Substitutia din alimentatie a acestei vitamine este dificila deoarece sunt putine alimentele ce contin aceasta vitamina in aceasta perioada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rolurile vitaminei D&lt;br /&gt;Numeroase studii au aratat ca vitamina D joaca un rol important in protectia cardiovasculara si in tratamentul sau prevenirea unor tipuri de cancer cum ar fi cel de san, de prostata sau cel de colon. Previne osteoporoza si osteoartrita, crhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifehttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifste imunitatea si este necesara in functionarea tiroidei si coagularea sangelui. De asemenea vitamina D joaca un rol important in absorbtia intestinala a calciului si fixarea sa la nivelul oaselor. Printre beneficiile vitaminei D se mai afla si cresterea fortei musculare si a coordonarii, odata cu cresterea rezistentei oaselor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Surse de vitamina D&lt;br /&gt;Exista mai multe forme de vitamina D: vitamina D2 (ergocalciferol) pe care o gasim in sursele alimentare; vitamina D3 (colecalciferol) este forma sintetizata in piele in prezenta razelor ultraviolete; vitamina D5 este forma sintetica. Alimentele cu continut ridicat de vitamina D sunt putine la numar si cele mai multe dintre ele de multe ori nu fac parte din alimentatia de zi cu zi. Tocmai din acest motiv alimentatia nu poate asigura decat o parte din necesarul organismului de vitamina D. Cele mai bune surse de vitamina D sunt uleiul de peste, uleiul din ficat de cod, pestele gras, galbenusul de ou ,ciupercile, ovazul, stridiile, patrunjelul. Cu toate ca unele alimente sunt fortifiate cu vitamina D (cereale,lapte), cantitatile zilnice ce sunt necesare sunt uriase in comparatie cu ce putem "fura" din alimente, motiv pentru care alimentatia contribuie doar partial la asigurarea concentratiei optime de vitamina D.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Necesarul de vitamina D&lt;br /&gt;Doza zilnica recomandata (DZR) de vitamina D este de 400 UI si cum alimentele enumerate mai sus nu pot asigura aceasta cantitate medicii recomanda utilizarea suplimentelor nutritive ce contin vitamina D, in mod special iarna cand deficienta de vitamina D din organism este considerabila. In cazul carentelor dovedite, copii se vor confrunta cu rahitism, iar adultii cu osteoporoza sau osteomalacie. O deficienta poate avea ca simptome: pierderea apetitului, diaree, insomnie, probleme de vedere, pierdere in greutate. Se gasesc in concentratie mare in creier, ajuta la transmiterea impulsurilor nervoase si la functionarea normala a creierului.&lt;br /&gt;Acizii grasi omega-3 din peste contin acid eiscosapentaenoic (EPA) si acid decosahexanoic (DHA), in timp ce sursele vegetale contin acizi grasi omega-3 sub forma de acid alfa-linolenic (ALA). Sursele cele mai bogate sunt pestii de apa rece: somonul, macroul, heringul si sardinele, in timp ce printre cele de origine vegetala enumeram: nucile, semintele de in si rapita. Din septembrie 2004, alimentele care contin EPA si DHA au fost recunoscute oficial ca avand legatura cu cu reducerea riscului imbolnavirii de inima. Multi producatori de alimente incearca acum sa adauge aceste grasimi sanatoase in paine, oua, iaurt, lapte, cereal, maioneza etc.&lt;br /&gt;ALA poate fi transformat in EPA de catre organism doar in cantitati limitate , de obicei insuficiente. La randul lui, EPA poate fi transformat in DHA de catre organism in caz de nevoie, dar tot in cantitati limitate. Uleiul de peste ramane astfel cea mai buna sursa de completare a necesarului de acizi grasi Omega 3 EPA si DHA.&lt;br /&gt;Fiecare celula vie din organism are nevoie de acizi grasi esentiali, si in acelasi timp sunt necesari pentru reconstructia si producerea de noi celule.