Snapdeal customers face a lot of challenges like delayed delivery, damaged product deliveries replacement and refund issues etc.

I recently ordered a 50 inches Micromax TV and received a broken screen TV. I raised a replacement request but later decided that I should go for a refund instead. With this change of plan, Snapdeal closed the refund link. I wanted to reactivate the refund link but soon realised that Snapdeal has a very poor customer service setup. The helpline is IVR, chat system is very poor and even after writing to Kunal Behl, the CEO there was no help.

But today I discovered a way to speak to their Customer Care Executives.

Today I tried calling the customer care IVR again. Immediately after the call got connected, the system asks to input your registered number. Do not input your registered number. Wait for the other options. When asked, dial 5 for account related issues. Then dial 4 when asked for. Finally dial 1 to speak to customer service representative.

It's not him as a person, but he is the culmination of how far mass media has fallen and people are getting sick of it. His music is not good. At all. People only think he's good because the people around them say that he's good. And those people only say that he's good because they think the people around them like him. In other words, Justin Beiber is a bad trend. A fad. People should not be getting famous and making tons of money by being a fad. Pretty soon, Beiber will be completely forgotten. Hopefully, the record companies won't find another Beiber to take his place.

The International Cricket Council has been accused of giving the wrong World Cup cricket trophy to India after their dramatic win over Sri Lanka in the final in Mumbai at the weekend.

The whole cricket-mad country was yesterday seized by the growing controversy as it was revealed that there was more than one trophy and that India was presented with a different one from that given to previous World Cup winners. While the final was being played, that original trophy was locked in a customs warehouse in Mumbai as £30,000 of duty had not been paid by the ICC for its release.

Cricketing officials say that the Indian team was presented with a lookalike on Saturday night at the Wankhade Stadium. The ICC maintains that the trophy presented carried "the specific event logo of ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 and has always been the cup that the 14 teams were playing for".

The one impounded in customs, the ICC said, was the "perpetual trophy" used for promotional purposes which is housed permanently at the council's Dubai headquarters. "It carries the generic ICC corporate logo rather than the logo specific to the 2011 event. That [perpetual] trophy will be reclaimed ... and will travel back to Dubai with ICC staff as was always intended."

But cricketers and commentators disagreed, saying that under established custom the "perpetual trophy" was awarded to the victorious team after the final, albeit for a brief period. Thereafter, it was replaced by a replica with the ICC logo and the year it was secured. "Because the ICC declined to pay the customs duty for the cup despite earning such massive amounts from the tournament, the Indian team was deprived of being presented the real trophy," a senior cricket commentator said, who declined to be named.

Officials said the ICC refused to pay the duty on the grounds that the trophy would later be re-exported while Indian Customs said the tariff was mandatory as it was entering the country even for a short period.

Atul Wasan, a former player, said: "It is absolutely outrageous that a replica was handed to the team." Another former cricketer, Arun Lal, added: "The ICC should have been able to get the trophy to Mumbai long ago. Whatever the problems they should have been sorted out months ago."

Plot

An unnamed pet chameleon (Johnny Depp) becomes accidentally stranded in the Nevada desert. The next day, after having a surreal nightmare, he meets the lizard Beans (Isla Fisher), a rancher's daughter, who takes him to Dirt, a tiny, Old West town populated by desert animals.

While Beans discovers that the water reserves, stored in a water-cooler bottle in the bank, are dangerously low, the chameleon, using bravado and acting skills to fit in, presents himself as Rango, a tough drifter. He quickly runs afoul of the outlaw Bad Bill (Ray Winstone), and narrowly avoids a shootout when the hawk returns, scaring Bill and his partners off. A panicky Rango is chased by the hungry hawk until by pure luck he kills the predator by crushing it under a water tower he's accidentally caused to collapse. In response, Mayor Tortoise John (Ned Beatty) appoints Rango the new sheriff. A skeptical Beans demands that Rango investigate the water problem while the townsfolk fret that the hawk was the only thing keeping the gunslinger Rattlesnake Jake from returning to terrorize them.

