Over there we saw some persons selling SIM cards on road side. One of my friend was looking for SIM card, so we went there and asked for SIM card. One of them told us that they were selling 3 SIM cards for 10 Rs!!! We were surprised. We also thought to buy one for each. On that time we had no documents with us. So we asked if we come on tomorrow would you give us on the same price as we had no documents with us. He started thinking something and after sometime he called someone and said, "Sir, we don't need any documents from you. We already have some documents of other customers with us. We will give you 3 SIMs right now and will get activated after 15 mins.". After listening to this we said no, as we were not interested to buy SIMs using other persons documents. And even we changed our mind to buy new SIM cards as we had fear as they could misuse our documents.

I am requesting all, please don't buy SIM cards from road side. Go to authorized dealers and buy SIM cards from there otherwise your documents can be misused by someone like terrorists or other vulgar persons.

Theater: Cinemax, Dev Arc Mall, Ahmedabad
Story: 3.5/5
Animation: 4/5
3D Effect: 3/5
Sound Quality: 3/5
Fun: 3.5/5

Finally after a long time I got time for Rio. Storyline of this movie is awesome. The last male blue macaw 'Blu' who lives with his lady owner. He does not know how to fly. A bird doctor who has last blue female macaw in Rio de Janeiro takes him and his owner to Brazil for breeding purpose and adventurous story starts... Thieve monkeys, colorful birds, bull dog all these characters put lot of fun in this movie. There are lot of scenes in this movie where you will not be able to stop laughing. Animation of Festival of Rio de Janeiro is awesome. I am not writing (sorry typing ;) ) everything about this movie over here. Go for this movie and enjoy...

Customer satisfaction is the main requirement for any business. If you will satisfy them by providing best products and service, your business will grow by leaps and bounds.

But here there is one question: How will you provide best products and service to the customer?

There are two cases for this question:

If you are running one man business then you need to provide these services by yourself\

If you are not one man business then you need to provide these services and good qualitied products with the help of your employees.

Here in first case you are the only person who is handling business. So you need to be careful to while providing service and product.

But in second case, you are providing service or product to your customer with the help of your employees. They are providing your services or products to the customer because you are paying them for this. This post is specially for this kind of business.

“I have hired this employee. Now he will do whatever I will ask him to do for my business.”

This is the common thinking of many employers. They are thinking that they have hired the employee, they can do whatever they want with their employees. They can shout on their employees at any place or can do anything with their employees even if employee has done mistake or not. This is the wrong thinking of employers. Because this can cause negative impression on your employee(s) and this impression can affect your business growth, too.

Now you will say how will this effect your business growth? If you will dissatisfy your employee(s). He may start giving bad service to your customer or slow down product development or can degrade quality of your product. Now a days, they can also start writing against you with the help of social sites like twitter, facebook and many other sites. In current time, many customers are buying products from a particular company by reading reviews on Internet. If they will find any negative review about your company then your know the result of this.

So in short I want to say that satisfy your employee. If they have done mistake punish them but not in cruel way find some good way so that both of you need not have to suffer for anything.

Now how will you satisfy your employees?

There are many ways to satisfy your employees. I am giving some suggestion over here:

Listen To Your Employees

Never Shout on Your Employee in Public

Give Best Employee Awards

 	Arrange Enjoyment Parties

Listen To Your Employees: Always listen to your employees. There might be some good suggestions for your business. If there is good suggestion then follow them. If they have any other problems then also listen to them and if you have solution of the problem then suggest them. But never ever ignore them. If you will ignore them while they are talking with you then it can create negative impression on them.

Never Shout on Your Employee in Public: If you are shouting on your employees, then leave this habit. This can create big problems with you and your business. If your employee has done any mistake, take him to some place where no one is there and discuss with them. If possible don't try to shout on him and solve the problem quietly.

Give Best Employee Awards: Give best Employee Awards to your employees. For getting this awards your employees will give you best output.

Arrange Some Enjoyment Parties: Your employees will get bore by working for whole week. You need to refresh their mood by providing some enjoyment session like movies, party, game day etc. By this mood of your employee will get refreshed and will work for you with more power.