&lt;br /&gt;Nu exista o doza zilnica recomanda pentru Omega 3. Dar chiar si 500 mg de acid eicosapentenoic si acid docosahexenoic (proveniti din peste) sau 1,500 mg de acid alfa-linolenic (continut de plante) pot aduce beneficii importante sanatatii.&lt;br /&gt;Suplimentele cu ulei de peste au in general o concentratie standard de 18% EPA si 12% DHA.&lt;br /&gt;Acizii grasi Omega-3 sunt importanti in dezvoltarea timpurie a copiilor, in special a tesuturilor neurale si cresterea capacitatii de memorare.&lt;br /&gt;Consumul insuficient de Omega-3 este legat stiintific de o multitudine de tulburari si probleme mintale moderne: depresia, lipsa de concentrare, deficient de invatare, inteligenta scazuta, memoria slaba, dyslexia, bloala Alzheimer, boli neurologice degenerative, iritabilitate, ostilitate, agresiune, suicid, violente. Numarul si calitatea conexiunilor sinaptice este mai important chiar decat numarul total al celulelor cerebrale in determinarea inteligentei si in functionare optima a creierului. Uleiul de peste tip omega-3, mai exact partea numita DHA (acid docosahexanoic) constituie materialul de construcite pentru centrele sinaptice de comunicare. Nu puteti crea mai multe sinapse sau receptori ce va maresc potentialul creierului fara o rezerva de acidul gras esential Omega-3 de tip DHA (acid docosahexanoic). O carenta de acizi grasi esentiali poate duce la scaderea capacitatii de invatare si la pierderea informatiior. Grasimea animal face membranele tari si rigide. Fiecare neurotransmitator, ca serotonina sau dopamine, are o forma unica, iar aceasta forma trebuie sa se potriveasca in receptorul din suprafata membrana celulei. Daca membrana este compusa dintr-o grasime fluida gen Omega-3, receptorul isi poate schimba forma fara dificultate. Dar daca membrana este alcatuita din grasime tare, rigida, receptorul este imobilizat si comunicatia nu poate avea loc, fiind intrerupta, atenuata sau deformata.&lt;br /&gt;Dovezile arata ca uleiul de peste tip Omega-3 ajuta la reglarea serotoninei, un neurotransmitator cunoscut pentru calitatea sa de a ne binedispune. Persoanele deprimate, impulsive si violente prezinta adeseori un nivel scazut al serotoninei. In plus Omega-3 este un puternic anti-inflamator pentr vasele de sange si tesutul cerebral. Tipul de grasimi pe care le consumati modifica structura microscopic a celulelor cerebrale. Aceasta schimbare minora multiplicata de miliarde de ori, ne afecteaza capacitatea de functionare a creierului si in consecinta si a comportamentului.&lt;br /&gt;DHA (acid docosahexanoic) insumeaza jumatate din grasimile membranelelor celulelor cerebrale. EPA (acid eicosapentenoic) este recunoscut pentru efectul sau benefic in reglarea factorilor sangvinici si prevenirea bolilor de inima. Acizii grasi Omega 3 cresc rata cu care metabolismul arde caloriile reducand riscul de a face diabet si de a te ingrasa peste masura. Una din cauzele obezitatii este cresterea in alimentatia moderna a aportului de acizi grasi Omega 6 in defavoarea acizilor grasi Omega 3. Aceasta este concluzia unor oameni de stiinta de la Universitatea din Nissa, Franta, care au mentionat ca in ultimii 40 de ani s-a inregistrat o scadere a aportului de acizi grasi Omega 3 cu 40 % din alimentatie populatiei.O alimentatie care contine acizi grasi Omega 3 trebuie sa contina si acizi grasi Omega 6, respectandu-se raportul maxim de 5 parti de Omega 6 la o parte de Omega 3. Atat Omega 3 cat si Omega 6 sunt acizi grasi esentiali pe care organismul nostru nu-i poate sintetiza si trebuie luati din alimentatie, insa in zilele noastre sursele de acizi grasi Omega 3 sunt rare in timp ce consumul de Omega 6 a crescut (uleiul de floarea soarelui este bogat in Omega 6). Sunt de folos in ameliorarea depresiei si anxietatii. Asigurarea necesarului de vitamine B este foarte important pentru persoanele in varsta, deoarece absorbtia vitaminelor B scade cand imbatranim. Exista cazuri de persoane diagnosticate cu Alzheimer ale caror probleme proveneau din carenta de vitamina B12 si alte vitamine B. Este indicat ca intotdeauna vitaminele B sa fie luate impreuna, deoarece actioneaza ca o echipa. Datorita faptului ca lucreaza impreuna, carenta unei vitamine B indica deasemenea si lipsa altora.