Family Photography: Funtastic Holiday Shoot at the Custard Shoppe

These are a few of my favorite images form the recent session at the Custard Shoppe. (These images are basically straight out of the camera) We photographed 12 groups of kids in a 4 hour span so families could create funtastic holiday cards this season. We had a blast!! The set was created by Joanne and Maddy at the Custard…oh so cute!

Family Portrait Photography: The Dillman’s

This year we shot the Dilman’s family Christmas photos at the Hampton Airfield in Hampton NH where Chris is building his very own prop plane. It was a total group effort with Becky pulling the family wardrobe together and arranging the plane etc. We had incredible warm weather for a November day and everything came together very nicely. I processed them with a series of actions and layering to get that vintage feel we were after. I think these are some of my favorite images to date!

Kiki & B’s Halloween Bash

These are photo booth style shots from a recent Halloween party at Kiki & B’s house. The snow was falling , we lost power but we had lots of fun! Prints from this shoot are available to purchase through the links at the bottom of the photo.

Event Photography: The American Cancer Society Bark For Life™

I recently photographed the dogs (and their owners) that attended The American Cancer Society Bark For Life™ event in Amesbury on October 29th. Bark for Life is a is a noncompetitive walk event for dogs and their owners to raise funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society’s fight against cancer. It was held early Saturday morning at The Riverwalk in Amesbury. It was very chilly & the weather grew colder by the minute as an early season Nor’easter moved in. Despite the weather some brave souls came out to show their support. Fun was had & prizes were given out .

I have decided to donate 100% of all print sales to The American Cancer Society so if you attended and are interested in purchasing a print click on the thumbnail of you photo and at the bottom there is the option to purchase or share your pictures.

All prints will not contain the Virginia Page Photography watermark.

Family Portrait Photography: Baby Jackson Gadsby

Baby Jackson of Amesbury came to the studio at just one week old. He was cute as a button and so easy to work with, I don’t think he ever even made a peep! His parents Nikki & Chris were great. They helped me to get Jackson into the various positions throughout our session. We had lots of fun during this shoot and got lots of great photographs. I am looking forward to watching him grow!

‪2011 Amesbury Open Studio Tour‬

I will be participating in this years 15th Annual Amesbury Open House Studio Tour. Below is a brief description of the tour from their website.

Throughout the weekend, local artists open their studios or gather in group spaces to display and sell their work. Performing artists are at various studios to further celebrate our local creative economy and share in Amesbury’s rich arts and culture community. Stop 1 on the tour is the Amesbury Cultural Center, where several artists will be exhibiting and where the Amesbury Cultural Council will be raffling items donated by local shops and restaurants; light refreshment and a kids cookie decorating table will be available from Maggie Sundae. Copies of the Tour brochure will be available at the studios, the Cultural Center, and at various spots around town.