That night, Rango inadvertently gives some mole robbers the location of the bank and tools to get into the vault. When the townsfolk find their water has been stolen. Rango organizes a posse that finds the body of the bank manager Merrimack (Stephen Root), mysteriously drowned in the desert. They eventually track down the robbers in their mountain hideout, only for their leader, Balthazar (Harry Dean Stanton), to reveal that his clan of moles, prairie dogs and others greatly outnumbers the posse. Nabbing the covered wagon water-bottle, the posse flees, chased in a large ground and air fight before discovering the bottle is empty. Despite the robbers professing that they'd discovered it empty, the posse takes them back to town for trial, perplexed as to who stole the water.

After Rango and Beans deduce that the Mayor has been buying all the land around town, Rango recalls the mayor telling him how controlling water equals control of everything. He confronts the mayor, who denies he has done anything wrong and shows Rango that he is building a modern city on the old land. With no proof of the mayor's wrongdoing, Rango leaves, while the mayor orders one of his men to call Rattlesnake Jake (Bill Nighy) — who soon arrives, firing shots with his gatling gun tail, and recognizing that Rango is a fake. Jake runs him out of town after humiliating him and making him admit that everything he told the town about himself is a lie.

Ashamed and no longer knowing who he is, Rango wanders the desert, and in a daze meets the Spirit of the West (Timothy Olyphant), a Clint Eastwood-esque cowboy who inspires him and tells him, "No man can walk out on his own story." With the aid of the armadillo and mystical moving cacti, Rango learns the source of Dirt's water is Las Vegas, and that someone has shut off the valve on a water line. Realizing the mayor's hand in this, Rango recruits the hill clan in his plan.

Returning to town, he calls out Jake for a duel — a diversion so that the hill folk and the cacti flood the town with water, sending Jake into the air. Wounded Bird is killed during the duel. The mayor, however, threatens Beans' life, and Rango surrenders. The two are put in the water tank to drown, but while the mayor prepares to shoot Jake using Rango's gun. However, the mayor doesn't know that Rango already removed its only bullet, and the trapped pair use it to break the tank, flooding the room and taking out the mayor and his men. An enraged Jake, after saulting Rango as a worthy opponent, nabs the helpless mayor and departs with his victim, as the town embraces Rango cleaning up Dirt.

The four Burrowing Owls have speaking and singing roles, but their voice actors are unknown.

Rango debuted in 3,917 theaters, grossing $9,750,000 on its first day, ranking number one at the box office.

Marshall Bruce Mathers III born on October 17, 1972 is known to the entire world as Eminem! He has ruled the Rap World for more than a decade now and will continue to rule for many more years!

However, this glitter and cheer has hasn't been with him through out his life! He is one among those who really understand what tough times are! He has earned his well deserved success and knows the bitter taste of struggle very well.

Born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, he was the only child to his parents! His father left the poverty struck family when Eminem was just 18 months old! Eminem, along with his mother fought against poverty for almost 25 years before reaching stardom!

For the first 12 years they wandered around many cities and towns and then finally settled down in Warren, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. There as a kid, he took inspiration from the album, License to III by the Beastie Boys. He began as an amateur Rapper under the name, M&M. He also joined a small group called the Bassmint Productions.

But then struggle was still a part of his life including school life. He appeared for the 9th Grade twice and finally opted out of school at the age of 17. At this age, he lost his maternal uncle, Ronald "Ronnie" Nelson who had a special place in Eminem's heart. His loss left Eminem devastated. In his memory, Eminem now has a tatoo Ronnie R.I.P on his upper left arm. Now Eminem had to find ways to support his family and he had once even worked a low wage job as a dishwasher in a local restaurant.

Amongst this struggle, he released an album, Infinite under the Bassmint Recording studio.During this time Eminem was going through a very bad phase and was addicted to drugs and alcohol which even led to an unsuccessful suicide attempt by him. But Rap was always on his mind and he kept participating in various Rap competitions. He stood 2nd at the 1997 Rap Olympics and also won the Wake Up Show's Freestyle Performer Of The Year award.

This was his stepping stone to success which brought him to spot light and the tape from Rap Olympics reached Jimmy Iovine, CEO of Interscope Records. Eminem was soon recording his first album with the help of Jimmy Iovine and record producer Dr. Dre, founder of Aftermath Entertainment. His debut album was named The Slim Shady LP, which went on to win a Grammy Award for Best Rap Album. His second album, The Marshall Mathers LP was an even bigger hit and it became the fastest-selling solo album in United States history.