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vitamina B1 (tiamina)&lt;br /&gt;Imbunatateste circulatia sangvina, ajuta la formarea sangelui,  la metabolismul carbohidratilor si la producerea acidului clorhidric, important pentru o digestive corecta. Vitamina B1 imbunatateste activitatea cognitiva, functionarea creierului si capacitatea de invatare. Sa dovedit un formidabil stimulent al dispozitiei (mai ales la femei). Actioneaza si ca antioxidant, protejand organismul de efectele  degenerative ale imbatranirii, ale consumului de alcool si ale fumatului.&lt;br /&gt;Carenta de Vitamina B1 poate duce la constipatie, ficat marit, oboseala, tulburari gastrointestinale, amnezie, iritabilitate, tulburari cardiace, lipsa apetitului, atrofie musculara, nervozitate, slabiciune generala. Deficitul grav de vitamina B1 conduce la vatamarea creierului, si apare cel mai frecvent in randul alcoolicilor. Organismul nu poate stoca decat cantitati mici de vitamina B1.&lt;br /&gt;Cele mai importnte susrse de vitamina B1 sunt carnea de pasare, carnea de porc, cerealele integrale, ficatul, galbenusul de ou, germenii de grau, oleaginoasele, orezul brun, pestele, legumele, drojdia de bere, algele marine.&lt;br /&gt;Antibioticele, sulfamidele, alcoolul si cafeina pot creste nevoia de vitamina B1.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vitamina B2 (riboflavina)&lt;br /&gt;Este necesara celulelor respiratorii, cresterii si formarii globulelor rosii si producerii anticorpilor. Importanta in prevenirea si tratarea cataractei, calmeaza oboseala ochilor. Ajuta la metabolizarea grasimilor, carbohidratilor si proteinelor. Este importanta in timpul sarcinii, deoarece lipsa acesteia poate afecta dezvoltarea fatului.&lt;br /&gt;Carenta de vitamina B2 poate fi raspunzatoare pentru crapaturi si dureri la coltul gurii, dereglari ale vazului, leziuni ale pielii, ameteli, caderea parului, insomii.&lt;br /&gt;Vitamina B2 se gaseste in branza, galbenus de ou, peste, legume, carne, lapte, cereale integrale.&lt;br /&gt;Vitamina B2 este distrusa de antibiotice si alcool.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vitamina B3 (niacina, niacinamida)&lt;br /&gt;Necesara unei bune circulatii a sangelui, ajuta la sanatatea pielii si in functionarea sistemului nervos. Niacina este un stimulent principal in productia de energie din mitocondrii, avand astfel un rol important in protectia creierului, deoarece fara energie suficienta celula cerebrala este mai putin eficienta si mai predispusa vatamarii de catre radicalii liberi. Contribuie la repararea daunelor ADN-ului cauzate de radicalii liberi. Scade colesterolul si imbunatateste circulatia. Exista doua forme ale vitaminei B3: niacina si niacinamida. Niacinamida nu are toate proprietatile niacinei, mai exact nu este eficienta in scaderea colesterolului din sange.&lt;br /&gt;Simptomele Carentei de vitamina B3: ulceratii, dementa, depresie, ameteli, oboseala, dureri de cap, indigestie, insomnia, slabiciune musculara.&lt;br /&gt;Niacina si niacinamida le gasim in ficatul de vita, drojdia de bere, broccoli, morcovi, branza, oua, peste, carne de porc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vitamina B5 (acid pantotenic)&lt;br /&gt;Este cunoscuta si ca o vitamina antistres, dar joaca un rol si in producerea hormonilor suprarenali, in formarea anticorpilor, in transformarea grasimilor in energie si in producerea neurotransmitatorilor&lt;br /&gt;O carenta poate provoca oboseala, dureri de cap, greata si furnicaturi.