understand.
I asked directions and got by till Sion, Therein I asked a tattooed guy on a bullet for directions.
I followed his directions as I kept riding till 4 hours later in the night.
Tired and exhausted, I parked the activa and went to grab dinner at a local place.
‘You seem tired’ a man told.
‘I am a ninjutsu master and protector of the poor, I cannot be tired’ I replied.
‘uhh… okay, I am into martial arts too, don’t know as much as you do, though’
‘okay, so introduce yourself!’ I commanded.
‘I am Indraneel’
‘Indraneel, how do I get to Mahalaxmi racecourse?’
‘There is no such place around here?’
‘I thought it was famous here in Bombay’

January 11th:

I noticed I had been misled.
I would have to spend the entire day getting back to Bombay.
After 6 hours, I reached a place called Mulund.
At was morning, I saw a tall boy boxing in a garden, I noticed he had like twenty books around him.
I introduced myself as the ninjutsu master, he was eager to spar.
While fighting, he would read a book in one hand and hit with the other, he also had a PDA, when he got hit, he would surf Wikihow to: How to avoid a karate punch/kick/whatever.
After 30 minutes he did a cheap hit by knocking me out with a book.

January 12th:

I find some interesting things in Bombay, namely a ninjutsu and Jeet Kune Do class.

January 13th
I end up at a college outside Bandra.

A guy was bet fighting there; he smashed his thumb in his opponent’s prick to win
As he turned to the rest, I noticed he had the same tattoo as the one on the bullet did. He had a bullet too!
I knew him! He was the guy which the teenage girls in Bangalore considered the source of their porn, he had semi nudies posted up all over the internet.
He was the only porn source without being a porn site.
In the name of poor culture, I decided to bring an end to his porn ambitions.
I threatened a 4 yr. old to pass a letter to him which read:
‘Tonight, I will end your porn! Meet me outside KFC at midnight’
He scratched his head and left.

January 14th

1am

He is late. I wonder if he is lost or scared.
Probably scared.
I saw him,
On his bullet, with the thumping noise, I got in my attack stance.
He was not stopping

January 15th

I wake up in attack stance
doctor knocks me out

P.S Why do people here knock me out all the time?????

January 16th:

That tattooed bastard ran me down, I was taking a walk on the terrace, I saw the moustache doctor near construction sites.
They would give him all the disposable bricks and he would hack them.
He would hack them while drinking gallons of water and the only words you could hear from him were: ‘meat! I want more meat!’
After finishing his 6th chicken, he did his roundup.
While eating Kheema Pav.
‘Where is Mahalaxmi racecourse?’ I asked him.
‘Take a cab’ he replied.
‘do you know where it is?’
‘I go there often’
‘Do you know Neville Bulsara? Very well. I want to meet him and defend binot ryu’
‘Are you sure? Wolf ran over you yesterday.’

DAMN IT! IT WAS A CONSPIRACY! I WILL RECOVER AND DEFEAT THOSE TWO.

I read the name tag on the Doctor’s shirt.

DAMN! SO THAT’S WHY HE HAS BEEN KNOCKING ME OUT!

‘Take me to him next week, I’ll beat Neville Bulsara’
Aum quickly went to the window, I heard faint snickering and he came back.
‘okay’

January 20th.

I went to mahalaxmi racecourse, it’s a long walk from the station, Aum insisted I ran back and forth to improve my ninjutsu hiding skills.
I met Wolf who got knocked out upon pronouncing Aum’s name wrongly.
I met Neville Bulsara.
HE?

HE WAS NEVILLE?

He was as skinny as a rail! With grey hair and all!

Lol!

He is gonna fight me?

I challenged him upon meeting.

Feb 24th

I haven’t been able to write upgrades because of my finger joints being broken.
Neville’s idea of Nastier can get pretty painful.
I left Bombay after hearing a thousand Zen verses from Neville Bulsara.
Currently I am on my way to Punjab.

Feb 30th

I finally reached Punjab; I noticed this is the only state in the world where they have a 30th Feb. The population finds is very difficult apparently otherwise.
I went to a Gatka Akhada where I met Dilgit from the community.
What was the weird bright uniform and obsession with Salman Khan I wonder, and don’t bikes other than bullets exist in Punjab?
We were practicing punching, these guys were heavy and punched hard.
Taking Wolf’s inspiration I tore a turban off to distract and assault.

Unknown date:

I was knocked out and currently in a dark place.
I can feel my blood all around, those sardars are pretty sensitive to jokes.

