We can’t wait to launch this new version but still have to work on it a little more. The wait shouldn’t be too long though. We expect to relaunch ViralNetworks sometime in January. The beginning of 2010 looks very promising! We just couldn’t find a better way to start the new year!

We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank all the members who have been supporting us and especially those who gave us their feeback and suggestions for improvement. Thanks a lot everyone! Only a few weeks to wait now… Get ready for a massive relaunch!

As I said in the last post, we are getting more and more social on ViralNetworks. The New feature we have now added is the ability to post your status. You can do this every 2 hours, and under the new tab ‘Buzz‘ in the ‘community’ part of ViralNetworks, you will be able to see the status of your friends (don’t be shy to un-friend people who abuse or simply annoy you ) and also the status updates of everyone posting in ViralNetworks!

You can now add your chat clients (Yahoo, MSN, Skype etc.) and also your Twitter to your profile, from the ‘edit profile’ tab…

This will then show them in your profile, below your signiture link your forum posts, at the bottom of your downline and broadcast mails and on your video uploads!

We have also added a feature which makes it ‘1-click’ easy to share the current page (your profile, the video you are watching or uploaded) on twitter, digg and many others!

This post is important for a few reasons, firstly we will report the stats to you, and also included is a special offer for you as part of a new feature we have launched. The New features we added this month included a LOT of site performance increases (Notice the pages loading faster?), Many behind the scene’s changes that are not instantly noticable, Plus…

* opened up the site
* added adsense (should increase Rev Share payouts next month)
* added adsense rev. share for upgraded members
* the affiliate urls for every page
* guaranteed visitors
* imail has the   next/prev   buttons
* list of currently online users

One of those features, Guaranteed Visitors, is the one I want to make an offer for you in two days! You see, it is really a Win-Win feature. You can earn credits viewing advertisers sites. It will only show the ad to unique visitors, meaning you won’t see an advertisers page more then once in a 12 hour period. This ensures that you always have fresh sites and content to look at. Well we have now added Google Adsense around the site, and this is great news, as it means that is some more revenue coming in that we can share each month with you, the member. As you know we have a Revenue Sharing Pool - so the more money the site brings in, the more we share with members.

Here is where the new addition gets really good for paid members though. We have set it up so that it is a revenue sharing model, and as a paid member (from contributing upwards) you can put in your adsense ID if you have an adsense account, and get your ads shown. The vital thing to note here is it is only our first month, we hope that as we continue to grow and add more revenue streams we will keep paying more and more each and every month (increased payouts) to members both in commissions and also in revenue share.

We are relativly happy with the start we have made, as we know that with your help promoting you will earn nice slices of income and the site income will hopefully keep increasing, meaning more income in the revenue sharing too.

The first month servers and file hosting/ bandwidth costs for all the videos and images we host and stream has not got out of control and we are happy moving forward that we can cover those expenses and still provide increasing revenue share!

Moving forward we also plan on making more importance on your ‘reputation level’ this can be found in your profile. Your rep level keeps increasing as you earn credits and we have some plans for a couple of months from now to really make it a big part of gaining more out of ViralNetworks.