&lt;br /&gt;Alimente ce contin vitamina B5: carne de vita, drojdia de bere, ouale, legumele crude, ficatul, nucile, graul integral, carnea de porc, avocado, ciupercile.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vitamina B6 (piridoxina)&lt;br /&gt;Vitamina B6 este implicate intr-o multitudine de functii ale organismului, ocupand un loc fruntas intre toti nutrientii, ajutand atat in sanatatea mentala cat si in cea fizica. Necesara daca retineti lichide, dar si in producerea acidului clorhidric si in absorbtia grasimilor si proteinelor. Contribuie la formarea globulelor rosii si mentine echilibrul intre sodiu si potasiu. Este necesara pentru functionarea normala a creierului si pentru sinteza acizilor nucleici ARN si AND. Vitamina B6 este de asemenea necesara pentru sintetizarea neurotransmitatorilor, cum ar fi serotonina, dopamina, norepinefrina, GABA si taurina. Cercetarile indica faptul ca lipsa de vitamina B6 poate duce la scaderea nivelului de serotonina din creier, provocand schimbari negative ale dispozitiei sau chiar depresii grave. Activeaza numeroase enzime si contribuie la functionarea sistemului imunitar si la producerea anticorpilor. Are un rol important in imunizarea impotriva cancerului si in prevenirea aterosclerozei. Inhiba formarea homocisteinei  (un compus toxic) care ataca muschiul inimii si permite depozitatea colesterolului.&lt;br /&gt;Carenta poate duc e la anemie, dureri de cap, greata, convulsii, voma dar si la acnee, conjunctivita, depresie, ameteli, artrita, oboseala, dificultati de invatare si memorare.&lt;br /&gt;Sursele de vitamina B6: intr-o oarecare masura toate alimentele contin aceasta vitamina, dar printre cele mai bogata enumeram: drojdia de bere, morcovii, ouale, carnea de pui si de vita, pestele, mazarea, spanacul, fasolea, orezul brun, varza. Specialistii ne sugereaza o cantitate de 10-50 mg pe zi, dar este sigura pana la 200 mg pe zi.&lt;br /&gt;Antidepresivele, terapiile cu estrogeni si contraceptivele orale duc la un necesar crescut de vitamina B6, in timp ce diureticele si medicamentele cu cortizon impiedica absorbtia.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vitamina B12 (metilcobalamina)&lt;br /&gt;Vitamina B12 este de fapt un complex, printre compusii esentiali aflandu-se cobalaminele. Cobalaminele sunt similare cu hemoglobina din sange, cu diferenta ca in loc de fier contin cobalt. Cea mai eficienta forma a vitaminei B12 este metilcobalamina, iar cea mai comuna forma este cianocobalamina. Cianocobalamina se absoarbe greu in organism si nu prea reuseste sa patrunda in celule astfel incat sa-si indeplineasca functiile. O mica parte din cianocobalamina este transformata de ficat in metilcobalamina, dar nu in cantitati suficiente. Metilcobalamina protejeaza sistemul nervos si lupta impotriva deteriorarii neuronilor la batranete, mai mult decat atat poate ajuta in prevenirea bolii Parkinson sau sa-i incetineasca evolutia. Vitamina B12 este importanta in prevenirea anemiilor, ajuta acidul folic in formarea celulelor rosii si ajuta la utilizarea fierului de catre organism. S-a dovedit ca suplimentarea cu vitamina B12 imbunatateste calitatea somnului, facandu-l mai odihnitor si mai reconfortant.&lt;br /&gt;Carenta (care poate fi provocata si de o proasta absorbtie, mai ales la persoanele in varsta sau care sufera de afectiuni digestive) poate avea ca urmari: degradarea oaselor, oboseala cronica, depresie, constipatie cronica, un mers anormal, ameteli, marirea ficatului, pierderea memoriei, iritabilitate, dureri de cap, afectiuni neurologice, degenerarea maduvei spinarii. Vegetarienii sunt sfatuiti sa ia suplimente cu vitamina B12, deoarece aceasta se gaseste aproape exclusiv in alimentele de origine animala.&lt;br /&gt;Surse de vitamina B12: carnea, drojdia de bere, oua, scoici, lapte, fructe de mare.  