March 3:
I noticed light above me, some people in black costumes opened took me out of the dark place.
I noticed I had been fedexed to Pakistan by Diljit.
He either has a terrible sense of humour or short temper.
They took me out and fed me.
When asked what do I do, I showed them my online course ninjutsu certificate.
They were dancing in happiness and their captian, Musa invited me to join their gang, pakninjas and become their master.
I converted to Islam for reasons of survival and started teaching ninjutsu in Pakistan, after accepting the code of honour laid down by the ninjutsu forum.
Only that we were now ninjas supporting poverty with regard to my vow to bino-ryu.

Hey guys, I am planning to have totally new plans for the site.

So far, I’ve had a pretty good audience and considerable success as a personal trainer.

But I am planning to venture into taking seminars over one on one training, I am getting my ACSM done and will start on stuff.

As for this site, I am planning to make it a video blog.

So does that mean my awesome content and sexy posts die? naah… I’ll have my thoughts posted up here but for the content I am planning to sell ebooks at a cheap rate (2.50 $ each or 100 Rs.)

Now these books won’t be like a huge bundle of information with most of the stuff being irrelevant to you, I am planning to make several small ebooks which serve a particular purpose and bodytype, automatically customizing stuff for you.

I am also considering modeling for a career, looking for some experimental photographers right now.

on the ebooks front, I will make several new websites inclined towards the purpose.

I know I havent been answering queries, sorry for which, I am really low on time.

But hey! I got new content really cheap

I thought I would take a break and work on the numerous commitments regarding the videos and photoshoots I promised.

Some of it went better than expected but much of the work, especially relative to the photography bit was left undone.

For starters, the resort was plain crap. I have this policy, either hitchhike and stay in huts or stay in like super five star hotels, I never settle for anything middle.

Of the good things that happened:

Excess drinking

created a new game, hand party, ping pong/table tennis with fingers (no rackets)

Saw a Royal Enfield Taurus

Had a few very good videos done.

Worked on new methods of teaching, primarily revolving around basics

Saw an awesome jeep being sold for dirt

Scared some south indians

Over the trip, Silvassa being in Gujarat I noted sucked ass like everything else from Gujarat, there were like 2 girls who were anywhere close to hot there.

In a random note, Kutchis are from Kutch, not gujarat, some retard by the name of vallabhai sexless patel kind of merged states. I am by blood Kutchi and in no way related to Gujaratis and if you ever call me one, find yourself another trainer.

Moving on, the place in terms of scenery couldnt beat the suburbs of Powai, Kalyan, Borivali *courtesy of the mountains* right near home.

The food was frighteningly unhygienic.

The crowd was mostly Gujarati. Period.

I was intending for more work to be done during the time there. Regardlessly, the place just didn’t have any spirit to work and have fun on.

I noted more facts in random, one of them being that you should totally avoid people who take tension, are upset, think too much, I mean they suck, their bad energy will get to you. If you want to make your life fun 24/7, tell the losers to blow themselves and keep yourself in good company.

I came across a friend a few weeks back who had started gymming, changing attire and stuff. I was really proud for him.

I noted many guys called him a wannabe (of course his fake accent attributed to which)

Now I often think whats a wannabe? whats real? I mean, what you are currently is nothing other than the production of social conditioning with regard to the circumstance you have grown up and the enviornment, finance, cultural and other factors.

YOU MY FRIEND, ARE NOT ORIGINAL ANYWAY!

I mean if you don’t change fearing you’ll be a wannabe, you are nothing but the byproduct of circumstance.

I understand you may not want to change, OK. COOL. But do not call someone making an effort to be something he wants to be a wannabe, ASSHOLE!

I will openly admit that from age 16-18 I was constantly called a wannabe, loser, faggot, etc etc.

But currently I am right where I want to be. I recall when I was 15, I was not too much into the system of martial arts taught, I decided to try things on my own, for 18 months I was whacked on almost a daily basis.

But I never stopped trying, Now the guys who could take me out when I was 17 can’t even think of laying a finger on me without getting seriously injured in the following second.

They had the same time I did, I mean they were also growing right :D but the point is YOU WILL DEFINITELY MAKE MISTAKES.

Which is the price you will pay for getting to the correct thing, infact… its not even a price, its a STEP! I mean sooner or later if you want to do something extravagant, tread on path others haven’t, you WILL make those initial errors, its an eventuality, all I can say is…

ACCEPT YOUR ERRORS AND YOUR DEFEATS VERY VERY PROUDLY AND KEEP GOING! ITS JUST LIKE ONE OF THOSE FAILED LIGHTBULBS THOMAS EDISON MADE BEFORE HE GOT TO THE REAL THING.