In final, I want to say that,

“WOW YOUR EMPLOYEES, THEY WILL WOW YOUR CUSTOMERS”

Today no one is independent all are dependent on each other. I can say that it is similar to the food cycle of earth.

All businessman are dependent on two person :

1) Customer

2) Employee

1) Customer Dependency

Lets think about a Businessman of eCommerce Industry (as I am related to this industry).

There are many eCommerce websites available in web world like ebay, amazon, flipkart, my favorite one infibeam.com and many other sites. Entrepreneurs of all these sites have power to make their own decision on development of their site. They can ask their employees to develop as per their requirement. But they have to be dependent on their customer. They have to satisfy their customers by providing products with good quality on time. If they start giving bad quality of products to customers or if they delay in shipping products to customer, this may cause lot of problems like loosing customer, if customer is too much smart then he will start tweeting on twitter or reviewing about the sites on review sites like mouthshut.com or on social networking sites. This can make bad impression to other customers.

Some eCommerce companies have started selling their own products like Amazon Kindle, Infibeam Pi. Here they need to maintain quality of their products. If quality of product goes down customer will start speaking against the company.

Now a days people are too much smart. Before buying any product from any company they are checking reviews of the products from other review sites. If review of the particular site is good then and then they will go for buying on that site. So if review is bad then you can understand what will happen to business.

So here in this case businessmen of the eCommerce domain has to be dependent on customer.

2) Employee Dependency

For growing business, an businessman need to have some or huge amount of employees. For this they need to conduct interviews and give good amount of salary to the employees.

Now if a businessman thinks about own self in place of their employees. And if he dissatisfies his employees by not giving salary or appraisal on time and lot many other factors. If he does this with one or two person then it is OK but when this happens to many then this will cause big dissatisfaction amount. Employee will start giving less output then decided and will start finding other job opportunity. And this may lay down the business. As one will stop giving particular output or leave the job. If he leaves the job then it might be better as you can find alternative of him (this is also time consuming process) but if he starts giving less output then this may cause bigger problem. And if you try to suspend that less working employee this might create bad impression with other employees as you had not satisfied him and now removed him from office. So it would be better to keep your employee happy and satisfy their requirements (not all but which are possible from your end).

So in this scenario you are dependent on your employee.

There is one more scenario in which you are dependent of government. For starting your business or getting projects from many area you need to be dependent on government. Sometimes you need to give (or keep giving) bribe (on time) to government persons for your business. If you stop it this may cause many problems and if I am not wrong you can understand those problems.

So if you think that you'll be independent after starting business then it is wrong. I am not saying don't start your business. Starting a business is the best way of earning. You will have power, money and many other powerful things after starting own business but you need to be dependent on many factors.

When he created first human. After successful creation of human he started developing more and more humans. On that time there was nothing like childhood, he was directly creating young humans. Now he was tired after creating many humans as there was no machine which automatically create man.
So he thought that let me create one machine which automatically create human. He thought lot lot lot about how to create human automatically in place of manual work.

Finally he decided let humans to create other humans by themselves. But there was a problem, the human which he had developed was not capable to create another human!!! (as he had not thought about it while developing humans). So Let me create one more kind of human which will grow another human inside of the body of human. Finally he designed new body structure and also made some changes in existing human design. He designed new human in such a way that existing human can't live without that new design structure and without each other new human body can't be created!!! And finally he developed one more human (with some limited memory!!!) and also gave name to them, existing human as man and new invention as woman.

When he launched new design to earth between existing humans and told them to live with each other and how to create new human without his help. All existing humans started quarreling with each other for new humans on earth as new designed humans were in limited quantity. And whoever got this newly designed human for development of new human, started giving tremendous facilities to newly designed human and this scenario is still going on....

From these companies two have sent him offer letter. He had to select one of them. Now problem is that all three were good. Finally he selected the best company which had offered him best salary. Now when he informed other two companies about this, they were angry on him. They sent him an email. In email they had written , he has wasted their time in interview process etc. We will never ever consider you for next time etc. They are absolutely right from their end.

