Cooking demonstrations are from Noon to 3:00 p.m. Visitors can enter a homemade pie in the Pie Baking contest, which starts at 3:30 p.m. There is no age limit! Participate in an exciting competition that pits ordinary citizens of today against our expert “colonial” cooks, judged by volunteers. Attend a workshop on how to make your own pinwheel. We give you all of the materials. You can then show off your masterpiece by joining in the Pinwheel Parade. After the parade, help to churn and get a taste of old-fashioned, hand-cranked ice cream.