So BE A WANNABE!

currently you are at the safe side of being socially accepted, tame, blah blah… if you wanna be something else, you gotta be a wannabe :D. Its the best thing to be.

Brock Lesnar uses the powercycle routine.

I started on the powercycle too and obtained some amazing results.

Now how is powercycle better than the average other routine?

Well, because it makes you burn fat without a break.

HOW?

The Powercycle essentially follows this method:

Day 1: Legs, lower back, Day 2: Lats-Biceps, Day 3: Shoulders, Day 4: Chest Triceps.

Make sure [...]

The Powercycle essentially follows this method:

Day 1: Legs, lower back, Day 2: Lats-Biceps, Day 3: Shoulders, Day 4: Chest Triceps.

Make sure to lift/pull 70-80% of your max for 6-8 reps with no more than 3 sets to see maximum gains.

Now in the process of muscle breakdown and recovery, fat is burned, it gets meaner if you combine something like HIIT at the end of the workout. (not for the ectomorphs)

The metabolism is increased in the process of recovery, for the better or worse, you don’t need rest days while on this routine.

Another thing that makes this routine very valuable is that it works for all the bodytypes as it does an accurate lean muscle buildup.

I would personally recommend you to stay off machines while on this routine.

Now because this routine carries both fat burning and muscle building properties simultaneously, anyone can use it

I would recommend it to beginners under guidance of a trainer.

The diet concerned with this routine depends upon your goals and your body type.

As for the abs, I use a variation which goes like:

Day 1: Incline-decline crunches

Day 2: Body bridges (side and straight)

Day 3: Medicine ball crunches

Actually, this is much simpler than getting a ripped bodybuilder body.

I would like to state that you can get his muscular structure, his fat % but not for proportions, proportions are genetic.

What you can do is build lean muscle to look similar to him by muscularity.

So what did Brad Pitt do to get his body?

The answer is more in nutrition than workout; Brad Pitt definitely lowered his carbohydrate intake a lot and went on a high protein diet.

If you want to get yourself at his fat % (9% fat), the primary idea is to create a calorie deficit or try this: small bulking season + small cutting season.

If you are really thin, you don’t need to cut, if you are really fat, you don’t need to bulk. If you are average like, you need to do both.

So what is bulking? Bulking is increasing your calorie intake and lifting as heavy as you can in training methods like power cycles.

This puts on both muscle and fat fairly quick, if you are naturally very thin, you could start with doing a bulking season for six months.

People have to understand that fat people have muscle too because their bodies are carrying all that weight on them, you get me?

Now, the exercises needed to get Brad Pitt’s built are fairly easy initially.

Most of them depend on compound mechanics, compound mechanics are ones where more than one joint is applied.

Examples would be: Squats, pushups, military press, bench press, deadlifts.

I will give you an example routine *This is for skinny people*

Month 1:

Breakfast: Protein Shake + 2 eggs and oats.

Lunch 1: Chicken breast + 200 gm brown rice OR/and boiled pulses.

Lunch 2: *150 minutes after lunch 1*: Tuna OR/and Tofu with vegetables.

Workout:

Do 3 sets of each exercise consisting of not more than 10 repetitions.

Day 1 Legs

Day 2: Back-Biceps

Day 3: Shoulders

Day 4: Chest-Triceps

Go at 80% of max weight you can lift for 8-10 reps of the exercises you do.

Note: Always consult an experienced person or a trainer to guide you in the correct form for your exercise.

Post workout: Protein shake + some juice. (optional: Creatine)

Snack 1: Lean beef with brown bread OR Cottage cheese with brown bread

Dinner: Egg whites OR vegetables in curd.

As the months progress, you have to considerably increase the difficulty of your workout.

And not by increasing reps but by pushing yourself to lift heavier weight and eat a lot of proteins and complex carbs.

The first month was simply a body warmup, after which you have to increase the amount of food you eat as well as the weight you lift.

THE BELOW SECTION IS FOR OVERWEIGHT PEOPLE:

The Central objective of overweight and obese people is to lose fat while keeping all their muscle.

I know what you guys are thinking: ‘me? have a body like brad pitt? internet sham’

Most of the obese people are sadly in complete disbelief of this… well, let me prove you wrong.