But here, aren't candidates wasting time for interview. Employers are calling candidates for interview by searching good resumes on job portals. They are asking candidates to come for interview on employers time. Due to this candidates have to get time for interview. And also they have to give some lie reasons to their current employers (if candidate is employed somewhere else). After reaching interview place, the interviewers are taking too much time of candidate on their place. They are just wasting candidates time by making them waiting for long time. And in place of one hour work they are taking 4-5 hours of candidates. Aren't they wasting time of employees?

At some places, mostly in institutions and government organizations, they are placing ads in news papers about vacancy in their company/institutes. But they are hiring some relatives or some persons who have the best reference before interview or before placing ads on news papers. They are just announcing vacancy ads just for showing to government. They are calling candidates for interview. They are wasting candidate's time and also their time. After interview they are rejecting candidates without giving any reason. If someone asks reason about their rejection than they are behaving very cruelly with candidates.

Now if a candidate gets selected in company. But due to some reasons he says no to company. Now what company is doing. They will blame on him. They will say, candidate have wasted their time and lot more.... Some company are taking important documents (such as mark sheets or degree certificate) of candidates before interview and if candidate gets selected they are not giving him back his documents till he joins his company and works for the company for 1 year or more time. If candidate rejects their job after selection then they are not giving him his documents for long time. And in this way they are wasting both of their time. This makes candidate to compulsorily work for them . Here employer can ask his employee to leave company at any time, but employee cannot leave company as per contract. Is it good to candidates??

By all this I just want to say that, if an Employers has right to reject employees then employees also must have right to reject Employers.

Some of us are Hindu, Jain and Christian. So we started discussion about different processes in our religions such as marriage, engagement etc. In this discussion, all were trying to declare their religion as best among others. When someone are declaring their religion as best one I hate all these people. Because on earth, there is no religion which we can say as best one. All have some plus points and some minus points.

Some Religions are saying about 'ahinsa' (non-violence) . They are not allowing their people to eat potatoes, onions as they are root of a plant, if you will remove root of a plant it will kill whole plant. But they can eat spinach, tomatoes, and other vegetables. Here we are picking these vegetables from plants. Isn't it violence to plants/ trees??? If we remove a small hair from our body it will be painful to us. Here it is same if we remove a small leaf from a plant/tree. Even they are allowing to drink milk of cow. Actually this milk is for calf of cow, not for us. Than also we are drinking it. Why are we not taking milk from human for selling purpose? This human milk is much better than others. Because if we will take human's milk for selling then it will be called violence while milk from other animals is not considered as violence. And they are saying their religion is best among others as they follow 'ahinsa'.

In some religions drinking of alcohol is not allowed, but they are the highest alcohol drinkers in the world. Same is for sex.

Here I am not against any religion. But I just want to say that there is no religion on earth is best. Not even Hindu, Jain, Christian or any other. None of them is complete.

Actually I hate this religion, casting system. Because this makes department between people, makes people to fight. Actually we must abolish this system and make a religion 'no-religion' where there is no cast, no religion, no difference. All are same in this world.

All of them having new story each time. Universe is this, universe is that, universe contains something bla bla....

After reading all these news I thought that let me to write something about Universe, and here it is...

Before all let me clear all the things about this article. I am writing this article on a line in hindi 'Sochne me kya jata hai.' (means we don't have to spend anything (except time) in thinking). Second thing I don't know that whether someone has written / thought similar to this or not. So if someone has written similar to my thought then this will be considered as coincident.

Now I am starting....

A huge, unlimited, multi galaxied, multi stared thing is called Universe. This is the definition of universe as per my thought.

As there are many theory about universe. I am comparing universe with a cell of body.

As cell contains some matter similar to universe contains dark matter. Cell contains many small particles in that matter. same thing here in universe we are calling it as galaxies. Now we (specially I) don't know about the detail in that small micro particles in cells, they may contains many other nano particles in them. So we can compare that nano particles with starts as galaxies contain stars in them.

So this is the similarity of cell and universe. And I read one more theory about multi-verse i.e. there are more than one universes. Here in body there are many cells in similar way. So this theory may be right.

One more thing to share..