Vitamina B12 din suplimente este o forma cristalina, care este mult mai bine absorbita de organism decat vitamina B12 din alimente, chiar si in cazul unei aciditati reduse cauzate de gastrita atrofica. Putem lua suplimente cu vitamina B12 la orice varsta, fiind deosebit de sigure, ele fiind absolut necesare dupa 50 de ani, cand poate aparea gastrita atrofica. Un stiudiu britanic recent facut la Oxford a scos la iveala faptul ca persoanele in varsta cu niveluri foarte scazute de vitamina B12 in sange sunt de patru ori mai predispuse la Alzheimer.&lt;br /&gt;Medicamentele pentru guta, anticoagulante si suplimentele cu potasiu pot bloca absorbtia vitaminei B12 in tractul digestiv.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Biotina&lt;br /&gt;Este importanta pentru cresterea celulelor, producerea acizilor grasi, in metabolizarea grasimilor, carbohidratilor si proteinelor si in utilizarea altor vitamine B. 100 mg de biotina pe zi poate preveni caderea parului la barbati. Contribuie si la sanatatea tesutului nervos, al maduvei osoase si a glandelor sudoripare.&lt;br /&gt;Carenta de biotina este rara la adulti, deoarece poate fi produsa in intestine din anumite alimente, cum ar fi: drojdia de bere, galbenusul de ou, carne, lapte, peste de apa sarata, soia si cereale integrale.&lt;br /&gt;Antibioticele, sulfamidele si zaharina diminueaza efectele biotinei.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Colina&lt;br /&gt;Necesara transmiterii corecte a impulsurilor nervoase, in functionarea ficatului si in sinteza lecitinei. Contribuie la formarea hormonilor si la scaderea excesului de grasime de la nivelul ficatului, deoarece intervine in metabolismul grasimilor si al colesterolului. Fara colina functiile creierului si memoria sunt afectate. Carenta poate duce la boli ale ficatului sau rinichilor, la probleme cardiace, ulcer, dificultati in digestia grasimilor.&lt;br /&gt;Colina se gaseste in cantitati importante in: galbenusul de ou, lecitina (aprox. 20% colina), legume, carne, lapte, soia si cereale integrale.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acid folic&lt;br /&gt;Acidul folic este considerat hrana creierului, este necesar pentru producerea energiei si pentru formarea globulelor rosii. Este important pentru sanatatea, diviziunea si inmultirea celulelor, functionand ca o coenzima in sinteza AND si ARN. Poate ajuta in depresii si anxietate. Este unul dintre cei mai importanti nutrienti in reglarea homocisteinei (un nivel ridicat de homocisteina este asociat cu ateroscleroza – ingustarea arterelor din cauza depunerilor de grasime). Este foarte important in sarcina, ajutand la formarea celulelor nervoase din celulele embrionului si ale fatului. Studiile au demonstrate ca o doza de doar 400 mcg luate la inceputul sarcinii poate preveni majoritatea defectelor canalului neural.&lt;br /&gt;Carenta de acid folic poate avea ca efecte: anemia, apatia, respiratia grea, insomnia, probleme de memorie, oboseala, paranoia. Acidul folic nu este o substanta nutritiva cerebrala secundara. Lipsa lui poate provoca o varietate de tulburari cerebrale, de la modificari subtile ale dispozitiei pana la probleme de gandire, de memorie, depresie grava sau dementa.&lt;br /&gt;Surse alimentare: sparanghelul, orzul, carnea de vita, drojdia de bere, taratele, orezul brun, branza, carnea de pui, legumele, cereale integrale.  Prepararea alimentelor distruge acidul folic.&lt;br /&gt;Contraceptivele si alcoolul cresc nevoia de acid folic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Inositol&lt;br /&gt;Inositolul este esential pentru cresterea parului, are un efect linistitor si este de ajutor in reducerea colesterolului. Inositolul indeparteaza grasimea din ficat si este important in sinteza lecitinei. Studiile au aratat ca in doze mari ajuta in tratamentul depresiilor, in bolile anxioase si in afectiunile obsesiv-compulsive, fara efectele secundare ale medicamentelor.