This by the way was achieved only in a matter of 10 months.

this is how: http://www.vineshway.com/2008/01/20/the-routine-i-followed/, so yeah! YES WE CAN!

I am going to prescribe you a routine which is purely tough ass but since there is no magic pill, this will lead to a lot of results.

Routine:

Breakfast:

Chicken sandwich + Protein shake + walnuts OR cottage cheese + protein shake + walnuts

Workout:

A very crucial factor is speed, you must move from one exercise to the next within at most 40 seconds.

and you must be fast in lifting weights, if you want the Brad Pitt-like veins popping, the lean cuts, you need to be used to high intensity.

You must also avoid machines as far as possible.

Consult your trainer for complex workouts.

How long will it take till I get a body like Brad Pitt?

Well, the only thing I can tell you is that it won’t be overnight, here are some facts for you:

Usually, the maximum amount of muscle a person can gain in a year is 14 pounds (maximum at that), so assuming you have no muscle on you AT ALL, it could take 2 years of complete dedication

At the same time, if you are obese by 45 KGs, keeping in mind you can lose 4 KGs of fat a month, it would take you one year of complete dedication

However, if you are not THAT thin or THAT fat, you will get to your Goal much sooner.

What are the requirements of this routine?

Well, you would need a Gym Pass

You would need A Protein Supplement

The obese-overweight dude will need Green Tea

You will also need A poster of Brad Pitt to keep you motivated.

People who workout hate what they really are? Fuck you.

This is what a fat loser was telling in a seminar of brain power something.

Now almost everyone who is reading this works out to a smaller or bigger extent. Do you guys hate yourself?

Tell me yourself, post your comments on why you workout, is it to love yourself?

I mean, tell me if he is right or wrong, are your bodies all that is to you?

My two cents:

I workout like a maniac, I deadlift 160 KGs while being 60 KGs. I never had a morning without stretching, I do pull-ups in the trains, run instead of taking a rickshaw, never eat anything unhealthy (surprisingly I don’t even like the taste of sugary, oily food).

Now let me tell you this, I workout because I love myself, I believe I deserve better! I don’t workout thinking if I workout I’ll get guys to think I am cool or to bang chicks.

It’s just that I visualize myself with a high amount of strength and a ripped body. That’s all.

I believe those who love themselves gradually become what they idolize.

It took me say 15 months to lose 50 KGs of fat, that’s maintaining a good enough average of approx 7 pounds of fat a month.

Now when I was as big as 96 KGs, I visualized myself to look like Bruce Lee and I never, not for a single instance believed I couldn’t pull it off, does that mean I hated myself? Naah, it means I am a human being who believed he deserved to be just what he wanted to be and GOT THERE.

So I’ll return this one inversely, all of you skinny bastards and tub of lards who don’t workout, either you are incredibly self assured and don’t mind seeing the sad faces of the chicks who see you without clothes OR you hate yourself because you believe you don’t deserve better.

Cheerios.

I know, a very absurd entry for a fitness site.

But I think this entry is especially for people who believe they can’t pull off their fitness aims for reasons like genes, blah, blah and more blah.

Let me just give an example.

For starters, I would like to state I lost my precious Machismo 500 L

Now,

A friend of mine owns a Vintage Royal Enfield bike, manufactured back in 59. Awesome huh? This bike makes the meanest sound, gives the worst mileage you can think of, I can outrun it (Seriously, I won against the bike in a 200m sprint) but THIS BIKE RULES because it has ITS IDENTITY.

Another friend of mine owns a Hero Honda Karizma, he is an asshole. That aside, The Karizma is a great bike too, it rockets! Its like the fastest bike in India (save RD350 and modded RX 135 and Roadking).

Now Karizma boy tells the Enfield dude ‘your bike sucks, its 350cc still can’t catch up to mine, it sucks, its slow as hell, looks like a heap!’

Now I love Enfields but after riding the vintage version I too somewhat agree that Enfields are more like a workout rather than a ride.

The Enfield dude got pissed, he decided to make his bike way better in every aspect possible.