Our scientists are saying about big bang theory, in which universe was born from a small ball's blast and now it is expanding. Now there is one similar theory here. When sperms of a male gets into egg cell of female it causes a small blast. And this blast causes expansion of egg cell which causes new cells and finally new body. This is very similar to big bang theory.

So finally I can say that universe is a cell which is in someone's body!!! I might be wrong but this is one of the possibility. So if that body in which our universe is there will die, our universe will automatically die on that moment.

I was going towards my home from my friend's home. Between our home there are too many cross roads with traffic signals, where one have to stop for at least 30 seconds. I reached at a cross road and on that time the signal went to red light. I stopped my bike on that time. I was able to break the signal by driving fast but what happened to me and I stopped my bike.

As I was the first one who stopped vehicle on my side, the traffic policeman came to me and told me with smile, 'yaar! tum signal todke jaa sakte ho, bus itna khayal rakhna ki hamare haath me na aao.' means 'Yaar! you can break the signal, but just remember never get caught by us.'

It meas he was asking me to break the traffic rule. As the traffic police inspiring others to break the rule then how can a general person will follow the rule. Just Read it out.

Some, rather most organizations reject his CV today because he has changed jobs frequently (10 in 14 years). My friend, the ˜job hopper™ (referred here as Mr. JH), does not mind it. well he does not need to mind it at all. Having worked full-time with 10 employer companies in just 14 years gives Mr. JH the relaxing edge that most of the ˜company loyal™ employees are struggling for today. Today, Mr. JH too is laid off like some other 14-15 year experienced guys “ the difference being the latter have just worked in 2-3 organizations in the same number of years. Here are the excerpts of an interview with Mr. JH:

Q: Why have you changed 10 jobs in 14 years?

A: To get financially sound and stable before getting laid off the second time.

Q: So you knew you would be laid off in the year 2009?

A: Well I was laid off first in the year 2002 due to the first global economic slowdown. I had not got a full-time job before January 2003 when the economy started looking up; so I had struggled for almost a year without job and with compromises.

Q: Which number of job was that?
A: That was my third job.

Q: So from Jan 2003 to Jan 2009, in 6 years, you have changed 8 jobs to make the count as 10 jobs in 14 years?

A: I had no other option. In my first 8 years of professional life, I had worked only for 2 organizations thinking that jobs are deserved after lot of hard work and one should stay with an employer company to justify the saying ˜employer loyalty™. But I was an idiot.

Q: Why do you say so?

A: My salary in the first 8 years went up only marginally. I could not save enough and also, I had thought that I had a ˜permanent™ job, so I need not worry about ˜what will I do if I lose my job™. I could never imagine losing a job because of economic slowdown and not because of my performance. That was January 2002.

Q: Can you brief on what happened between January 2003 and 2009.

A: Well, I had learnt my lessons of being ˜company loyal™ and not ˜money earning and saving loyal™. But then you can save enough only when you earn enough. So I shifted my loyalty towards money making and saving “ I changed 8 jobs in 6 years assuring all my interviewers about my stability.

Q: So you lied to your interviewers; you had already planned to change the job for which you were being interviewed on a particular day?

A: Yes, you can change jobs only when the market is up and companies are hiring. You tell me “ can I get a job now because of the slowdown? No. So one should change jobs for higher salaries only when the market is up because that is the only time when companies hire and can afford the expected salaries.

Q: What have you gained by doing such things?

A: That's the question I was waiting for. In Jan 2003, I had a fixed salary (without variables) of say Rs. X p.a. In January 2009, my salary was 8X. So assuming my salary was Rs.3 lakh p.a. in Jan 2003, my last drawn salary in Jan 2009 was Rs.24 lakh p.a. (without variable). I never bothered about variable as I had no intention to stay for 1 year and go through the appraisal process to wait for the company to give me a hike.

Q: So you decided on your own hike?

A: Yes, in 2003, I could see the slowdown coming again in future like it had happened in 2001-02. Though I was not sure by when the next slowdown would come, I was pretty sure I wanted a ˜debt-free™ life before being laid off again. So I planned my hike targets on a yearly basis without waiting for the year to complete.

Q: So are you debt-free now?