&lt;br /&gt;Carenta poate duce la ateroscleroza, la caderea parului, la un nivel ridicat de colesterol, la iritabilitate si indispozitie.&lt;br /&gt;Surse: se gaseste in drojdia de bere, fructe, lecitina, legume, carne, lapte, legume, cereale integrale.&lt;br /&gt;Consumul de cafeina in cantitati mari poate produce o lipsa de inositol in organism.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acidul para-aminobenzoic (PABA)&lt;br /&gt;PABA poate fi transformat in acid folic de bacteriile intestinale, fiind de altfel si un constituient de baza al acidului folic. Este un antioxidant util impotriva arsurilor solare si ajuta la prevenirea cancerului de piele, prin reducerea absorbtiei radiatiilor UV-B. Ajuta la mentinerea sanatatii folorei intestinale. PABA poate duce la revenirea parului alb la culoarea initiala, daca albirea a fost provocata de stres sau deficiente nutritionale. Protejeaza impotriva efectelor secundare ale fumatului si ale altor contaminanti ai aerului. De cealalta parte poluarea si stresul zilelor noastre a crescut necesarul de vitamine si minerale al organsimului. Chiar si in aceste conditii, suntem datori sa incercam sa oferim organismului nostru vitaminele si mineralele esentiale,  o varianta sigura si la indemana ar fi un supliment cu multivitamine si minerale.&lt;br /&gt;Vitaminele sunt esentiale pentru sanatatea organismului, contribuind la reglarea metabolismului, la sporirea capacitatii antioxidante, la procesele biochimice care ne dau energia, dar si in multe alte procese celulare vitale. Sunt considerate micronutrienti deoarece organsimul are nevoie de ele in cantitati mici si se impart in doua categorii: hidrosolubile (Vitamina C si vitaminele din complexul B) si liposolubile ( Vitamina A, D, E si K). Vitaminele hidrosolubile (solubile in apa) sunt necesare organismului zilnic, pentru ca nu pot fi stocate si sunt eliminate din organism in aproximativ 4 ore. Cele liposolubile (solubile in grasimi) pot fi inmagazinate pentru perioade mai lungi de timp in ficat si in tesutului adipos.&lt;br /&gt;Mineralele sunt necesare pentru compozitia optima a sangelui, oaselor si a fluidelor din organism. Fiecare celula din corp depinde de minerale pentru a functiona si asi mentine structura. Te caut in debaraua cu amintiri unde te-am ascuns ieri, te sterg de praf si te pun la loc de cinste pentru inca o zi din viata mea.&lt;br /&gt;Te privesc si imi amintesc cum era gustul sarutarilor tale.&lt;br /&gt;Imi aduc aminte de  prima noapte insa nu mai stiu cine a spus primul: &lt;em&gt;"Nu trebuie, e  gresit!". &lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Imi aduc aminte de zvarcolire, de patima, de foc si dorinta. Te vad si nu te vad, te simt si parca totusi am uitat cum e atingerea ta.&lt;br /&gt;Esti prezent si totusi lipsesti. Undeva, intr-o zare albastra, pierdut intre ani, intre lacrimi, dureri si speranta... esti tu.&lt;br /&gt;Ma zvarcolesc intre vis si  realitate, intre ce trebuie si ce mi-ar placea.&lt;br /&gt;Si bat campii cu gratie intre o gura de suc insipid, cu tigara arzand sinucigas in scrumirera transformata intr-un mic Ararat si un gand obosit… Gandul la tine.&lt;br /&gt;Da, stiu fumez prea mult. Da, stiu, le pun pe toate la inima. Da, stiu ar fi trebuit sa te uit demult. Viata merge inainte. Doar ca eu raman in urma ei...&lt;br /&gt;O alta zi.&lt;br /&gt;Un alt sir de  evenimete.&lt;br /&gt;O mirare continua si o balba a viitorului, care se metamorfozeaza instantaneu in prezent ca apoi sa devina trecut.&lt;br /&gt;O cadere in cer si o  ridicare in pamant.&lt;br /&gt;Prea putine cuvinte, prea multe ganduri.