Le decisioni da prendere sono trenta, tutte cruciali,  tra cui: qualità del vino, scelta della vigna, modalità di raccolta, temperatura di fermentazione, tempo di invecchiamento e tipo di imbottigliamento.&lt;br /&gt;Per seguire ogni aspetto ed essere certi di ciò che si sta facendo, è possibile monitorare, in tempo reale, ognuna di queste fasi mediante un sistema di &lt;a href="http://www.crushnet.com/cms/crushpadcam/"&gt;webcam&lt;/a&gt;. float: left; cursor: pointer; width: 320px;" src="http://winecast.net/images/capozzi_vineyards.jpg" alt="" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Negli ultimi giorni, su diversi blog americani dedicati al vino, è rimbalzata questa iniziativa che a mia volta vi giro: l'idea è quella di incontrarsi per parlare del cosiddetto Wine 2.0, fenomeno che da loro è in pieno boom, e che, come è facilmente intuibile, riguarda l'applicazione di tutto ciò che è web2.0 al mondo del vino.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;L'invito è rivolto a chiunque, in qualsiasi parte del mondo, e a qualsiasi titolo, si interessi di vino e abbia voglia di confrontarsi con gli altri sul tema wine 2.0.&lt;br /&gt;Il denominatore comune dei diversi post usciti sul tema è l'approccio, tipicamente americano, al fenomeno: "non chiedetevi cosa può fare il web2.0 per voi, ma cosa potete fare voi per il web2.0".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;L'appuntamento è fissato per il &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;30 Novembre&lt;/span&gt;