A: Yes, I earned so much by virtue of job changes for money and spent so little that today I have a loan free 2 BR flat (1200 sq.. feet) plus a loan free big car without bothering about any EMIs. I am laid off too but I do not complain at all. If I have laid off companies for money, it is OK if a company lays me off because of lack of money.

Q: Who is complaining?

A: All those guys who are not getting a job to pay their EMIs off are complaining. They had made fun of me saying I am a job hopper and do not have any company loyalty. Now I ask them what they gained by their company loyalty; they too are laid off like me and pass comments to me “ why will you bother about us, you are already debt-free. They were still in the bracket of 12-14 lakh p.a. when they were laid off.

Q: What is your advice to professionals?

A: Like Narayan Murthy had said “ love your job and not your company because you never know when your company will stop loving you. In the same lines, love yourself and your family needs more than the company's needs. Companies can keep coming and going; family will always remain the same. Make money for yourself first and simultaneously make money for the company, not the other way around.

Q: What is your biggest pain point with companies?

A: When a company does well, its CEO will address the entire company saying, ˜well done guys, it is YOUR company, keep up the hard work, I am with you. But when the slowdown happens and the company does not do so well, the same CEO will say, It is MY company and to save the company, I have to take tough decisions including asking people to go. Though the number of green drivers is too much small compare to what is required. I am one of them but I am never pressuring others to follow it because I am not the 100% Green Driver.

Now lets move to topic, I have seen many people pressuring others to follow green drive to save environment, natural resources etc. They sending email to others to follow green drive. If they are employers then they are pressuring their employees to follow green drive in office.

I have seen many green drivers (pressurers) not following the same. They are keeping AC, fans, tube lights on for the whole day, and sending mails to empolyees to follow green drive. (They are doing so to save huge electricity bills and other cost saving purposes. Actually they are never having interest in what is global warming etc.) They are not taking care of what they are doing. One single AC is spending about 5 fan euivalent electricity, and they are keeping 2-3 ACs (depending on their room size) in their room. Other fans, light sources are extra. Which is similar to the usage of other employees resources in most medium class companies.

I hate such kind of persons who are pressuring other to follow green drive and they are not following by themself.

This was my experience with Green Drivers.

So finally today I am writing whole thing what is moving in my mind.

Few days before I read in news paper about stopping subsidy for IITs. It is too much bad news for all Indian students as per my view. Because one middle class or lower middle class student will not be able to join world class institute only where original education is given, if government will stop giving finance to these institutes.

Though now a days Indian government is planning to upgrade education system and also have taken good steps for it. I am appreciating these steps of government. Though still in many states of India education system is still on lower grade. Most of the institutes of the India are teaching exam oriented. They are teaching students about how to pass exams. They are not teaching practically. I am not saying this to all institutes of India. But there are many where students are learning only for passing exams. They don't have any practical knowledge.

Let me give example of my own field of computer engineering. Many students of computer engineering don't know programming till they get job. Even they don't know simple syntax of printf in C till the end of last year. They are not attending any practical labs due to load of time pass assignments (Only one or two persons of a class are completing their assignments on their own and others are just copying it from those one or two assignments without understanding anything whether answer is wrong or not.) and some colleges don't have proper infrastructures where student can work join lab. Some colleges don't allow student to sit in labs during free time in which they can do practice of programming. And they are passing all exams with good grade by preparing questions of last few year papers and some important questions given by corresponding faculties. At interview time they are failing due to less practical knowledge.

One more thing the lecturers of colleges also don't have knowledge of their subjects which they a teaching. Because one is taking job as lecturer who don't have chance to get good job in industry. So one who don't know any thing about his the subject what he's teaching then how can he'll make students best person. I know many of my friends as lecturer who don't know anything about the subject what they are teaching. Though in schools still situation is little bit better then higher level education institutes. But in government schools same situation is there. Teachers who don't know ABCD in English teaching English to students. They are taking rest in schools and taking good salary (15k to 40k per month) for not teaching students. I have seen many students of government schools in my city who don't know how to write '1' in 5Th standard. This is the situation of education.

Now in higher level education system (ie professional level courses) government have stopped giving subsidy from last 8 years. Because of which self finance institution fees has reached high ( 3-5 lac Rs. a year for medical students, 30k-70k Rs. for engineering student) from 0 to 4000 Rs. a year. Due to this good students are not able to join their selected course in good institutes.