&lt;br /&gt;O  alta zi in care ma gandesc la tine. Este alcatuita din doua componente naturale: vitamina K1, (fitochinona) si vitamina K2 (farnochinona&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: times new roman; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt; Vitaminele Liposolubile A,D,E si K sunt stocate in tesuturile adipoase ale corpului de la cateva zile pana la 6 luni.Daca iei in cantitate prea mare vitamine liposolubile , ele pot fi stocate in ficat si uneori acest lucru poate crea probleme de santate.Vitamina A este o vitamina liposolubila. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: times new roman; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;      Unele personae iau doze immense de vitamine liposolubile , care pot duce la toxicitate.Daca aveti o alimentatie normala , bogata in vitamine liposolubile nu ve-ti avea probleme. Unele probleme de sanatate pot ingreuna absorbtia acestor vitamine.Daca aveti o boala cronica intrebati medical daca absorbtia de vitamine este afectata. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: times new roman; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;Rolul vitaminei K:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt; O serie de substante din sange, cunoscute sub numele de factori ai coagularii, sunt dependente de vitamina K, adica nu pot fi sintetizate si nu isi pot exercita functiile decat in prezenta vitaminei K. Lipsa vitaminei K din organism conduce la aparitia tulburarilor de coagulare. Acest lucru se traduce prin sangerari, hemoragii, hematoame, epistaxis (scurgeri de sange din nas), menstruatie abundenta.&lt;br /&gt;Desi actiunea principala a vitaminei K consta in coagularea normala a sangelui, ea are de asemenea un rol aparte in calcifierea normala a oaselor, actionand in calitate de cofactor al enzimei de carboxilare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman;"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b style="font-family: times new roman;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"&gt;Situatii in care apare carenta de vitamina K:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: times new roman;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: times new roman;"&gt; In organismul uman vitamina K este sintetizata permanent, in cantitai mici, de bacteriile din colon, iar de aici ajunge direct in sange. O parte din necesarul organismului de vitamina K provine si din alimentatie. Este vitala pentru ca transporta in celule protonii incarcati cu  energie si electronii folositi la producerea adenozinei-trifosfat (ATP),  cea mai directa sursa de energie celulara. Organismul poate stoca doar  cantitati mici de ATP deodata, astfel ca producerea de ATP este un  proces constant. O lipsa suficient de mare de Coenzima Q10 in organism  duce la boli de inima, inima neputand pompa eficient sangele. Se  estimeaza ca 75% dintre persoanele de peste cincizeci de ani au carenta  de Coenzima Q10. Ea a devenit una dintre cele mai importante suplimente  in domeniul sanatatii cardio-vasculare, si in acelasi timp din ce in ce  mai multi doctori nutritionisti cred ca este una dintre cele mai bune  suplimente pentru sanatate in general (aportul de suplimente conduce la   cresterea nivelului Coenzimei Q10 din sange, in timp ce stimuleaza si  producerea ei de catre organism). Studiile internationale au aratat ca  un nivel scazut contribuie in mod direct la imbatranire. Productia  proprie de Coenzima Q10 atinge maximul in jurul varstei de 20 de ani, si  scade odata cu inaintarea in varsta. Ea este produsa in organism din  Aminoacizii: L-Phenilalanina, L-Tirozina, si L-Metionina, cu  participarea de Vitamina B12, Acid Folic si alte vitamine din complexul  B.&lt;br /&gt;Coenzima Q10 poate fi gasita si in carnea de vita, sardine sau  spanac, dar in cantitati mult mai mici decat cele din suplimentele  alimentare. Coenzima Q10 are o functie dubla: este scanteia energiei  celulei si un puternic antioxidant.  