He started by putting a K n N filter, now for those here who don’t know about bike tuning, a proper bike tuning requires you to be patient with the bike, let it get used to one mod after putting up another. (here I will compare the filter to the human digestion system, i.e timing your meals)

After which he put a RD 350 Carburetor (Joined a gym)

After which he started regularly polishing the bike (had a good bath with shampoos, conditioners, quality soaps, applied creams for scars and zits)

After this he put up new lighter, better gripping wheels (Started consulting from me :p)

After this, he put up a performance spark plug (Supplements)

After this, he fine tuned the engine to give better performance (Started with High Intensity workouts)

After this, he had an awesome aftermarket BSA piston installed (Started with inner health programs like yoga or tai chi)

Through the modification, he provided the best petrol speed 97 (High quality nutrition, no junk food)

After the modification, he molt something like 13k worth silver with metallic green paint to give the most dazzling effect, he put up a bright xenon headlight, a huge windshield. (Got a nice haircut, makeover, whatever it takes for him to feel good in his shoes)

AND VOILA, THE ENFIELD BEATS THE KARIZMA EFFORTLESSLY (I no longer try to outrun it) though it took 14 months to get there.

Similarly, humans can be modded, they can get right where they want to if they believe they can and work towards it.

I think you noted that just how simple it is to completely turn the tables whichever way you like.

And let me tell you one thing, the bike even when it wasn’t modded, WASN’T BAD, IT WAS A PROUD BIKE WHICH WENT FOR 2 LAKH RS. But its just that the owner believed that the bike should be better and worked hard to make it.

If you feel you deserve better than what you are, remember it is very simple! Your body is a motorbike, all you need is to be modded!

Last winter, Janet Jackson had ballooned up to 180 pounds, and those trademark six pack abs seemed a thing of the past. But look at her now! In just four months, Jackson has shed an incredible 60 pounds and looks fantastic, just look at those washboard abs! Now, for the first time, Jackson reveals her diet and workout secrets to Us magazine.

It has recently been quoted in the media that her workout has been designed by personal trainer Tony Martinez (Trainer to the stars). Tony’s workout has Janet doing legs twice a week (reverse lunges, good mornings, toe touches, and leg press pushing back at a 30-degree angle)

Upper body work twice a week (push-ups, pull-downs, chest flies, bicep and tricep supersets and shoulder lateral raises)

Three days of abs and 5-6 days of cardiovascular exercise (including kickboxing, basketball, tennis, baseball, jumping rope, and running)

she does legs twice a week (reverse lunges, good mornings, toe touches, and leg press pushing back at a 30-degree angle)

upper body work twice a week (push-ups, pull-downs, chest flies, bicep and tricet supersets and shoulder lateral raises)

three days of abs

and 5-6 days of cardiovascular exercise (including kickboxing, basketball, tennis, baseball, jumping rope, and running)

Janet Jackson’s weight loss explained.

Janet Jackson has been known for gaining weight to like 180 lbs (I am 130, lol! She used to be FAT!)

So how did she ended up losing all that fat and turned into a babe (almost!)

I would give credit to the awesome routine Tony Martinez set up for the blimb.

Legs: Twice a week

Reverse lunges, good mornings, toe touches, and leg press pushing back at a 30-degree angle

Upper body: Twice a week

push-ups, pull-downs, chest flies, bicep and tricep supersets and shoulder lateral raises

Abs: Thrice a week

And 5 days of cardio.

The cardio includes kickboxing, basketball, tennis, baseball, jumping rope and running.

Now how did this routine do such wonders?

The primary reason is that there was a good amount of rest involved leading to substantial lean muscle mass growth as the weights used were mostly bodyweight or lightweight.

Another thing to do noted was that the method of the workout was largely compound, compound workouts end up increasing functional strength and avoid bulk because compound workouts use more muscles and the range of motion involved is comparatively much more complicated.

Her Training in other note was not circuit entirely and not isolating any bodypart either, circuit training does lead to fat loss *entire body circuit training that is* but rarely ends up reinforcing lean muscle mass and if the weights are heavier than 50% of max capacity, ends up constantly breaking down muscle.

Her training was not fixed on muscle groups but something like Monday: Legs, Tuesday: Upper Body, Wednesday: Abs.

This leads to sufficient rest and the best part of her workout was the type of cardio.

As I have always suggested, cardio has to be really changing, if you want to get effects rather than simply taking your calories in minus, if you want a fat burning effect, you can simply keep your cardio very versatile

Janet Jackson’s cardio included kickboxing, basketball, tennis, baseball, jumping rope and running.

Now how does such a diverse cardio section help?

For starters it is impossible to get bored with such a set of routines, You are practically doing something entirely different in mechanics every day.

When the mechanics and muscles used/range of motion used changes so rapidly, the body has no time to adapt to it and keeps burning a lot of fat.

So can you have a routine like Janet Jackson’s?

Sure, just consult a dietician for a great diet too and keep going at it