Though there are many institutes in India where they are giving best education with practical knowledge. But they are too much costly where middle class or lower class cannot join.

Also let me give you my own example from standard 1. I was good at study from starting as per my parents, teachers. But there was a problem. There is a similarity with Mahatma Gandhiji and me. That is bad handwriting. My handwriting was too much bad that I cannot read it. Though now I have improved it a lot but still not too much good. Due to this my teachers were not able to give me good marks and I was considered a dull student. And they gave me last bench to sit with other same category students. And other brilliant students with good handwriting were sitting on first benches. This made me lazy guy and till 8Th standard I remained dull and lazy as my colleagues were also same as me. Teachers were not taking care of us they were just asking to first benchers and giving them paper solutions and etc. Teachers and other students were hating us as we are criminals. At inspection time teachers were not allowing us to sit on first 3 benches due to my bad handwriting. And also inspector was asking question to rankers only not to any one else. (In some schools teachers are informing students that inspector is coming for inspection and when he'll as any question only selected students will raise their hand) I was not completing any homework and was not interested in going to school. My parents were pulling me to the school by auto when I was not interested to go in school.

In standard 9Th, I got good teachers who taught me well and inspired me that you know well and helped me to improve my handwriting. This was the turning point where in school I got sit with brilliant students on the first bench and after it I have improved my self. And now I can see where I am. All students were moving around me for learning different things till the end of engineering. Still many are asking me for solving their problems. Also in standard 3 my teacher tried to make me good by making me sit with other good students with good handwriting. But in standard 4Th again same situation happened till 8Th. Thank a lot to my teachers those who make me good and also those who made me dull. My parents helped me a lot during this time. They were teaching me and inspired me a lot. I am very thankful to them for inspiring and also for showing me right way.

I am requesting to the government of India to start giving subsidy to all level institutes so that education will become cheaper for all and by this way education ratio will be higher. And please don't involve politics in education system.

I am requesting to institutes to make education system better. And also arrange some industrial lectures for students for making them better by hiring good industrial persons.

I am warmly requesting to lecturers / teachers of India to make education practical oriented not only exam oriented and make students interested in researching in their interested subjects and also encourage them. Don't do partiality between brilliant students and other students. Behave same with both of them so that other students won't feel that they are not good.

I am also requesting students to attend all practical labs and keep researching for your interested thing and keep interested in what subject you are interested. Never think you as dull person. Try to make yourself better on your own. Try to make good relations with your teachers (for getting good marks ).

I am requesting all parents of India to appreciate their children and let them to choose their line, you just give them suggestion but don't pressure them to select your selected field. This may cause your children to get dull.

That's all I want to say.

It is looking cool compare to what it was. All my friends are saying that it seems much better then what it was. I was also involved in the user interface change. I had created a small javascript for whole menu stuff and it was designed by our designer.

I am too much weak in website designing stuff. Always I am leaving designing stuff to designers. But now a days I know designing stuff well compare to what I was knowing as I am working with designer for designing stuff. He teaches me new things in designing. So I am going to be all rounder in website development. As I know server side scripting in most of the languages, javascript for client side and sql stuff and now designing. These are the required things for website development. Though one thing is remaining that is Flash. I'll learn it, too.

That's all for today....

Also Visit infibeam.com and give me your response for its new look.

Something like when I am sleeping I am thinking it as a sleeping mode of thread, while am planning to wake up thinking it as ready mode and after wake up it is running mode of thread. This is just an example. Even in dreams also I am getting println, boolean bla bla all programming stuff as I am doing programming for whole day....

One more funny example of my life with program.

It was my friend's brother's marriage reception. I went there with my friends as my friend invited us. There was a dinner and all were in queue to take their dishes and other meals. I was also in queue with my friends for taking dish. But queue was too much long so that it took 20 minutes for me to take a dish, others are still remaining. On that time by mistake I told my friend that the all are moving in for loop. As for taking roti or other food one need to join queue again. After it I told that this is circular queue. All were laughing on that time as I joined this with programming stuff.