Prin puterea antioxidanta face  parte din elita sistemului antioxidant al organismului, alaturi de  vitamina E, cu care  protejeaza partile adipoase ale celulelor, care  sunt si cele mai expuse vatamarilor radicalilor liberi. Medicamentele  anticolesterol (ex. Mevacor, Zocor) nu micsoreaza doar nivelul  colesterolului, ci si rezervele de Coenzima Q10 din organism. Cantitatea  de Coenzima Q10 primita din alimente este in medie de 1 mg pe zi. O  suplimentare cu 30 mg pe zi poate fi suficienta, dar daca fumati,  consumati alcool, aveti boli de inima sau un risc de boli cerebrale  degenerative puteti avea nevoie de 100 - 200 mg pe zi. In plus absorbtia  ei difera de la o persoana la alta si fiind solubila in grasime este  bine sa fie luata dupa masa sau cu putina grasime (ulei de masline, ulei  de peste etc.). Singura modalitate prin care puteti verfica daca aveti  un nivel redus sau ridicat de Coenzima Q10 in sange este prin analiza  sangelui. Creierul gaseste vitamina C esentiala pentru functionarea  optima, spun expertii, deoarece tine sa o mentina la niveluri foarte  ridicate in celulele cerebrale. Este necesara pentru cel putin 300 de  functii metabolice din organism, inclusiv pentru refacerea si cresterea  tesuturilor, pentru producerea hormonilor antistres si a interferonului,  care este o proteina importanta a sistemului imunitar. Organismul are  nevoie de vitamina C pentru un sistem imunitar sanatos. Studiile arata  ca vitamina C reduce simptomele astmului. Protejeaza impotriva efectelor  nocive ale poluarii, ajuta in prevenirea cancerului si protejeaza  organismul impotriva infectiilor.&lt;br /&gt;Singura substanta care poate  transforma procolagenul in colagen ( 75% din piele este reprezentata de  colagen ), vitamina C te ajuta sa tratezi vergeturile. Ea trebuie  administrata pe cale orala si are efecte benefice asupra intregului  organism, inclusiv asupra pielii, pe care o ajuta sa ramana elastica si  flexibila ( protejeaza organismul de coagularea anormala a sangelui si  de vanatai, ajuta la vindecarea ranilor si arsurilor).&lt;br /&gt;Poate imbunatati viata sexuala prin producerea unei cantitati mai mari din hormonul oxitocina.&lt;br /&gt;Este  un antioxidant de retea (lucreaza impreuna cu alti antioxidanti, care  impreuna au efect mult mai mare decat suma efectelor individuale).&lt;br /&gt;Printre  semnele de deficienta numaram: sangerarea gingiilor la spalarea  dintilor, sensibilitatea la infectii, in special raceli si bronsite;  dureri articulare si de incheieturi, lipsa energiei, digestia precara,  vindecarea greoaie a ranilor, tendinta de a face usor vanatai, caderea  dintilor. Pierderile de vitamina C din organism sunt provocate in  general de: consumul de alcool, analgezice, antidepresive,  anticoagulante, contraceptive orale, steroizi, fumat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Siguranta&lt;/strong&gt;:  vitamina C este incredibil de sigura si la doze zilnice foarte mari (de  ex. 20.000 mg), singurele efecte secundare putand fi deranjamentele  stomacale, care inceteaza odata cu micsorar&lt;img style="float: right; margin: 10px;" src="http://www.vitaplus.ro/images/articole/1264870461Ebx3f3.jpg" alt="" height="105" width="158" /&gt;ea  dozei. In general expertii recomanda o doza moderata de 500 - 1000 mg,  considerata a fi suficienta, desi unii experti cred ca si 200 mg ar  putea fi de ajuns. Pentru un efect mai intens vitamina C trebuie  administrata in reprize pe durata intregii zile, sau sa se foloseasca  formula cu absorbtie prelungita sau forma esterificata (care este creata  cu minerale necesare: calciu, magneziu, zinc sau potasiu si care nu  este acida, de asemenea cele cu bioflavonoide imbunatatesc semnificativ  absorbtia dar si puterea antioxidanta). Absorbtia vitaminei C este mult  redusa de administrarea de antibiotice, in acea perioada fiind necesara o  cantitate mai mare.
